The Plan Part 2

//Hana circles around the town a couple of times to makes sure they have not been followed. She finds a secluded spot on the back side of the mountain behind an old, abandoned church. It’s about a 2-mile hike to the entrance leading to the air ventilation tube.

//The girls prepare their gear and weapons.

Aiya says to Hana: Okay, just like we planned…. Piece of cake (as she winks at Mika).

Hana mockingly says: Piece of cake… easy of pie… blah blah blah!

//Aiya nervously laughs and takes a deep breath.

//The girls go to leave the Van when Mika suddenly jumps up and grabs Aiya’s hand…

Aiya turns: Don’t worry, I promise I’ll come back….

//Aiya gives Mika a long soft kiss on the cheek… then smiles at him as she leaves the van.

//Hana standing outside the van already.

Hana: Blah, blah blah!

Aiya: Will you stop already!

Hana: Aye Aye Sir… Ur Madame. Lead the way.

//The girls start to jog down a dirt path.

Mika over the comms: Comm check!

Aiya: We read you loud and clear. Going silent until we reach the entrance.

Mika: Roger that…. (he whispers) good luck!

//The dirt path soon ends as the girls enter a forest area. There are many eerie creature sounds coming from the forest, but the girls keep moving forward toward the target.

Hana hears a rustling sound: What’s that!

Aiya (factiously): A Squirrel!

Hana: This is why I hate nature! Wolves and bears, and most of all snakes…. Just creepy things!

Aiya: Come on, let’s keep moving.

//about 20 minutes later they arrive just outside the entrance of the air ventilation shaft. The girls stop to make sure no one is there.

Hana: It looks pretty abandoned to me.

Aiya: I think you’re right. It’s pretty dark in there so let put these on.

//Aiya hands her some night vision googles. The girls start their way toward the entrance when all of a sudden something comes swooping down at Aiya from a tree branch.

//Aiya ducks as Hana quickly takes her stick and knocks it away.

Hana: It was a snake! Yeesh!

//Aiya and Hana watch as it slithers away.

Hana: Not a good omen! I think it was poisonous.

Aiya: Okay, keep your eyes peeled, we don’t know what else we may run into.

Hana: Huh? … You’re welcome! Sheesh!

// The girls cautiously enter the cave leading to the shaft.

//as they near the shaft they run into standing water on the ground. The shaft is thought to be a part of the sewage system now and not a ventilation shaft leading outside, so for many years it has been left unguarded.

//As they approach the shaft, Hana stumble and uses the wall to regain her balance. A colorful centipede has crawled from the wall onto Hana’s hand.

Hana: What’s this? Oh, just some worm.

//Just then Hana feels a sharp pinch.

Hana: Ouch, you little…

//Hana brushes the centipede away.

Aiya: Quit playing around!

Hana: but….

Aiya: Okay, we’re here.

Hana to herself: Owie, that actually hurt.

Aiya: What?

Hana: Nothing… just a little worm, (whispers) with vampire fangs.

//Aiya looks up into the tube and she takes down some spider webbing.

Aiya: Okay, you ready for this… By the way, you don’t have a fear of heights, do you?

Hana: Now you ask. I guess we’ll find out.

Aiya: What?

Hana: Nothing, we’re good here. Lead the way!

//The girls start the long ascent to the top.

//about 15 minutes into the climb Hana starts to feel a little woozy and is drenched in sweat.

Hana: Hey Aiya, is it just me or is it really hot in here?

Aiya: Yeah, it’s a little hot, but that’s to be expected. Let’s keep moving.

Hana slurring a little: Roger that Ca... Cap, Capitan!

//Aiya looks back down at Hana.

Aiya: Are you ….

//Just then Hana loses her grip and starts to fall.

Aiya: Hana!

//Aiya quickly grabs a hold of her hand

Aiya grunts: Ughh!, I’ve got you!

//She manages to pull Hana up to her and back onto the rungs.

Aiya: Hana, climb on my back and hold on tightly!

//Mika hears the loud noises.

Mika: everything okay?

Aiya: No problem here dear, just Hana being herself.

Mika: Good, glad to hear everything is okay!

//Aiya ties a rope around both their waist.

Aiya: Okay Hana, hang in there!

Aiya continues: By the way, what did this so-called worm look like? Did it by any chance have a shiny blue and yellow strips?

Hana slurs: Yep, that’s it, how did you know?

Aiya: That was no worm, it was a poisonous centipede. The poison acts as hallucinogenic and makes you delirious.

Aiya to herself: Great, hope it wears off before we make it to the top.

//Aiya struggles to climb with Hana on her back, and momentarily stops to wipe the sweat from her forehead, but in true Aiya fashion she is determined to keep moving forward.

//Aiya hears a noise from Hana and knocks her with her shoulder.

Aiya: Are you seriously snoring?

Hana extremely groggy: Just five more minutes and I’ll be ready to go!

Aiya: Great, just as we planned!

//They finally reach the top. Aiya peers through the grate to see if anyone is in the stockade room. She’s exhausted at this point and Hana is still delirious from the centipede toxin.

//Aiya unties the rope from her waste and ties it just around Hana. She then secures the other end to the top rung.

Aiya: Hope this holds.

//Aiya then moves to the bottom of the grate, where she struggles but manages to move it out of the way.

//Aiya slowly lifts herself onto the stockade floor and then reaches down to pull Hana up. The rope frays a little but holds on long enough to get Hana safely on the floor.

//Aiya lets out a big sigh of relief. Hana is lying a top of Aiya on the stockade floor, and she briefly wakes up.

Hana: Hey sis, are we at the hotel now.

Aiya manages a chuckle: Yes, we’re here. I’m going to tuck you into bed now.

//Aiya drags Hana to a safe spot behind some wooden creates and lies her up against the wall.

Aiya: You’ll be safe her.

//Aiya peeks around the crate.

Aiya: Okay, it’s just me now. (she exhales) I can do this!

//Aiya starts toward the front door, when all of a sudden a member of the castle cleaning staff enters the room with a mop in hand.

//The staff members stop in shock that there is someone in the room. Aiya slowly starts to walk toward the man.

Aiya: Hi there I’m conducting surprise inspections of all the rooms in the area and well this room is filthy.

Staff member: Filthy?

//She reaches the man and grabs him by the shoulders. She looks around to see if anyone else is coming.

Aiya: Yes, what is your name?

Staff Member: Art?

Aiya: Well Art, you see there are consequence for lacking in your assigned duty, and well to be quite frank this will probably sting for a little for a while.

Staff Member: Sting?

//Aiya then quickly head butts the man. He passes out, but she grabs him before he hits the ground.

Aiya: Dangit, that hurt. Art, you have one hard head.

//Aiya drags him over by Hana and ties his arms and legs and puts a gag on him.

Hana still delirious: Hey sis is it time to go yet?

Aiya: Not for you… I just brought you some company. You just rest a bit longer.

Hana slurs: You’re the best lil sis!

Aiya mutters: Yeah, tell me that when this is all over.

//Aiya heads out the door and down the hall.

//The begins her search for of secret experiment room where they child is thought to be held. Aiya stops at the end of the hallway and holds out a mirror to quickly look around the corner. She sees two Simetras walking her way.

Aiya over the Comms: Okay Mika, it’s your turn.

Mika: Roger that!. Count down in five, four, three….

//Mika has hacked into the Castle’s main security system and is about to set off a high level emergency signal indicating a hostage situation and for all Simetra to immediately report to the common grounds for further instructions.

//Just then the signal and announcement come on. The Simetra look at each other.

Simetra 1: Go ahead, I’ll stay here and continue the watch.

//Simetra 2 runs down the hall to the common grounds which is several floors up.

Aiya: Dangit, one stayed behind!

Mika: What was that?

Aiya: Nothing dear, everything is going as planned…. (To herself, exhales loudly) okay let’s do this!

//Aiya calmly walks around the corner and walks toward the remaining Simetra.

Aiya: Hi there my good man, I’m part of the castle senior cleaning crew, have you seen Art?

//Simetra 1 without hesitation runs at Aiya.

Aiya: Oh, Shit! He not falling for it!

//Aiya sprints in the opposite direction and frantically mutters to herself.

Aiya: Think Aiya! Think Aiya!

//Aiya looks ahead and sees an opportunity.

Aiya: Please work! Please work!

// They are coming up to a corner at the end of a hallway and the Simetra is about to catch up with Aiya, but she is not turning the corner, she heads straight toward the wall, and walks up the wall and does a back flip over the Simetra. While in midair she takes a small magnetic device from her belt and tosses it into an opening in the metal armor of the Simetra. Aiya lands on her feet but kneeling down. The Simetra not sensing the device turns around and starts to come after Aiya again. She is still kneeling, with her back to the Simetra, she closes her eyes and counts three, two, one. The light from a taser stun grenade suddenly goes off and the Simetra slows down and eventually slides unconscious past Aiya.

Aiya softly says: That was too close.

//Aiya and Hana have not brought any real guns with bullets, they have found out that miniature taser stun grenades placed inside the metal armor near the neck or spine will send an electrical shock that temporarily paralyzes and renders them unconscious. They never intended to harm anyone during the mission, especially knowing that the Simetra were really just children.
