The Day of Misery

It was a beautiful start of the day for Aya when she woke up without having any nightmares like she had been having for weeks.

 It was quiet an exeptional day as that day would mark the start of her highschool life. Filled with excitement Aya woke up earlier than her alarm could go off and went out for school after having her breakfast.

 She was an excited teen who hadn't experienced any hardships and lived a quite life so far and being an only child she knew nothing but love.

The main reason of excitement was the fact that her best friend had also gotten accepted into the same school, her best friend Shizuha was chirpy and friendly in nature, shizuha looked as though a goddess had set foot on earth. 

She had long and voluminous curls and a pretty face. Shizuha had befriended almost all of the classmates when they were in middleschool, which amazed Aya as she on the other hand was a shy girl who minded her own bussiness.

 Shizuha shared every small thing happening in her life with Aya from her parents fighting to a old lady she helped cross the road. They both had similar interests since they were kids so it was quite easy to get along.

 Aya found it no less than a blessing as friends like her were hard to find.

After a long walk she could finally get a glimpse of the school. The school that she was going to be attending was a prestigious school and almost every student's dream to get accepted into.

Both Aya and Shizuha made their way to their destinations and met near the main gate and were already gossiping But not until they hear a huge clash from the city side and were stood paralized all the students and teachers rushed out of the gate to get the view of the seight  and were all shook by the sight of a pitch black smoke coming from the big tower of the city.

 The teachers intructed the students to not panic and move toward the classes believing it to be some fire that was caused by some accident or some short circuit but they were proved wrong when they heard another huge blast, this time not in the centre but from the south nearer to the school.

 All the efforts made by the teachers to calm the students down were failed and the students rushed out of the gate worried for their family.

Completely surprised aya and shizuha caught back thier breath and rushed out too. Both worried about their family .

 "we'll meet again at the same spot if something went wrong and if you face any commotion call me immediately" explained aya in a shaking voice

 "dont worry its going to fine, okay?" said shizuha to calm aya down and nodding to shizuhas quetions they rushed off to the their house. 

It was going to e a long way ack home due to the distance but Aya's shaking legs didn't let her stop, they kept running until she encountered an old man crushed under the building moaning for help in his last breath.

 She saw around, no one but only silence came across accompanied by screams at distance . She moved towards the old man inorder to help him and tried to move the gigantic boulder over from him, but as she tried to remove it,  anothe boulder followed and crushed the man straight in the head.

 Seeing this horrific scene of blood, skull bursted and brain splattered all over her face, aya puked on the spot and was feeling very sick of everything.

 After she had seen such a disgusting and pitiful sight she thought about her parents and wondered if they need help just like the old man which gave her inspiration to move on and find them.
