Chapter 1:
Hanzo Shoda: The Demon that Protect the Human Race
Hanzo finally arrived at the location he had thought of and landed in a garbage container.
"WHAT IN THE WORLD, WHY DID I TELEPORT INTO A CONTAINER FULL OF GARBAGE? Don't ever think of my father while teleporting. "
Hanzo got out of the garbage container as he said and started to explore Yokohama. While exploring Yokohama, he then realizes and asks himself.
"Hmm, what was that voice just now? The tone of the voice sounds very calm and soothing in a way. Well, I should not worry about that at all and I need to find somewhere to stay for the night. "
After hours of going here and there, he has no other option than to steal riches and food from the citizens of Yokohama. The cops found Hanzo and arrested him not long after he began stealing; and, of course, Hanzo doesn't want to waste the energy he has left on running away from the cops; he didn't know they existed.
They bring Hanzo to the police station to ask him why he wants to steal money and food from the citizens.
"I have nowhere else to go but to steal from the citizens, and I am aware that stealing is bad, but I have to survive somehow, right? "
Hanzo answered confidently, and the cops were surprised that a kid like him ran away from home and stole to survive. The cops then continued to ask questions of Hanzo.
"First question, what is your name, and how old are you?"
"My name is Hanzo Shoda and I am 15 years old."
"Second question, where are your parents?"
"My mom died when I was born, and I left my father because he disowned me and didn't take care of me."
"Third question, why didn't you seek help from us cops?"
"It was because I can take care of myself more than anyone else can and also because I didn't know 'cops' existed."
The cops are confused about why he thinks that cops like them don't exist. They think Hanzo is a foreigner, even though 'Hanzo Shoda' sounded like his birthplace was in Japan. So the cops think he is lying and run a lie detector test.
It turns out Hanzo was speaking the truth; he didn't know cops existed at all. They ask Hanzo a few more questions anxiously.
A few hours later, they put Hanzo in solitary confinement to figure out how to deal with him.
Hanzo, on the other hand, felt relieved that he had found somewhere to sleep temporarily and gotten some food for himself to eat. After eating every single thing that he had on the plate, he then slept soundly on the bed that solitary confinement had for him.
After a few hours, there was a voice coming from Hanzo's mind, calling for him.
"Hanzo... Hanzo... Hanzo. Hanzo wake up, it's morning."
Hanzo wakes up to the same sound that brought him to Yokohama in the first place.
"What was that? It sounded familiar. Was it the same voice that brought me to Yokohama? "
The cops knocked on the door to wake Hanzo up to ask some more questions. Hanzo didn't hesitate to open the door and is ready to answer more questions that the cops will ask.
"Are you ready to answer the questions that we may ask?"
"I'm ready to answer anything."
"Good, which school do you go to?"
"I go to..."
Hanzo went silent, lost in thought and beginning to question himself.
"Which school did I attend, and more importantly, what are the school names that are in Yokohama?"
The cops looked at Hanzo's face and asked the same question but more slowly.
"Where do you go to?"
Hanzo has no choice but to answer honestly and just take the risk.
"I- I don't go to any school. "
They sort of understand why Hanzo left his father, but then wonder if Hanzo was poor. Then they saw Hanzo's clothing, and it looked neat and expensive, and they were confused.
"How did you get that really nice clothing? "
"Oh my father gave it to me"
