Tanimaki Learns Massage (Part 3)

Thanks to Tark’s exceptional grooming skills, Tanimaki’s fur was now sleek and glossy. Tanimaki was extremely pleased with the result.

Mayutan, Debiru, and Mashu’s coats had also become so beautiful they were almost unrecognizable. Afterward, each of them was taken to a private room for a massage.

“Get me a female staff member, meow.”

Tanimaki had some less-than-innocent expectations.

“Sorry, but we don’t offer that kinda service here~.”

Tark saw right through Tanimaki’s ulterior motives and casually turned him down.

Tanimaki was disappointed, but once he surrendered himself to Tark’s massage, he was amazed at how completely his exhaustion vanished.

“My massages work on pretty much every illness and injury there is~. Back pain, athlete’s foot, toothaches, broken bones, hemorrhoids, frequent urination... all kinds of stuff.”

Tark might have looked like a carefree party boy, but there was no questioning his skill.

“I’ve never had a massage this amazing, even back when I was human, meow.”

The compliment slipped out of Tanimaki’s mouth before he knew it.

“‘Back when I was human’? Man, you’re pretty funny, too~.”

“How long do you have to train before you get this good at massage, meow?”

“Training alone ain’t enough. You need the Chosen Paw of God.”

As he said this, Tark held up the central pad on his right paw—the largest of a cat’s paw pads.

It was shaped like a star.

“This is the Chosen Paw of God~.”

Tanimaki looked down at his own paws.

To his astonishment, the central pads on both of them were shaped like stars!

“That’s insane! Even having a star-shaped pad on just one paw like mine only happens to one cat in a hundred thousand!”

Tark got so excited that he couldn’t help raising his voice.

“Nyafufufufu. I really am the chosen one, meow.”

Tanimaki’s ego immediately went through the roof.
