A Promise After Victory

The forest training camp should have been quiet after the League's defeat.

Instead, Class 1-A and Class 1-B were still buzzing with relief and excitement.

Juzo Honenuki and Ibara Shiozaki stood near Yuto after being freed. Ibara's cheeks were faintly red as she bowed her head.

"Yuto-san, thank you."

Honenuki looked at him with open respect.

"Thank you, Kanzaki. If you really build your own hero agency, I want to be one of the first to join."

The words immediately stirred Class 1-A.

"Hold on," Mina said, pointing at him. "I called dibs on joining Yuto-chan's agency first."

Ochaco pumped a fist, still flushed from the battle.

"Yuu-kun, you promised. We won, so you have to let us ask for a place there."

Midoriya looked at Yuto with bright, serious eyes.

"Yuto-kun, I've been waiting for that chance. I want to keep learning from you and become a Pro Hero who can stand beside you."

For a moment, everyone looked at Yuto.

His future agency had become more than a passing joke. To them, it was a place they could imagine chasing together.

Yuto nodded.

"If you still want that future, then you are welcome to try for it."

Momo's brows drew together.

"Yuto, you are strong, but you are still fifteen and you do not have a Pro Hero license. Under the rules, you can't establish a hero agency yet."

Several students looked at him again.

Yuto smiled with calm confidence.

"Trust me. I will solve that part too. If I say I will build my own agency, I will build it."

For a moment, the camp settled into a fragile peace.

Then black portals opened across the battlefield.

They looked similar to Kurogiri's warp gates, but their shape and pressure were different. The air around them carried a sharp, foul distortion.

Everyone immediately went on guard.

"Enemy attack," Yuto said. "Stay alert."

Tsuyu stared at the dark openings.

"Kurogiri's Quirk uses warp gates. Are these the same thing?"

The black portals widened until each one became large enough for someone to pass through.

Bakugo's palms sparked.

"Damn it. More League trash?"

Todoroki's voice was cold.

"Either way, we fight."

Yuto watched the gates and narrowed his eyes.

"They are short-range warp gates. The enemy should be somewhere near the camp."

A deep voice came from the darkness.

"Impressive. You are Yuto Kanzaki, then."

The entire battlefield tensed.

"I admire you. Would you consider joining the League of Villains?"

The reporters in the helicopter froze. All Might and the Pro Heroes watching from the road went silent.

Yuto smiled faintly.

"Not interested."

The voice remained calm.

"Do you know who I am?"

"I know. You are All For One."

Silence fell over the camp.

Even All For One paused.

"Interesting. You know my name. Then you should know what happens to those who oppose me."

His voice dropped.

"I will ask once more. Will you join the League of Villains? I can make you stronger."
