Chapter 0:

Let's begin writing

In another world, I find myself experiencing the worst life ever after my last incarnation.

My story is about me, who dies and is reincarnated a thousand times. In this life, I am reincarnated in the body of a boy named Seram in a Persian era long before Islam. We discover that he is on his way to be sold as a slave, along with his friend, Shoka, who was also in the same cart. They were selling many people to merchants, and only four were spared: Seram, Shoka, Rasim, and his twin sister, Soma. They are sold to the prince. Soma becomes a maid in the kitchen, and Rasim works as a herder for the prince's horses and camels. As for Seram and Shoka, they work in a musical group for parties and welcoming guests. Seram is the musician, and Shoka is the singer. Seram and Shoka begin playing and singing, and they are very skilled. They become friends with Rasim, who is quite large. I forgot to mention that we are children, 13 years old. So, we embark on a wonderful journey through life, despite the difficulties... One day, after some time, a person named Oscar arrives. He is a prince with five brothers, and he is the youngest after the youngest brother... After he died, he was still young. Anyway, Oscar liked to torment and humiliate those beneath him. He saw me at a party and asked our prince to take me to his important parties for a year, and the prince agreed. I said goodbye to my friends, but before that, they sent me to a brothel to stay there for a few days until Oscar came and took me. I was supposed to serve one of the important clients there, but I thought I'd do something wrong. My intentions were completely off the hook, but it turned out there was a slave girl who was going to spend the night with him, and what they meant by my service was to play music for them. The client's name was Elias. Anyway, days passed, and I got to know Elias and learned that he was in love with this slave girl named Shaurya, and she reciprocated his feelings. He visited the place for her and promised to marry her. Elias had a bit of a wolf's claw on his eye because he had fought with him. Anyway, days passed, and Oscar came and took me to his palace. Let me tell you about it briefly and generally. My story is about me, who dies and is reincarnated a thousand times. In this life, I am reincarnated in the body of a boy named Seram in a Persian era long before Islam. We discover that he is being sold as a slave, and his friend, Shoka, was also in the same caravan. Many people are sold to merchants, and only four of us remain: Seram, Shoka, Rasim, and his twin sister, Soma. We are sold to the prince. Soma becomes a maid in the kitchen, and Rasim works as a herder for the prince's horses and camels. As for Seram and Shoka, they work in a musical band for parties and welcoming guests. Seram is the musician, and Shoka is the singer. Generally, Seram and Shuka start playing and singing, and Janua is skilled and becomes friends with Rasim, who is huge. And I forgot to tell you that we are children, 13 years old, so we embark on a wonderful journey through life despite the difficulties. One day, after some time had passed, a man named Oscar, a prince with five brothers, arrived. He was the youngest after the next youngest brother died, so he was still young. Generally, Oscar liked to torment and humiliate those beneath him. He saw me at a party and asked our prince to take me for a year to his important parties, and the prince agreed. So I said goodbye to my friends, but before that, they sent me to a brothel to stay there for a few days until Oscar came and took me. I was supposed to serve one of the important clients there, so I thought of serving him in a wrong way. My intention was to leave, but it turned out there was a slave girl who would spend the night with him, and what they meant by my service to him was to play music for them. So, the customer's name is Elias. Days pass, and I get to know Elias. I learn that he's in love with this slave girl named Shaurya, and she reciprocates his feelings. He visits the place for her sake and promises to marry her. Elias has a wolf's claw on his eye because he fought with him. Days pass, and Oscar comes and takes me to his palace. And I won't tell you, and you won't tell me, because he literally tore me in half. The torment of the grave is easier than his torture. He broke two of my ribs, broke my arm, forced me to play music, choked me, whipped me, and because of my beautiful eyes, some noblemen would harass me. But Oscar said I had to do my duty, and if I made even the slightest mistake, he would punish me. So he showed me oppression and injustice. Then Elias, the commander of Oscar's royal guard, came along. He helped me, tended to my wounds, and comforted me. Days and months passed, and I was still under his torture. But one day, he whipped me because I spoke to a noblewoman. He struck me with the whip, leaving marks on me, and the broken rib hadn't fully healed yet. I suffered a lot, and finally, the year ended, and I returned to our palace. Yay! Ahem, ahem. When I returned, everyone was happy and excited. But Shoka noticed I wasn't well, so at night I told him everything. He hugged me and comforted me (we slept in the same room). After that, we went to sleep. Many important events happened: the wedding of our prince's sister, Ramha, and the wedding of Oscar's brother, Reza. He summoned me there, but I wasn't hit because I was good at dancing and didn't do anything wrong. At the princess's wedding, where we were all happy and joyful, Jan Rasim was in love with a maid who worked for Soma named Tilda. She was attracted to me, and he told us he liked her and intended to marry her, but he wouldn't confess right away. I was happy for him. But at the wedding, she took me to the back garden, where no one was, and confessed her feelings for me. Jan Rasim followed us and overheard the conversation. He heard when I said I also found her nice, so he got upset and left. But he didn't hear when I rejected her and said her love wasn't for me, but for Rasim. She said she needed to think about it. To make a long story short, Rasim started ignoring me until he punched me, hurting my eye. He hit me and got angry, saying I had betrayed him and taken his love. But Tilda intervened and slapped him, saying I had rejected her and that she loved him. He was embarrassed and ashamed and ran away. As for me, I got treatment, and he visited me, apologized, and we talked things through and made up. When winter came, everything changed. We went on a hunting trip for the nobles and hunted in the forest, but they warned us not to go too far because there were dangers and wild, predatory animals. The competition lasted three days, and the winner's name was announced on the fourth day. The first two days passed, and our team was ahead. When the third day arrived, one of the knights spoke to me and showed me a place because I had lost my team. I believed him and went, and suddenly I got lost. Night fell, and I was supposed to return, but I had lost my horse. It became agitated and started running, so the wolves attacked us. My horse was injured and fell, and I fell with it. It ran away and left me on the snow in the middle of the fog and darkness. The wolves attacked me, but suddenly I fell onto something, and the wolves retreated. When I realized I was on the edge of a precipice, and with one little movement, I would fall. I spotted a tree trunk and tried to reach it, but I fell and plummeted from the top. And then I was in a frozen river, its surface covered in solid ice. From the force of the impact, a large crack split open, and I sank into the river. It started pulling me away towards the sea. On the other side, my friends were looking for me. Shoka suspected I had gone into the dangerous area, so he went and looked for me. One of the villagers pointed me out to him and said that the fishermen had found a body caught in their nets in the sea. Shuka ran over, tears in his eyes, his voice breaking my heart as he tried to warm me up, but I was like a block of ice. He kept shouting at me, saying he believed I was alive. My body trembled because I was floating in a black world, and then there was a distant light from which I could hear Shuka's voice. My pulse returned, and they treated me. Oscar laughed sarcastically and said he was certain I couldn't die. After I recovered, years passed and I turned 18. The prince gave us a kind of vacation to relax, so we went to a famous and beautiful city called Okshan (a fictional city of my own making). I saw a man with no facial features, and he was the same man who had led me astray in the forest. I ran towards him through the crowd, but Shoka grabbed my arm and asked me where I was going. I told him what I had seen, and he said I should forget it, that it might have happened from shock or that I was imagining things. When we returned home, a few days passed, and I walked around, but I heard whispers trying to mislead me and lead me somewhere. So I went and followed the whispers, and I reached a dark alley, and the sun doesn't reach it, as if the night left all parts of the earth and settled here. I reached a dead end with a wall, and the whispers in my mind stopped. So I decided to go back, but suddenly I fell to the ground, and that man without features came and took me and disappeared from the alley. As soon as he left, the sun's rays began to illuminate the place. (Look, I want this man to be a time medium trying to kill me because I manipulate time and move from one time to another and from one body to another, so he is trying to end the curse of incarnation.) So, when he kidnapped me, he tied me to a chair and started talking about being a time medium and how he had noticed a time warp that caused me to travel between the past and the present. This warp would change many paths and events, so he was trying to catch me and finally succeeded and was going to kill me. He started reminding me of my first life, which was my original life, and that all my friends were reincarnated with me because in my first life I and my friends were killed at a demonic altar by a demonic spirit. This led to the curse of the spirit and the altar causing me to be reincarnated more than 1000 times, and my death in all my reincarnations is always at age 27, which is the same age at which I died in my original life. Okay, what happened was I tried to escape and a long chase ensued. I ran out into the street, of course, nobody could see him except me. Imagine tripping and falling and running like crazy all by yourself while everyone stares and thinks you're insane? Ugh. Anyway, I kept running and he was using his power to stop time and rewind it. He stopped time and there was a cart a short distance away from me, but it couldn't possibly harm me. But when time went back to normal, Shoka suddenly appeared in front of the cart and I hit him. After that, the medium ran away and disappeared, and I ran to my friend Shuka, and his head was bleeding profusely, so I was scared for him and took him with me to the hospital. But moments before that, in order to understand how Shuka came... Of course, Shuka felt that I had disappeared a lot, and when he asked what time it was, Tilda answered that it was three o'clock, so he was shocked because it was supposed to be five o'clock. So he got up and went to Rasim, who was at the garden watering the plants, and asked him where I was. He said that I was at the market, so Shuka said, "Let's go look for him." And while they were looking for me, and because of the recent time changes, their previous memories started to return, so Shuka ran when he saw me, and that's how time stopped halfway (meaning that from my side it was stopped, so I didn't know that Shuka came until the moment when time went back and moved, but from Shuka's side time was moving, and that's why my time collided with his time and that's how he was hit by the cart). Okay, and then I helped him and we took him to the doctor, and he's doing well. That was the last time I met that time medium, and I don't know what happened to him. Anyway, we friends got together, and I explained to them that I was reincarnated because of a curse, and my curse made them reincarnate only once (which is just this current life), and after that, the curse would be lifted from them, and they would be free. But I would remain reincarnated eternally and forever. I cried a lot because I was going to miss them, but they said that even if we died, perhaps in another world and another time, we might meet other souls or other bodies, but in the end, we will meet. We talked, and a year passed, and we turned 19, and that's where the troubles and the new changes in our lives begin. Okay, so how did the troubles begin? It started with Oscar, who sent Elias to tell me and Shuka that we had to come to his palace for a very important occasion. I was very surprised because it was the first time Shuka had been summoned. Elias explained that Oscar had killed his personal singer because he had made a mistake, so he slit his throat and pulled out his vocal cords in front of everyone... Ahem, ahem. Anyway, here we go and find out that Oscar is going to marry the love of his life, as he said. For the first time, I felt that Oscar was calm and happy, so we practiced and completed the training period. Finally, the wedding day arrived, and I noticed that the servants were looking and whispering hatefully towards Oscar, but I continued my work and didn't pay attention to them. When the wedding day arrived, we played the first part, and then it was time for dinner, so they all ate and enjoyed themselves. When the second part of the performance began, everything changed completely. Ahim, the bride was supposed to come out, but suddenly she fell to the ground unconscious. Oscar was scared for her, but we hadn't even realized that the bride had fallen to the ground when suddenly the whole tent caught fire. We, as a musical band, were sitting at the back of the tent, so everyone ran away, and we stopped playing. At that time, I saw Oscar picking up his bride and looking at us with strange looks, but he came out. When I was about to come out, Shoka came back to our place, so I pulled him back and said to him, "You crazy man, what were you planning to do? Can't you see that there is a fire that is consuming everything?!" But he said I had to get his flute. I tried to stop him, but he ran, and suddenly a burning curtain fell on him. The flames started consuming him. I ran and took off my jacket and tried to put out the fire with the flute, and it went out, but only on the left side of his face and shoulder. It wasn't so severe as to leave a permanent scar, but it didn't disfigure him. While I was putting out the fire, my hands burned, and my eyes were burned by embers because I fell to the ground, but my eyes weren't damaged inside. I could see the exit in front of us, and I tried to walk towards it, but I couldn't. Then we both fainted because we inhaled too much carbon dioxide. From outside, Jean Oscar was yelling at Elias that he had to take his bride to the doctor, but Elias felt like we weren't there, so he disobeyed Oscar's orders and ran to the tent. He went inside and saw us surrounded by fire, so he carried us out before the flames consumed us and we died there... Suddenly, I felt a waterfall pouring over my head. I saw Oscar, who had tied me, Shoka, and Elias to a wooden plank. He asked me the strangest question in the universe: why did we stop playing when the fire started? (Huh? Are you out of your mind?! You want me to die while I'm playing?! I'm going straight to hell, you idiot!!) Ugh. Anyway, I kept quiet, and he said that we had to do our duty, and our duty was to continue playing until the last bone in our bodies was burned by the fire. I was about to speak and explain, but suddenly he whipped me across the face, leaving a long scar. He was about to hit Shoka, but at that moment, they came Oscar's brothers, whom I will list in order: 1. Musab (the King) 2. Sam 3. Hiram 4. Daniel 5. Reza (his brother who was previously married) 6. Oscar 7. Kotar (his youngest brother, but he died, so Oscar took his place). Anyway, Sam, who is a kind and compassionate brother, said that you must have mercy on him and not harm him. So Oscar started arguing with his brother and raising his voice at him. Before he knew it, he received a slap in the face, and it turned out to be his brother Musab, the King. Musab told him not to be disrespectful to his older brother and said that he should forgive Shoka, me, and Elias for our mistake, not punish us. Instead of punishing us, he should punish the rebellious servants. Oscar remained silent and felt embarrassed, as if his pride and arrogance had been shattered. Then, a little girl, about six or seven years old, came out from behind Musab and went towards me, gently touching my face with her hand. Musab shouted "My daughter Ruwaida, be careful... she says it must hurt, right?" I smiled at her and said it wouldn't hurt if we received treatment. So she went to her uncle Oscar, hugged him, and said, "Uncle, please forgive them and let them take the medicine." He smiled, picked her up, kissed her on the cheek, and said, "How could I go against my sweetheart's word?" She smiled, laughed, and hugged him. The guards released our restraints, and as we were about to get up, we fainted from the pain of the burns and the poisonous gases that filled our lungs. They carried us away and treated us. When we got up and regained some of our strength, we learned that the rebellious servants had been executed for their treachery. The chaos at the wedding was their doing because they hated Oscar. Anyway, our prince came and helped Oscar prepare for his wedding. He got everything sorted, and he finally got married, and we were very happy. A year later, when I was 20, I was on the palace roof watching the golden sunset. A gentle breeze was playing with my hair when Shoka came and talked to me, his face to the right. When he looked at me His entire face was reddened by the burn, an indelible mark of that memory. He reached out and touched my face, feeling the scar, and asked if I hated it. I touched it, smiled, and said no, because I consider it part of my memories, even if they were bad. The arrival of Soma, Rasim, and Tilda interrupted us. We were all watching the sunset and talking about our memories with laughter, despite the pain we faced and the hardships we went through. The End~
