The Inauguration

When I woke up, we had finally arrived at the capital, Borwon. I'm not too sure how long I was asleep but at least I didn't have to sit and wait to do anything. Looking outside the sky was getting dark.

We began to gather our stuff and get off the carriage. Looking around, the capital felt like another world. The miasma was strong, but the streets seemed oddly clean and well paved. As we were finishing off getting our stuff the guards came and began frustrating me.

"We don't have all evening, hurry up, will you! Unless you want to sleep outside, then you can take your time."

"What do you think we are doing? Idiot."

"You need to learn to speak properly to higher-ups!"

"Eh? Try not stating the obvious, idiot."

"You should save that energy for tomorrow's test, you would easily win that way."

"I can easily beat everyone here while being half asleep."

"Haha, quite the confidence you have, for someone your age."

"Doubting me?"

"Haha, certainly not, I wouldn't want to see your angry side, little man."

"We will see who the little man is tomorrow, idiot."

"Don't get too full of yourself"

They all gathered their stuff and went off to the dorm, not wanting to be left behind. I quickly gathered my stuff and rushed after the rest of them. Dazing around looking at the tall squashed buildings, it felt nothing like at home. Everything seems so alien here. Walking towards a large building the wind began blowing stronger as the path got more narrow.

Not wanting to catch a cold I rushed after everyone into the dorms. I followed everyone inside and we received the key to the room. However, I wasn't able to resist the urge to go and explore around the dorms before going to my room. While wandering around the dorms, I realised that I will have to share the room with someone else. My heart started beating quicker. My body was shivering. My breathing was heavy. I leaned against the wall and sat down to catch a breath properly. Suddenly out of nowhere, one of the recruits appeared in front of me.

"OH, are you okay there?"

"I-I'm fine... "

"Say what you want but you clearly don't look fine at all."

"I j-just lost my breath, I'll be fine in a moment."

"Hmm, If you say so. So what room are you from?"

"I- I'm from room 24…"

"Really!?"

"Y-yes…"

"I am as well!! Seems like we are roommates!"

This is definitely not the way I wanted to meet the roommate…

"What were you doing here on the ground anyway?"

"I was just looking around, and r-ran out of breath. What are you doing here?"

"Hmm, that does explain why I can't recognise your name. Since you are from another country why are you enrolling into the army here?"

"I- my family got their reputation ruined and w-we got forced to flee. I came here and enrolled into the army so I can get stronger and be able to fix our families reputation."

"Unfortunately that you have to go through that, you do seem a bit stressed. Sorry for asking such a question, considering it's our first time meeting."

"It's f-fine, I'm just a little tired."

" Ah, it has been quite a long day today."

"Well, w-we are in our room now."

"Fantastic, this might not have been the best way for us to meet for the first time, however, it was nice meeting you Mito-sama."

"Yes, it has been, T-togoshi-sama…"

"Shall we not be so formal with each other, after all, we are going to be roommates for a while."

"S-sure"

"So, Kato-san. How old are you?"

"I am 16, w-what about you T-Takeo-sama."

"Haha, you don't have to say sama, san is just enough."

"Oh, okay Takeo-san... "

"Fantastic, oh, and I am 17."

"I s-see."

"Yup…"

I'm so nervous that I no longer know what to say. We silently walked into the room and started unpacking. Luckily our beds are on the opposite sides of the room, and I can hide my personal stuff which would reveal anything. Then Takeo-san started talking.

"Do you mind if I use the bathroom first?"

"No, it's fine, go ahead."

"Thank you, I'll try not to take too long."

"Take your time."

"Alright, will do then."

He went off to the bath, during this time I had the opportunity to unpack everything without him seeing anything. Hopefully, he takes his time so I can finish having a bath late while he's asleep. When I finished unpacking, I laid down on the bed and fell asleep, soon after that Takeo-san came out of the bath.

"You can go to the bath now Kato-san"

"Okay, I- I might be there for a while, so don't wait on me."

"Alright, have fun."

"Thank you, w-will do."

I went into the bathroom and locked the door. I went into the bath. Hopefully, he isn't going to be a creep and look through my stuff. Thinking about it was just giving me the willies. I shouldn't need to worry, he's supposed to be a noble's son. Although, normally nobles don't join the army. Well, I'll just have to ask him this tomorrow, hopefully, he doesn't look through my stuff like a pervert.

I tried staying in the bath as long as possible to ensure that he will be asleep when I get out. I walked out of the bath, dried myself, put on some clothes for bed and walked back into the room. I attempted to be as quiet as possible in case Takeo-san was asleep, but that didn't matter as he was awake anyway.

"Thought you would be asleep already"

"Oh, Kato-san, so you're done now"

"Yes, but why aren't you asleep?"

"I'm too stressed, I wasn't able to fall asleep"

"Hmm... that is understandable, we do have an important exam tomorrow, which decides if we get into the army or not."

"Yes, but I can't do much about the stress, you go ahead and sleep. I'll fall asleep eventually."

"How about I help you release some stress?"

"H-how will y-you do that Ka...- Kato-san?"

"Well, usually I give people massages to help release their stress, so I think it could also help you Takeo-san."

Takeo-san slowly took his shirt off and threw it beside the bed. His body was more muscular than I thought it would be. He laid down on his bare chest, while I grabbed my oil and began pouring it over his back. I leaned over him and began spreading the oils all over his warm back. *Bu-dum* *Bu-dum* *Bu-dum* It felt as if it was getting really hot in the room. Although I've done this plenty of times before, it feels different this time. Could it be due to him being a noble? I sat over his legs and leaned over his back to reach his shoulders and began gently massaging them. *Bu-dum* *Bu-dum*

"D-does Takeo-san feel good...?"

"I-it feels really good K-Kato-san."

"I-I'm glad you like it, I'm going to carry on now."

"P-please do."

I started moving my hands down his back along his spine.

However, I need to finish giving him the massage I promised to give. "I- I really did, t-thank you a lot. It did help a lot with the stress."

"I'm glad!"

Takeo-san's face was bright red, I might have gotten a bit carried away with the massage.

"Y-your face is red Kato-kun, are you okay?"

"S-shall we sleep now?"

I went back to my bed and hid under the blanket. I didn't realise what I did till now. He's probably going to question my gender now. What have I done? I got too carried away with the massage, but it just felt so good. I can't stop thinking about what just happened. I was worried about Takeo-san being a pervert, but then I did something like that. What's wrong with me? I need to stop thinking about this, I need to sleep. Tomorrow is an important day, and I'm thinking about such lewd things.
