Rika grimaced in pain as she laid in bed.

"Alright, you've done this 3 times before, and just like the first, it's only one," the nurse smiled.

"Oh, think I can remember 1 after I birthed out three in one go a few years ago!?" Rika fumed.

"Push! Push!"

"Ngh, AHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

The sound of infant crying rang out as Rika began panting.

"And it's a little baby girl. Any idea for a name?" the nurse asked.

Rika smiled serenely as she stared down at the baby. "Yumi... Your name is Yumi."

The baby gently smiled and babbled as she held up her tiny hands.

"Yeah, yeah, exclusive milk, but only for a limited time," Rika smiled as she freed up one of her breasts.

"MILK!? I wanna drink good milk!" Cinnamon cried as she ran up.

"No. It's for the baby," Waki glared as she stopped her twin sister.

"I want Momma's milk!"

"Just a bit. Yumi needs the milk more than you."

"Yay!" 

Rika let out a sigh as Cinnamon began sucking milk from her other breast. "You are still cute, but still, you gotta grow up." 

"I wanna suck Momma's milk forever!" 

Rika serenely smiled and patted Cinnamon and Yumi on their heads.
