Orphanage Arc - Chapter 3: One Day All Sorcerers Will Know Him

Erika-sensei was sweeping the garden outside, while principal Kataoka-sensei had parted his curtains and was watching her with admiring eyes. Erika-sensei was aware of this situation.

Our principal Kataoka-sensei is a total pervert!

Suddenly, Erika-sensei stopped sweeping the bushes with her broom, grabbed the handle of the broom very tightly, and with a very angry expression on her face, she suddenly turned around, pointed the index finger of one hand at the principal's office, and shouted in a very loud voice:

'PERVERT! STOP PEEPING AT ME!-'

Suddenly, with the sound of explosions coming from inside, dust fell from the 2-story orphanage. Erika-sensei's angry expression suddenly turned into astonishment. She pulled her index finger away from the principal's office, brought it to her chin, stretched her head forward a little bit, narrowed her eyes, and began to watch carefully. Then she pulled her hand away from her chin, brought her head back to where it used to be, and opened her eyes. With a worried expression:

'Is there an earthquake?'

She said. In a panic, she threw the broom to the ground and started running toward the orphanage. When she went inside, she saw that the inside of Class 4-2 and a small part of the outside were covered with a pitch-black sphere. She walked right up to the sphere and started hitting it hard. Then people from the other classes, the principal, and the other teachers came all the way to the sphere. To break this sphere, which they couldn't break no matter what they did, they called the Tokyo Jujutsu High and asked for their help.

INSIDE THE SPHERE:

The whole class is running around. Aren was still examining his surroundings with bewildered eyes. Seeing that his new classmates had started running somewhere, he shouted in a loud voice:

'LET'S ALL CALM DOWN, EVERYONE GATHER IN ONE PLACE!'

Hearing this loud shout, everyone momentarily stopped in their tracks and started looking at Aren with worried eyes. Even though Aren felt embarrassed, he shouted again:

'GATHER AROUND ME!'

He said. Everyone was slowly turning back again. Everyone had gathered and sat around Aren. With a serious facial expression, Aren said:

'When we get out of this sphere, we can introduce ourselves if necessary. Still, I want to say this. My name is Asano Aren, I'm a new student in Class 4-2. Actually, I'm shy and right now my face is probably as red as a tomato, but I don't care about that because I know the reason why Erika-sensei wanted me to come to this class. And I promised myself that I would change.'

The surroundings were silent, and even though everyone still had worries on their faces, Aren's speech had slowly started to calm them down. Everyone was looking at Aren with curious and worried eyes. His face was indeed red as a tomato, but he didn't care. They didn't even know where they were, but there was a very serious expression on Aren's face, and he seemed not to care much about that either.

OUTSIDE:

When the 4th-year students of Tokyo Sorcerers High School arrived at the scene, they were met with a momentary shock. Because this wasn't a normal sphere. It was a domain sphere that only space manipulation users could open. Fortunately, one of them was a space manipulation user: Mao Asakawa... When Mao went inside, his jaw dropped for a few seconds at what he saw. Then, moving forward to the sphere, he started touching the outer surface of the sphere. Then, turning his face to the teachers with a huge smile:

'Well, I'll handle this! Please don't worrrryyy.'

Mao then turned around, put his hand on the sphere, and walked a little bit. His hand entered inside the sphere. Then, walking inside, he looked around briefly and said:

'Hellloooo kids!'

Everyone suddenly panicked and started hugging each other.

'Heeeyy, I'm not that scary!'

Is the kid who opened the domain sphere this kid (Aren Asano)? I wonder what his name is. And how did he open it without even receiving any training? Aweeesomeee...

Trying to maintain his composure, Aren looked into Mao's face with threatening eyes and said:

'Don't come closer, tell me who you are first!'

'Me? I'm the strongest, most handsome sorcerer you'll ever see! And who are you?'

Mao made a 2 sign with his finger and posed. 

The strongest sorcerer, awesome!

'I am Asano Aren, from Class 4-2...'

Then he went back to a straight posture, made a strange hand gesture with both hands, and with a serious tone of voice and facial expression, suddenly lifted the domain sphere. When the domain sphere lifted, everyone around watched in astonishment. Breaking his hand gesture, Mao turned to Erika-sensei:

'I was able to lift the domain sphere!'

Then, he came right up to Erika-sensei, leaned in close to her ear, and whispered with a serious expression:

'Don't forget Asano.'

'Why?'

'Because one day, all sorcerers will know him.'

Then stepping back a few paces, he put a smile back on his face:

'Mission successss!!'

Erika-sensei was just watching Mao with a very bewildered expression. Then Mao's friends started pulling him away by the arm; he was still laughing and trying not to go. As Mao was being dragged away by the scruff of the neck, he kept saying:

'We'll definitely drop by again tomorrow or this week!'
