Muscular Defeated

That night was never going to be quiet.

The training camp continued to tremble, aftershocks rolling through the forest. People living nearby stared toward the smoke in alarm.

"My light fixture almost fell. Was that an earthquake?"

"Part of my ceiling cracked! What is happening tonight?"

"There's fighting near the camp. I saw lightning in the sky."

"Class 1-A and Class 1-B are training there, aren't they?"

"Yuto Kanzaki is there too."

The moment his name came up, the residents exchanged uneasy looks. After the U.A. Sports Festival and the final exam, Yuto had become one of the most talked-about students in the country.

The quiet night turned chaotic.

The road to the camp filled with reporters, cameras, microphones, and emergency vehicles.

News reports began almost immediately.

"According to reports from the scene, Class 1-A and Class 1-B of U.A. High School have been attacked during their forest training camp."

"The League of Villains' invasion appears larger than the USJ incident and the Hero Killer incident."

"Current reports name Muscular, Moonfish, Spinner, Magne, and several other dangerous criminals among the attackers. Their apparent target may be Yuto Kanzaki."

Viewers watching at home were stunned.

"Muscular? Moonfish? Spinner? They're after Yuto?"

"Yuto is strong, but he's still a first-year student. Muscular killed Water Hose."

Then the reports updated.

"We have received new information. Moonfish, Spinner, and Magne have already been captured. The battlefields are covered in sword marks, which suggests a sword-using hero or student was responsible."

A sword user.

Everyone thought of the same person.

Yuto.

Inside the camp, All Might and the other Pro Heroes felt the tremors as they continued forward.

The scene around them was wrecked. Smoke rose in columns, and aftershocks kept moving through the ground.

Midnight looked ahead, unsettled. "Could that be Yuto?"

Aizawa's eyes narrowed. "We need to reach the battlefield and confirm it."

All Might nodded. "A powerful enemy is ahead. Keep moving."

They ran on, shocked by the scale of the fight they had not yet reached.

At the battlefield, the smoke finally thinned.

Yuto stood in the crater with a calm smile.

Mandalay's eyes filled with tears. She rushed forward and hugged him tightly.

"Thank you," she said again and again.

Yuto patted her shoulder gently.

"I'm a hero. This is what I should do."

Class 1-A erupted in relief.

They had seen Yuto defeat Muscular.

But Yuto's expression soon turned serious again.

The battle was not over.

Dabi, Himiko Toga, Kurogiri, and the rest of the League were still in the camp.

More importantly, All For One had not appeared yet.

The fight was still going.
