Aftermath of Panty Theft Incident

[Imperial Gendarmerie], they were one of the national police forces of Angevine. Formed in Freival during the first reign of the future Emperor Carolus when he was the regent of Freival, they were formed and introduced in response to some areas such as Moonfall Forest and government-owned infrastructures that require policing and making it safe for the public as one would gendarmerie, no matter what world, would do. They were a law-and-order measure for the newly occupied territories and towns during the War of Coalition 19 years ago where they shined and proved able to suppress the hidden viruses like what they had done to the executed group of rotten nobles, ministers, merchants, and undisciplined scallywag soldiers in Freival and other occupied territories.

The Panty Theft Incident was perhaps one of the strange cases they ever had in their recorded files. They were trained professionals. They were a branch of the Imperial Armed Forces who has a pride in military-style discipline inspired from the [Order of Thousand Blades], a prestigious paramilitary unit and organization from Freival. They handle the drunk adventurers together with the Adventurer Guild, so many things even their sister civilian police force, the Angevine Royal Police had to do things as expected of their organization.

Franz Madison facepalmed at the apprehended cuffed tied-up gagged rowdy brown-haired adventurer responsible for panty theft incident that caused public disorder right in royal capital of all places at the plaza. How ridiculous. Not even him would go that far for testing it. The adventurer was lucky he hasn't met OTB member on the way or else that 'chap' would have his 'sword' removed and mana network in his body crippled before landing to one of the gendarmerie stations in the capital.

"Bah, really using [Steal] to grab panties?" muttered the gendarmerie. "This is so shite. I do not find it amusing for telling me this act, according to the pinhead, was a test of learning that null spell. It's just ridiculous. My subordinates and colleagues reported there's children at that scene! Young children!"

"I know, Franz, I know." said the guild branch manager, Edvin Simeon, a blonde half elf half youngling. "Young Kazuma here came from Yamato last year. He had no living parents or relatives which means—"

"Tell me about it." Gently interjected Franz. "If he does that thing one more time, you guys know what to do."

Franz Madison was indeed a professional. The wolf-eared beastkin had an experience and how to handle crappy situations because he handled plenty of gangsters and armed thugs in his whole life before. Not many know of his secret except the emperor who was impressed with his professionalism considering his background and life. The beastkin loves his current job, the professionalism it carried, and salary very much as he was an incorruptible law enforcement agent once to boot responsible for taking out many criminals, rotten politicians, yellow journalists, corrupt law enforcement agency agents, rotten magistrates, and tycoons from a world he used to be at. Definitely a certified incorruptible badass you need for your law-and-order needs and rooting out the corruption in no time.

"Yes, yes, he'll be given a warning." firmly agreed Edvin as he then started looking at the adventurer with killing intent while smiling as if nothing is wrong. "Kazuma-san, if you cause public disorder one more time, consider your license revoked and blacklisted in guild-affiliated and partner establishments. This is your last warning, do you understand?"

Kazuma gulped and nodded.

"Good. Now pay up the bail if you want to scot free or you'll end up in holding cell for a day. Also, consider yourself lucky no government properties were damaged because if there's single one, you might find yourself get a visit from Judge Advocate General's Corps and court."

"S-so y-you're saying that...." Her face was blushing, really bright red for embarrassment. I could even cook a sunny side up egg. It was unusual for her to be like this because of the null spell, [Steal], being used for stealing panties right in the public place. I had no idea what's in her mind but she's cute currently.

"Yes." I bluntly replied, ignoring the faces of her sister and the girls showing.

"Are you really sure?"

"Yes." I replied, this time to Yuna, handing her a melonpan. "If you have doubts from my explanation, you may use [Recall] on me later or see the after scene I recorded with my device."

"R-[Recall]?!"

Watching Yuna and Cara blush, I took a look at Leen who remained adorably blushing while Hana was already full-blown blush.

'Maybe they want to try that other spell to see what I mean?' I blushed at the alternative spell that require direct contact and more effort.

[Recall], the ever-useful spell was for checking memories of other party at the specific memory they want to see. To use it, the caster and the other party must have their foreheads touching. From there, the other party will share that selected memory to the caster. There's also a null spell similar to [Recall] in terms of purposes and function, it's almost...ecchi yet very effective in harnessing knowledge. We haven't tried that similar spell yet for what I would bluntly call as "instant-learning through ecchi method".

"If it's Darling," broke the ice, Anri. "I won't mind learning what he knew through the means of [Words of Power]."

"[Words of Power], Anri?" curiously asked Leen, causing me, Cara, Yuna, and Hana go blush from what it could do to make the null spell very effective and efficient.

Grinning yet slightly blushing, Anri whispered things to Leen, making the girl redder and redder.

Poor Leen, she learned a new thing today --- [Words of Power], the spell for "learning knowledge through French kissing"

"I'm very sorry for everything, Father, Arvyn!" bowed down a beautiful sparkling snow-haired teen-looking woman to the two gods who were sighing slightly at her revelation. "I-I found him first before the girls met him! I cannot help he grew into me when I was checking and spying that world."

"Sigh," said first, Arvyn. "You should have told us then than making up some excuses in delaying who he wanted to see. I thought you as the Goddess of Love, Music, and Accuracy know better about matter of love. No wonder your assistants told me about you changing your appearance and doing some exercises 30 years ago surprising us there back then."

"Yeah," added the old man, closing the file. "No wonder he's good as Simo Häyhä and the rest of sharpshooters when you introduced him to target shooting as a child. Through you, he became greater than him as a marksman...through you, he found his passion earlier than what we originally calculated without interference after we finished programming and putting the final touches of that 'what if' world, and lastly, through you, he became who he was in his previous life. I'm glad you progressed his growth than expected. It turned out to be good."

"I'm very so---what?" Raising her head, her pale blue eyes saw her father and Arvyn smiling.

"What the old man meant was he's proud of your involvement without having to resort to using your powers in making things adjusted to your favor including those fair contests and things you participated." clarified Arvyn. "You made him, him. You were happy being yourself there. You made them happy too."

"Oh, Arvyn, you clarified what I said to my daughter." jokingly remarked the old man to Arvyn, earning a smirk from the younger god. "Falling in love, huh? Maybe it's time for you to have a name now after we explain things to them and you giving them an apology for the nonsense delay. He is a good man thanks to your role, influence, and support. Glad you made him who he was."

For the first time, the goddess blushed brightly.

'A god falling in love for the first time, huh? Since it's him, we could give him and his girls....' thought both the male gods.

"Arvyn, Arvyn!" came the energetic voice of Arvyn's assistant and one of his wives who came with new two folders in her hand. "How about these two? I can tell from my judgement they're okay."

"Nice choice! Please tell the staff to adjust the meeting room! You and the girls do the part for me."

"Okay, Darling!"

With the other female god left, Arvyn turned his attention to the old man and asked him about the world he observed. The world he observed when he checked that world's social media, people, and political landscape, never for his life, he would cringe and be disgusted at the situation in that world for the shamelessness presented by the majority of the people who were beyond redeeming including the world leaders and their followers who exploited their countries and countrymen through wrongful manipulation and dishonest means. The person there in that lost cause world, photo edited the actual real photos with fake ones in every single political presidential election seasons. Popularity-based leadership in politics, he hated including that Imperial Republic of Maine and other pure presidentialist countries in all kinds of worlds he peeked in because they were all the same, no matter what world. He could not even believe someone will dance and do stupid gimmics for political advertisement which was the most cringiest thing he ever seen. "Hey, old man, did you delete that lost-cause failed world I told you 'bout?"

"Hoho, I did before my daughter came to us. I gave a new life to those who were good in the heart except the paid trolls, and corrupt persons. Those corrupt persons there are just a pain in the arse and irredeemable to boot; always lying and spreading misinformation so they can stick to their malpractices that favor to their situation at the cost of their country and fellow countrymen."

"I agree. At least we have JJ and the rest keep an eye on those stragglers and take action against the unwanted parasites. Glad we gave them a head's up before it turned unorderly and anarchy. It'll take more years to make things back to normal."

"Yeah." agreed Arvyn as group of people came into his mind, causing him to smile as he started suggesting matters. "Hey, how about we inform them? Their two friends will be reincarnated soon. At least it won't be too late to us for explanation again."

"Alright. It's better than nothing. I do love true friends reuniting." said the old man as he turned his attention to his daughter. "As for you, my daughter, how about I give you a name, Noelle? For the 'punishment' of the actions you committed towards your friends and object of interest?"

"I-I accept this 'punishment', Father." accepted the Goddess of Love, Music, and Accuracy, now named Noelle. "I swear with this newly given name, Noelle, that I will remedy the mistakes I made with my friends."

"Good! You have my blessing, Noelle!"

Noelle blushed from her father's encouragement.

We're doing fine without incidents except for the priceless looks of the instructors when they checked my mana reserves three months ago and calling me a prodigy or some nonsense because of what I inherited from my past life's hardwork and experience. I will not think using that null spell, Sophia. You know me better. One of my female friends in my past life jokingly told me not to use such similar spell when we watched anime together with my girls for their Anime Club activities. I won't do that here, I promise.

Indeed, we're very lucky because if one knew Fucking located at Austria, Horní Police, and Kuřim both located at Czechoslovakia, Montcuq located in France, or any, this region would be a meme name alongside Uwu.
