The Assassination of Tokuji Wakasa

Tokyo Waters

'Jump from the window? '

'Huh'

'Like I will blindly follow what you say

'And even if I do it, you think I will live after jumping from 400m?'

'You tryin' to kill me or what? '

Kiri flickered out.

'Say, what's your Lil brother doing.'

'Is he not behind the bars?' The caller asked.

'Do not take his name. A criminal like him is no brother to me. Ruining the lives of thousands of women for money. With our mother passing at an early age I was the one to raise him. Now that all happened, I cannot think of how I didn't notice his camouflaged self' said Kiri in a low tone.

Kiri was in a very feeble state. He was already weak after his bizarre transformation and now he felt flustered from conversing with the unknown caller. But he was still not cutting the line as he felt he can get to something after all these.

Now with all these happening, the most unfortunate thing happened for Kiri. He slipped. He did maintain a safe distance. But after all the conversation, he came too close to the window and at that point his left leg couldn't take his load up and he fell.

Kiri was falling and the only thing that was going around his head was where his body would fall. He was tired of his everyday life and he felt dead, but it's not like he wanted to die so soon. He has an old father looking up to him.

At that point, with no options left, the only one he could trust his life to was that mysterious caller.

Before Kiri could ask anything the caller broke the silence and said,

'You see you are dead meat anyway. So better follow my words.'

'Eight shooters are standing in eight directions, each in a building following a concentric ring formation and a normal human cannot break the ring and enter.'

'They also will be using aero-bullets which are 10 times deadlier than normal bullets' the caller elucidates to Kiri.

'Hold up a sec, you think this is a good time to reveal that to me' Kiri bursts out.

Ignoring Kiri and his presence the caller continued speaking.

'Everything will be decided only in seven seconds.'

'Remember to pay heed to the shooter in the South West. He can be some serious... '

'Just Dodge it'

Kiri was close to the target and due to the commotion for the new day, he missed a few words the caller said.

Dodging bullets! In mid-air? Is that his plan? Kiri kept thinking all this and was completely freaking out. Before he could ask anything the caller ended the call saying.

'Just trust your instincts and leave the rest to your fate'

Kiri's blood started running cold as he was closing the gap with the target. He closed his eyes and started focusing. And at that moment, it happened. He could sense every minute things happening around him. He could feel some point in his body that started pulling his energy and everything inside. With eyes closed, he was seeing darkness around but at that moment he saw something, something glowy. Not much time later he witness the full thing. It was a ginormous terrifying white snake with eight heads and eight tails. Sometime earlier the glowy thing Kiri saw was one eye of that monster.

Kiri was petrified. He was so scared that he couldn't move or shout.

The snake raised its eight heads with the eyeballs peculiarly down. Kiri somehow understood what they were trying to convey. They were looking down on him. Be it his instinct or something he felt they were will now attack him and before anything like that could happen he opened his eyes.

At that moment his physical body somehow already dodged the seven bullets in an unconscious state. (𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘳𝘥 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘴)

'All that was going on my mind?'Kiri thought. And before he could analyze what was happening around, the eighth aero-bullet from Southwest came and blew his hand into pieces. He was feeling devastated with blood spilling out of his hand. His body temperature rose. His heartbeat was super fast and he was unable to keep up with it. He felt like his eyes would explode and all his organs will burst out from his ears and mouth. He was filled with an enormous amount of tension. He had to release it somehow or else he will die.

It was the moment he saw Tokuji Wakasa surprisingly looking at him googling his eyes out. Kiri was in a state where he couldn't hear anything. (𝘍𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘵𝘩 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘴)

Kiri jumped down into his shoulder. He placed mechanical legs perpendicular to Tokuji's ear and switched on the compressor made of electromagnet that works under the soles of his shoes.

The man was screaming like thunder with blood spilling and eyes bursting out. Kiri couldn't hear a thing. It was the moment Kiri felt like he lost his humanity. (𝘚𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘩 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘴)

Not much time later he went unconscious and fell in the water body that was situated under the running aero vehicle. As his body fell down the vehicle also crashed into a building and caught fire.

The mission was successful.

It was only after two days Kiri finally opened his eyes.

After coming to consciousness the first thing he checks was his busted-out hands. He founds out that it was covered with bandages, most probably operated but his fingers were not there.

As he turns his face towards the door he sees the silhouette of two people standing. A young lady with over-the-top physical features and a man with a large body. He founds out about the man as he comes forward. Kiri's eyeballs squeezed in as standing in front of him was his younger brother who is supposed to be in jail.
