The Beginning (2/3)

With the guys safe and sunrise coming, Cal took this opportunity to explore Lenin, he left the base and felt a bit of sweet air and the gaze of sunlight, he wandered around Lenin and saw how much has changed since the first time he showed up in Lenin, he could see how the citizens were so happy and felt so free, Cal found that motivating and hungry, he entered in a restaurant, "hello sir, what'll it be?" Cal looked on the menu and asked for a cheeseburger, "one cheeseburger coming up." The people around Cal looked at him with curiosity even so that an old man asked about what Cal did with that 'criminal that I have just forgotten' and this seem to worry Cal since he killed Attic, "all I can say is that I was glad to show up in Lenin if it meant bringing peace then im willing to volunteer on fixing it."

Cal's burger came quickly, he took a bite of his burger and seem to take his time while doing so, "this is a nice burger." Cal was starting to remember the thing that he saw back in Bêydia, Cal paid with the Zonium he still had and left the restaurant, he looked around more and saw that the town was getting bigger and better but found himself in an alleyway where he encountered a soldier who was brandishing an Arkomanan blade, she activated her blade while Cal only had a damaged blade, he didn't know why he still had it or why he even activated ith but he had this dark aura around this person, "ah so the rumours are true, you are the student of Azzam Jharothapal." Cal thought she was going to say how he was Rekxzan Dartha's student and the name Jharothapal sounded so familiar."

She came charging at Cal until she had him at a corner, she could see in his eyes as if it was fuzzy, and she started to laugh, "my my, you do not remember the tragic incident do you not? Well, I hope this will help you!" She punched Cal in the face leading him to have a nosebleed, "is that all? I have gone through worse." Cal felt overconfident that he broke the soldier's helmet off showing half of her face, he could see how it was burned, "you little!" She came charging at him again at the same corner until... Cal levitated her from the ground with green energy and threw her 10 miles away from her, he ran off leaving her brutally damaged, Cal could not believe what he had done but felt awesome about it.

Cal returned to the base where he found Valid, Eight and Nooz were recovering from the illness, "how you all holding up?" Eight stood up, "doing okay, got more than 3 minutes to go..." Before Eight could finish what he was saying the base that Marshall and Scura were in was being attacked, "YOU!" the soldier was shooting at the base trying to kill Cal, and Scura took a bullet while Marshall tried to get the ship off the sky, he was successful but it came crashing down on them, almost killing Marshall and Scura but it didn't kill the soldier who went after Cal who was trying to get her away from the others, Valid and the others became worse than before with them being exposed to the sunlight, they had to find somewhere they could hide until dark. Cal stopped at the same alley where the soldier stopped and took off her helmet, "you are quite persistent ... Just like how I was before the invasion... What is your name student? ... Oh that's right your name is 'CAL JARKYE MEMRE' am I not wrong?"

"How did you..?" Cal was amazed by how she knew his full CANONICAL name, I know many things... But what I don't know is what you truly are... Many rumours have gone put that you are the mysterious X Hybrid and for someone like myself who is sceptical, I have a right to confirm it... Now... Let's open you up." She slowly walked towards Cal while using a time stop device to leave Cal in a vulnerable state, "tick-tock, tick-tock, the mouse goes up the block, and then came the humans and squashed the mouse, out came happiness to the humans face oh tick tock tick tock, the mouse was left for dead." And before she could dissect him, Nooz arrived and tried to save Cal, "HOW DARE YOU!!" Valid and Eight arrived but they were not enough for the soldier's power, they all lied to the weaker than they were before.

"I will admit that you have some trustworthy friends but they are not enough to defeat me! Unlike you... Your power stands higher than the galactic empire... I shall have my prize and trophy by my side as I take over the galaxy." She stabbed her blade into Cal's chest, Cal was boiling with pain until... The same green energy grabbed her and ensured that she was brutally punished. She lay on the ground whole the energy grabbed the others and Cal to safety.
