Chapter 1 – The Beginning

Part 1

“What It’s morning already, I want to sleep more”

This is the story of Ryuk Toujho a teenage boy with no friends, since his birth he always tried to make friends but his luck never worked. He was even given the name ‘The Loner’ in his school due to his incompetence in making friends

“I am feeling really hungry”

“Let’s eat Ramen today”

But when he finded out that he couldn’t make friends he started reading mangas, and started to live in his own world. And there he found his best companion – The Sword.

“Sir, one bowl special ramen for me today”

He was so amazed by the characters who used swords that he started to learn sword fighting by reading mangas and applying it into real life and soon he started to enjoy it. His dream then become to fight other swordsman and become one of the best. That is why, he has applied to the Aogiri Sword Academy in Japan. It is one of the prestigious schools for swordsman and to improve their skills

“You look so happy today, what’s the matter”

“Today, Is my entrance exam for the Sword school I wanted to join. I am really happy”

“Well, Eat lots then”

“Oh I will surely “

“Let’s see how will fight my opponent, hmm , maybe I can use ………….-“

“Wait, what was that dream in the morning?”

“I think I’m gonna fail even before I reach to the top”

We don’t know what he was thinking back then, but he surely got a hint about his dream last night.

“Haaa, At last I reached up to the top”

Maybe it is related to his past

“Hey, you kid what are you doing here?”

“I’m sorry, but I am here to give my entrance exam.”

“Run away kid, save your life, we saw you coming up, you barely made it here how will you defeat others?”

“Don’t worry about that, actually I maybe better than you”

“Hey, stop it, we don’t want a fight here, hey kid go inside”

What will happen to Ryuk now? Well, he may has some knowledge on how to wield swords and fight.

“I am Ryuk Touhjo, nice to me meet you”

“Okay”

“So, Mr. Toujho you have been given a choice of 3 swordsman, you may battle one of them”

“This is Jin Zushi, 1st yearer, Kiba Aoi, 2nd yearer and Yamoshi Aikawa, 3rd yearer and best of his class”

“hmmm”

“I choose…”

“Yamoshi-san”

“….”

“….”

“Are you sure? I told you before he is the best of his class”

“Well, I’m gonna beat him and prove some guys wrong”

Ryuk has chosen to battle with Yamoshi, we’ll get to see what is going on with his mind

“Okay it is decided, Ryuk Toujho will battle Yamoshi Aikawa”

“You will be called to the arena in 20 minutes, go plan your fight”

“Disperse”

“Hey, you kid, you messed up with the wrong guy. I am gonna beat you to trash, be ready for it”

Part – 3

After 20 minutes…

“Have you both got yours swords?”

“Yes”

“Yes”

“Huh?, where is your sword”

“Ohh, here it is”

“Okay”

“Now then, Start the battle”

Yamoshi started of the battle with a direct lunge

“shingg”

Ryuk blocked of the attack with a simple sword turn

“Get ready to be pulverized kid”

“Ha, don’t worry about me”

“Nothing will happen to me”

“….”

“You know why”

“Because You are Weak”

“Clingggg”

“What do you say you bastard”

Yamoshi came in with a direct head slash

“Too slow”

Ryuk confronted the attack with direct spin

“Well, I guess you are good swordsman kid”

“Thank you for the compliment”

“Haaaa”

Ryuk turned to his side and pushed Yamoshi towards the ground.

But Yamoshi was also quick he turned his momentum towards his back and pushed his sword in the front to give a backward acceleration, to cause a direct hit in the chest of Ryuk

As soon as Yamoshi turned to give a hit Ryuk twisted and gave him a counter attack,

Both of them started to move at high speed, but something was odd with Ryuk. He seemed to already know how and where Yamoshi will attack.

Yamoshi sprinted in an attempt to knock on his head, but again Ryuk undoubtedly turned and gave a hand chop on Yamoshi’s neck.

It was like he was teasing Yamoshi.

“Hey, Yamoshi-san weren’t you going to pulverize me?”

Ryuk had completely changed his personality, he had become much arrogant and overconfident then he was just a while ago

Yamoshi with all his power was trying to defeat Ryuk and he was acting like it was a piece of cake for him

“You have got so many openings Yamoshi-san”

“Ughh”

A punch with the hilt in the stomach…

“Geez, I though you would be strong”

“I AM GONNA KILL YOU”

“Ooh, I think I am scared”

“Zlingggg”

A powerful shockwave was generated due to the sword collision. And Ryuk wasn’t even sweating

Yamoshi gave a counter-attack with a direct Ansetzen on Ryuk’s stomach

“Don’t you learn from you mistakes”

Ryuk twisted sideways blocking his sword and gave a slash on his head

“Zlinggg”

Due to the power of his slash Yamoshi was nearly knocked out

“The match is over”

“Ryuk Toujho wins the match and is welcomed to the Aogiri Sword Academy”

“Thanks Old man”

“You got away this time but next time we meet I will kill you”

“You still blabbering Yamoshi-san after this fight”

“I guess you want more”

“The match is over please stop”

“Ryuk Toujho classes are starting from next month, be on time”

“Yeah, sure”

What was the meaning of this, his personality shifted from being an obedient boy to a overpowered swordsman. I think the students at the academy should get ready against what they are gonna face now…

“He cleared it in the first try”

“Yeah, I know that”

“It is the first time in 50 years and that too against a 3rd yearer”

“I going, to watch him and if push comes to stove I will promote him”

“Why didn’t you do it then”

“We don’t know if it was a fluke or he is really this good”

“We need to see his powers more”

“You are right Headmaster”
