But Harold’s nightmare would only worsen, as when the sun began to rise, that same group of individuals suddenly came bursting into Yukino’s hospital room in order to impaled her with the same Silver Stakes that she was given two years prior in attempt to kill her. And although Harold desperately tried to defend his wife, his world would continue to shatter even further as his wife underwent a terrifying transformation before the sun would completely incinerate her into charred dust. The mysterious hunters then told him that should anything happen to his family, or the recently born twin daughters, then they would one day return to help protect him and his kin from the Monstrous Vampires that he had just encountered with his wife earlier. Even going so far as to hand him some specialized weapons and gear designed to kill off said vampire creatures. For the past seven years after that, everything went well without a hitch for Harold, except for his wife no longer being with him, and her twin cousin helping with Yukino’s twin daughters. But then, Harold would be in for a horrific shock when one of his daughters would start to develop fangs of her own, yet strangely, she would not attack him at all while she was sound asleep in bed one night during her summer vacation.
