I don't fear him

Chapter 66

"Where is Ban?" She asked

"He just entered the heavens. He will come here in just a span of few minutes. If you wait" He said

"Like I can let him see me like this." She said

Harley was surprised. He expected her to be still unconscious for even more period of time, but she regained her conscious before that. He didn't expect that at all. He was staring at her in awe. She realized that. She was annoyed by that. She doesn't like people to stare at her like this. She think it's a rude behavior

"What are you looking at?" She asked

"N-nothing. My Lord. It's just that I thought that Lord Gabriel should have been still unconscious." He said

"What the hell are you talking about?" She said angrily. She gets angry. He was startled

"I-i am sorry." He said

"Don't you know?" A said

"What?" He asked

He didn't what they are talking about. He was puzzled and confused.

"No amount of pain would stop me from meeting with Ban!" She said

"Wha-" He said stopped himself saying anymore than this

"Wha-?" She said

"Nothing" He said

He couldn't bring himself to say it in front of them, in front of her. Because she might get even more angry or annoyed with him. And he didn't want to anger his Lord.

She tries to move, but she couldn't do it. Because her entire body was chained with steel chain. She was chained with a wooden plank. She wasn't able to move at all. She tries to move again and again, but she couldn't even make those steel chain flinch at all.

"Why aren't you helping me!!" She said loudly

"Y-yes, I am helping, My Lord." Harley said

He starts to unchain her. But he was failing to this.

"How do I this?" Harley asked

He didn't have any experience with chains so he was having a hard time with it. Rather than making it come loose it was becoming tighter.

"What are you just standing here for? Help him" She asked

"You should have known that you can't beat him." He said

"So what?" She asked

"Then why did you started to fight with him in the first place?" He asked

"You know, stop asking me questions that you know the answer of and help me!" She said angrily

Harley was finally able to take off one of the chain from her body without making it any tighter.

"Yeah! I unchained one of it. But there is still a lot." He said proudly. He felt happy doing it.

"Then stop talking and unchain me!!" She yelled

"I see. The answer is what I thought it would be." He said

"Yeah, it is. So, stop talking and help me!!" She yelled at him too

Natsumi could hear it from there

"What are they yelling for?" She asked

"I don't know, Miss Natsumi." Arthur said

"Of course, you wouldn't know. After all they are faraway..... Why were you so scared of him?" She asked

"W-whom do you mean by that?" Arthur said. He had a hunch whom she was talking about

"A" She said

He starts to shake and tremble in fear. His hunch was telling him the same name and person.

"W-what are you talking a-about, Miss Natsumi? I-i am n-not afraid of him at all." He said with fear while trembling. He was very afraid of him.

"Then why are trembling?" She said

He was busted. She knew that he is scared of him. And that he fear him. He stops hiding anything from her. She knew it from the beginning seeing his behaviors.

"The truth is, there is many rumors surrounding him, Miss Natsumi." He said

"Rumors?" She asked

"Yes, Miss Natsumi. Rumors. One of the rumors is that Lord A took the life of 10 thousand people just to become a archangel. Not the life of just normal beings. It is said he took the lives of 10 thousand angels! Another one of the rumors is that Lord A drank the blood of dead animals, humans, birds, monster, demons and even angels! There are even more dark rumors like this. Like there is a rumors-" He was still continuously saying but she interrupts her

She was taken aback by that. She was also a bit surprised by all this fact. But she didn't believe in it completely

"Stop! Did you asked him if those rumors are actually true?" She asked

"No." He said

"Why didn't you?" She asked

"Miss Natsumi! Don't you see that? Those looks of his eyes! His eyes look like the eyes of a murderer, who murder and kill people for fun." He said

"Did you even see a murderer?" She asked

"No, I didn't." He said

"So, then how do you know the eyes of murderer?" She asked

"My guts told me that?" He asked.

"Why is this sentence in a question???" She yelled

From the day he was born he was scared of A. He feared him more than anybody else. He didn't know why he was so fearful of him. He tried to fix it but he wasn't able to subside the fear. So it remains with him to this day.

"It's seems you are kinda angry. Should I wait for you calm down or should I leave?" A asked

She looks at him. She saw that Harley was standing beside him in his child form.

"N-no, you don't have to." She said

She pinches Arthur in his tail.

"Ouch! What was that-- 'for?'" He said. He said that for word silently.

"Talk to him. Say nice to meet you or something." She said that silently to Arthur

"Why?" Arthur asked

"Shut up and just do it. Aren't you a man?!" She said

Right after she said that she again pinches in his tail. He was again hurt by that. The reason why she did that it's because she wanted him to start less fearing him and starts to talk to him like a normal person.

"N-nice t-to m-meet you, l-l-lord A-a-a-a." He said. He was stuttering so much.

She thought to herself [He messed up]

"Why are you stuttering so much. Is this name so hard for you? If you think it's hard you can call me by whatever name you think of. You might even call me stupid or idiot." A asked

She thought to herself [What??!]

"N-no, M-my L-l-lord. I-i-i c-can n-never bring m-myself to c-c-call M-my L-l-lord s-s-stupid!" He said

"Then try to stop stuttering or it will be very confusing to the other person to know what you are saying." A said

"Y-yes, M-my L-l-lord" He said. He was stuttering in fear and nervousness.

"So what happened in there? Why she was yelling?" She asked

"Nothing that important. More importantly-" A was interrupted

"I am sorry, Sis. I wasn't able to do it properly. I wasn't able to stop them." Harley said while bowing down to her

"No, it's ok. Even Night and me wasn't able to stop them." She said

"Yes, sis." He said

He didn't say anything more than that. She expected him to ask her to give him a punishment or say something harsh to him. But he didn't asked for it.
