Lost tales: The Day I Saw a God

Chapter 45

He was looking at her at the time she was thinking. He asks her :'Is something wrong?"

She snaps back to reality. She was startled. She looks at him and replies to him :"N-no it's nothing. I was trying to asks about this palace. But please say it in briefly and shortly with normal speed"

He couldn't understand why she was then standing like that while not asking that question. He replies to her :"You could have just say so then remaining silent."

She laughs it off and this time he replies to her with normal speed :"You might be thinking that this floor is just a kitchen but the inside of the palace is divided into three parts, One thirds of it for you, the owner of the palace, another one thirds of it is for the angels and the servant who works here and the other one thirds is for the god servants and the archangels. Even though I called it a palace it does look like a huge skyscraper building from the outside. The height of this structure is about 1 thousand feet. And it have a total of forty floors."

She heard that this time. Since he didn't say it quickly. She replies to her :"Now I understand. So that means that this palace is mine. It looks more like a skyscraper than a Palace. And by the way this skyscraper is really big. Way bigger than what I saw so far."

She continues her reply to him by asking him :"But why is this tower divided in three parts?"

He replies to her question :"When Ban sama finished creating this tower, he lived in this tower for several days all alone. But there was so much space left empty that he was kind of bored and lonely. And that's why he let 7 thousands angels stay in here and another one thousands angels to work in here like cleaning, cookings and stuff like that."

She never thought that someone like Ban would get lonely or bored. She thought to herself after hearing that from him [I didn't expect that Ban would get lonely or bored. I guess he is a human- was a human before after all.]

She looks around the kitchen one more time. Even though she was in here for sometime and looked around the room already she still can't believe that this kind of kitchen even exists. She only heard of this kind of huge kitchen from her friends. And the people who had this kind of huge kitchen is a king or some high political person in her world.

She replies to him :"I still can't believe that there is a kitchen so huge, more bigger than a bedroom! Even though you said that why do only twenty five people cook for seven thousand angels? Isn't it kind of impossible to cook for seven thousand angels with just twenty five people? Also why there are twenty five people who works in this kitchen but there is only 10 chairs on the dining hall?"

He replies to her question :"Most of the angels doesn't need to eat food to survive. Most of the worker and the angels who lives in here are from the higher and mid-higher level of angels. Only the lower levels of angel and sould need food to survive. And the reason why there is 10 chair instead of 25 It's because 10 angels works at the day and another 10 angels works at the evening. The 5 angels who are left they tend to clean the dishes and plates in the afternoon and in the night. That's why there is only 10 chair. Though sometimes they need to use tge entirety of the huge kitchen since sometimes Light sama might come and order some huge cake or a huge chicken fried to eat."

She didn't know how to react to the last part. She also gets curious about one part from what he said. She ask him :"Does God even need food to live?"

He replies to her :"No. But Light sama often wants to eat food. It's seems that Light sama have a appetite for eating food. He likes eating food, I guess."

She asks him :"Am I part of the lower class of souls?"

He replies to her :"Currently you are in the lower class of souls."

She feels a bit sad hearing that. She thought to herself [I should have known. After all I was just a normal human before]

She makes a sad face. Seeing that Harley gets worried. He starts panicking. He thought to himself [D-did I say something that made her sad??? What should I do?! What should I do?! I don't know what I should do!]

She looks at him. She saw that he is panicking seeing her sad face

She replies to him :"I am sorry for making a sad expression. I guess I made you worry for me. I am really sorry."

She thought to herself after she said that to him [Just how could I make a child get worried about me?! I really am disgraceful.]

He continues his reply to her :"N-no nee-san doesn't need to be sorry about that. It's not something to apologizes for. It's my fault for worrying. Bu-but a lower class of souls can turn into a higher class of souls and gets powerful."

She feels a bit happier than before. She replies to him :"Thank you. Though I didn't know that a soul could get stronger."

He continues his reply to her :"Of course, a soul could get stronger. You only need to get stronger and train. I believe that nee-sam will be able to do it easily ."

She replies to him :"Thanks."

After she said that to him she starts walking to the dining hall. She saw some pictures of some foods and various types of cuisines. The pictures on this room were pretty realistic. The pictures taken by camera or something like that. There was four chest of drawers. Two in each side of the wall. Two chest of drawers in left and two in right. There was also four bookshelves. Two in each side like before but the bookshelves were besides the chest of drawers. Plates, fork and spoon were clean and neat and decorated in the table. 3 large candles were lit in fire in the table. But there was nothing out of ordinary. It wasn't as big as the kitchen.

She replies to him like this:"There is nothing here that takes my interest. Let's go to the next floor."

He bows down to her and replies to her :"As you wish, nee-san."

They then starts walking to the direction of the staircase. She starts walking in the stairs. Harley was following her from behind. They reaches the twenty-sixth floor. She stops walking and stood in front of a door, a giant massive steel door.
