Hi, my name is...

Here I am, in outer space, fighting these damn insects again. This time there are some that i don't recognize from the last time. They are bigger and look a lot stronger, if I'm going to break through this is the time for that. Sometimes i ask myself how did all of this happen?

Hello, my name is Kakashi, and as you guessed it I live in Japan. I live with my mother, Akemi, my father, Josip and my little brother. Yes, my father is not Japanese... He is actually Croatian. Oh, you don't know where Croatia is? I won't blame you.

It's a small Mediterranean country just above Italy and below Hungary. Its hard to find for anyone who don't know where it is since it has little over 4 million people.

My parents fit each other perfectly even though they are from different sides of the world. Both are very intelligent, compassionate, strong and my mother is beautiful. Dad on the other hand... I don't even remember because of his big beard and shaved head... Did he even shave his beard last 2 or 3 years? He is a very big man, not as in height but overall size, he is 177cm, he might be even over 100 kg, and oftenly gets confused for a viking here.

Mother is a bit shorter than dad and even though she is around 45 she has a model figure. With her light brown hair and blue eyes, and a face of an angel, i don't really see what she saw in him but they really show their affection for each other as much as they can. Given that they both work from home, it's hell here all day long for me who is a 2nd-year senior high school kid with no girlfriend, and never had one...

"Hey big bro" (Kiddo excited for the new day)

"Heya kiddo" (Kakashi with a smirk)

"Don't call me kiddo" (Kiddo already infuriated a bit)

"Ok kiddo" (Kakashi with an even larger smirk)

"Grr" (Kiddo angrily)

"Hey Luka, don't start another fight with your brother, this isn't Croatia" (Dad putting them in their place)

Yeah, my little brother's name is Luka... Such a peculiar name for a person in Japan... Well, maybe it is better that way since my father has a belief that mother should have the honor of naming the first child since she carried it for 9 months. Such a lovely thing for him to do, thanks dad. But Luka was named after grandpa, seems like that's some kind of a tradition in Croatia, well anyway we are stuck in Japan with a Croatian family name... I mean Kovač, no one takes me seriously with a Japanese first name and Croatian last name... Maybe that is why I have no girlfriend...

Anyways I don't need to be worrying about such things, I would go to the other end of the world to find that special one. Just like my father did.

"Luka, did you prepare your things for the school?" (Kakashi questioning his little brother)

"Yes, big bro" (Luka firmly)

"Ok, let's go" (Kakashi)

"Watch your little brother Kakashi, you know he picks fights with everyone that ticks him off" (Dad telling them to watch out for each other)

"Yes sir!" (Kakashi salluting)

"It's not my fault they tick me off!" (Luka with a smug face)

We got our bags and went to school

"We're off" (Luka opening the door to the hallway)

"See ya" (Kakashi closing them)

"Have fun at school" (Mom and Dad wishing them best)

After we left for school we saw them talking through the window but couldn't hear them.

"Wow, your personality really shows in them both darling" (Akemi with a glint in her eye)

"Oh, Akemi, I can really see that... But I am no longer a kid to behave like Luka, even tho I am proud to see that he won't allow being looked down on" (Josip doubtfully but still proudly)

"Yes, that is really good but he has to understand when to act and when not to" (Akemi hoping he will get smarter)

We were on the way to school, and we met Okuma Tetsuo-senpai

"Good morning Okuma-senpai" (Kakashi humbly)

"Morning senpai" (Luka excitedly)

"Yo Kakashi, Luka" (Okuma in a chill voice)

He is an undergraduate in science university. We met while I was in junior high school. He was in senior. Since we are all going to the same place, we went together. The elementary, high school and the university are really close to each other being mainly focused on rising new scientists.

Elementary and high school are right next to each other. Senpai saved me back when I was 1st year junior when 7 boys from 3rd year bullied me, even though he was just a year older than them we beat them up. Of course, that happened in an alley on my way home and I kept silent to the teachers and so did he. The bullies were too proud to admit that 7 of them didn't stand a chance. Now we meet often on our way to school and talk about stuff.

"Okuma-Senpai, dad bought sodium acetate and we made hot ice at home the other day" (Kakashi eagerly)

"It was amazing after diluting it in water dad poured it on a few crystals and it started crystallizing, building a tower that looked like ice and it was actually hot" (Luka still with a glint in his eyes)

"Kakashi, you should have already known about that, and for you Luka, only 3rd grade and you already know which physical changes happened. Could you tell me why did it heat up?" (Okuma excitedly)

"That is because it is an exothermal reaction" (Luka while making an mhm-mhm face)

"Of course I knew about that, but I've never seen it or done it before" (Kakashi a bit stirred)

"Wow, you even know what exothermal means, I have high hopes for you Luka. So, you finally got to see a fast crystallization, Kakashi" (Okuma feeling glad for his underclassmen)

"Yeah, I'm planning on making dry ice bomb later" (Kakashi excitedly)

"HEY! Are you crazy!? That's really dangerous! This isn't some sort of a forest or a plain, this is a rural area, and also the plastic from the bottle or whatever you use would fly in every direction. You can't possibly clean up every piece" (Okuma angrily)

"I told him it was not a good idea, and also I will do my best to live up to your expectations" (Luka still making an mhm-mhm face)

"I am sorry senpai I will do my best to resist the urge when dry ice arrives" (Kakashi looking suspicious)

"Why you...!" (Okuma looking vexed)
