The Myst saw Cal and let out a scream, it was afraid of him, Cal realised why it was scared of him, the others broke free of their imprisonment and attacked the Purgists while Radneg saw this as pointless and ordered some of his men to kill The Myst, the purists did what they could but it wasn't enough as it's power had reached half capacity, one by one, they began to be erased, "you... This is your fault!! I was going to be promised my empire and you had come in and..." Radneg was erased before he could finish his sentence, the Myst began to absorb the rest of the galaxies as it was taking its final shape. They took care of the remaining Purgists but they had a bigger problem to deal with, "Cal... We are all counting on you... Don't mess it up." Cal assured Macro that he couldn't make any promises, "I'll see you on the other side guys...GERONIMO!!!" Cal used his powers to jump and touch the purple crystal that was forming, Cal faded into dust, but his soul was now inside the Myst, the others watched from the outside as the Myst was lowering its head and calming itself down. Cal woke up to find himself in a white room, "so you did it... Hello! I'm the Myst."

What was standing in front of Cal was a man who looked to be in his fifty with funny hair and looked like a fake nose. Cal looked around and realised that what he was told was true, "these are the people that... Killed me... I wondered what it looked like... Never expected it to be like this." the screams were coming from the wall and they sounded like they were in agony, "they're... Very annoying..." Cal looked at the Myst and said, "so you don't like them too... Do you remember your life before this?" the Myst thought about it and said, "never... All I remember was being here... I don't remember but... I don't want to be here ... These people are so ignorant! They don't understand anything... I wish I was free to be happy for once." Cal put his hand on The Mysts shoulder, "I can relate to that... Many years ago... I had to go through something tragic... Turns out... That it was all smoke and mirrors... But I never gave up ... I always said to myself that I will face the Myst... But it didn't mean I would kill it..." the Myst was confused about what Cal was saying, "what are you going to do?" Cal put his hand on his forehead and told him to relax, the Myst did what Cal asked and the world around them started to become green, "the colour of a virus is represented as green but to the minds of the Aether's, it is purple... And it is the role of the Aether to help replenish the corrupted being... And for that... You wield something unbreakable... Now tell me Lost Child... What do you have that is unbreakable and can never be broken?" The Myst's body showed how it was green while Cal's was purple, the virus that was the corrupted souls attempted to corrupt Cal, but they were unsuccessful as the souls slowly began to leave the Myst and therefore relieved the Myst from the misery that was them.

As the procedure ended, The Myst looked happy and asked what he did, "I used the venom of the Bazilyk to remove the souls of the corrupted, I sent signals to your body that would flush any signs of the virus... In other words, I set you free..." the Myst smiled with joy and hugged Cal. The Myst from the outside started to glow brighter and it began. Again but this time, it restored the planets and all the other galaxies that it had absorbed, "it worked ... It worked... He did it! Cal did it guys!!!" they all cheered but Erika asked, "but where's Cal?"

"thank you Lost Child... I have so much to explore, I hope you'll be there with me." Cal turned down the offer and moved aside to show him a squizura (squirrel and angel hybrid) "oh hello you... What's your name? Wait... Are you and I going to be best friends?" the squizura nodded with that idea, they both hugged as they both had a friend who, "Cal! I wanted to give you this..." the Myst handed Cal an Arkomanan blade but it was a real one, "found my me Dept himself... You've earned it." Cal took the blade and said thank you... He then returned to the portal and left the Myst, Cal dropped to the floor where the others were worried sick about him... They watched as the Myst vanished into thin air... Cal, Erin, Erika, Macro and Azriel watched as the planets were being restored, "I have only one question to ask... How do we get back?"

"for that... I couldn't care... But if you're still wondering, I made sure that a ship was coming to pick us up." macro looked at Cal and said, "but I thought I left that ship at the back!" Cal responded by saying, "oh it was but I had a special someone hijack it and wait until the mission was complete..." they all look confused and asked In unison, "who?" Cal pointed at the ship where it was being driven by the little girl who turned out to be 18 years old, they all entered the ship and watched as the stars around started to return, "Cal... What you said to us before we went along with your plan... Was what you told us true?" Cal nodded his head and told them, "although I want to know more about my past... I'm more worried about the future... And what it will lead us to..."

"do you regret anything that you did?" Cal replied, "there's a lot I regret... But there's a lot that I have a chance to fix... But my biggest accomplishment was. Friends like you guys... And that's all that matters to me... Who knows... Maybe we will get to do this again." Erika thought of that idea as not worth doing and the others agreed with her on that.
