Interlude: R.O.C status update- Cancelled

Due to a freak accident caused by a fringe group of anti-city terrorists, all of our remaining patients have been eliminated.

We managed to retrieve most of the C.T.Ds, but all of them were heavily damaged right now. The only footage we could provide was of Finer, the one that escaped with the least amount of wreckage to it.

Tomorrow, at noon, we will hold a mandatory silent moment for the departed heroes of this year's race.

Regarding the terrorists, while they are still inside the Playground, we have dispatched the Captain of the Security Forces and several teams to deal with the murderers. Justice will be served, we can promise you that.
