Chapter 3:

Do you remember me?

The next day as I was eating lunch alone d wasn't a surprise but my mind kept thinking. During class I probably dosed off and had a weird dream but I still remember everything. As I was in deep thought I hear a piano playing the notes felt really nostalgic. I got up and walked around the school finding out who was playing the piano to my surprise it was the girl with braids. She then stops playing after seeing me. We both locked eyes for moment. As soon as I took one step forward Emi grabs me and asks

"Where were you? I was gonna ask if we can eat together but you ran off?

Frustrated I looked around. She had disappeared. I looked at Emi and said

"Your an idiot you know that"

While walking back to class with Emi screaming at me for calling her how dumb she is all I could think was that girl whose name I dont know. Then I was going to talk to her in clsss but she had a left the school due to a sudden sickness. Dissaponted, walking home I find a road that leads to forest area. For some reason my senses were telling me to go of course I didn't want to go home while He is there. Walking for about 20 minutes I come across an opening. A field of sorts. I walk to the center of the field finding a Chopped down maple tree with only the stump remaining. I touch the stump for then I saw flashbacks of a girl and a boy playing near a maple tree. Confused I said to myself

"What is this?"

Then a voice spoke

"Its one of your abilities"

In flash In was at that place again. I then asked her what she did to me. She said

"I didnt do anything its just one of your abilities as a choosen one to help the keys. But I do not know the reach of your abilities I wonder if you'll have the same abilities as the previous one?"

I then asked what she meant by previous one. She proceeds to ignore my question and tells me that Iam taking too long and need to help one of the keys immediately.
Then she told me to look outside. It's spreading fast she then said

"One of the keys have it bad you need to hurry"

Before I can say a word I was back at the tree stump. Questioning myself

"Am I suppose to get used to that"

Then some rustling noises came from the bushes. I asked who was there. Got creeped out and left. As I was walking to contemplating what was about everything a sudden realization which made my whole day terreble to worse as I said to myself

"Oh mid terms tommorw"

As the scores where given there was a little commotion. Emi screamed as she said she was 3rd. She then said

"How can this be I was always the top of my class what about you Akira?"

I then looked at the chart and said

"Oh 1st"

The whole class looked at me with surprise I felt uncomfortable. I wondered why. That girl came to mind.
I looked around the classroom and ran off to try and find her.

Running around like a mad man I finally found her sitting at a bench looking at her scores. As soon as i start walking towards her she saw me and ran. I chased after her. While doing so I was afraid people my get it the wrong way. In the end she got tired and stopped. I said
