"It's a long story... I see that youre making a name for yourself... It felt like yesterday when we said our goodbyes... That's the one thing why I missed you guys." Cal looked from the window at how Lenin has changed positively, "not gonna lie to you Cal, we enjoyed being in Lenin, it made me feel like I was back home but more crime-fighting action... And me and Marshall we're getting along with each other but it still felt like having to talk to an Achezane (A common Yookuian winged beast, having a crow-like an appearance while harbouring humanoid parts, common but dangerous when attacked)" Cal looked around their base and saw how they were well known as crime fighters. "Take a look at this Cal, it's Vaithan teeth (sharped teeth slug which has a shell-shaped like a spore and arms that are shaped like a blaster which releases sleeping powder to its predators)."

Cal examined the teeth to see that this slug was forced to hide a code on its teeth, "these symbols... They look like nothing I have ever seen... These are strange symbols." Marshall put the teeth away, "for all I know... This could lead to a dangerous encounter and what is said here doesn't sound like anything I have ever witnessed." Scura received a call from someone named Reeve, "Cal... This Reeve guy says that he needs to talk to you about something."

Scura gave Cal the phone, "Cal! Thank goodness you are okay..." Cal stopped Reeve with an angered tone, "why was it that you had to abandon me? I was forced to be a lab rat!" Reeve apologised for abandoning Cal, "im sorry but there was a reason for it... It was blood... normal human beings have red blood and they are called Y Hybrids but there is a special type of human hybrid called the X Hybrids and their blood is blue."

"What does that mean?" Reeve explained what the X Hybrid is capable of, "that is what they are after, they want to understand what the Hybrid can do and don't, learn its strength and weaknesses... Tell me Cal, has anything happened that relates to you?" Cal thought about it and realised that he saw the whole lab into ruins in just a minute but decided to lie, "no... Nothing at all... Listen, I think it's best if I went into hiding again until I am prepared." Reeve protested, "Cal no we need to rendezvous with..." Cal ended the transmission and told Marshall and Scura to not look nor tell Reeve where he was.

Cal left their base and walked the streets of Lenin, that was when he came across Valid who was lying on the floor unconscious as usual.

Cal thought about avoiding him but it was too late as he woke up and immediately recognised him, "HEY AMIGA... AMIGO?! WHAT ARE..." Cal shut his mouth in the nick of time and told Valid to be quiet, "be quiet? what are you, my mom? No one tells me..." Cal punched Valid in the face and accidentally gave him a nose bleed.

Cal dragged the unconscious Valid to an alleyway where no one would find him and Valid, Cal saw that Valid had an address to a house, and Cal took the unconscious Valid to the location where he was introduced to familiar faces. Valid woke up and immediately wrestled with Cal at an angry pace, Eight and Nooz both stopped Valid from hurting Cal. They dragged the unconscious Cal into their house and closed the door behind them.
