Fight 3: First Day

So I joined the martial arts club and I still haven’t gone. Everytime i try to go over I just can’t build up the courage so I end up chickening out.

“Kentaro, how is the club?”

“Ehh, yeah you know, perfectly fine…Is what i want to say”

I look away while saying that, I did not want to see his face of disappointment when he figured out I still haven’t gone over to the club.

“Ah alright, you want me to come next time?”

He said that while looking concerned, I am pretty sure he knows that I still haven’t gone. I look over at him
“I think it would be better if you joined me asswell Keitaro”

“Me joining? Why though i don’t see why i need to join and on top of that i am in the student council i don’t really have time for that you know”

Obviously I knew that I just wanted to tell him what I think about this.

“There is no problem though, i can come next time if you’re too scared to go there”

I got irritated a bit after hearing that. I am happy he cares about me but I hate hearing the fact that I am a scaredy cat.

“No, I will go there today, just watch me!”

“Alright then good luck kentaro”

He waves at me and goes out of the classroom, I sit down on my chair waiting for class to start.

Right class is over. Let's go over there this time and start improving myself. I can’t stand the fact that I am weak anymore. It's gotten so bad that I don't care about the fact that I just walked into someone on my way there and just continued walking without saying sorry. However i stopped just to look up at the one i walked into and it was

“Kawaguchi!”

Kawaguchi has been my main bully over all these years and now I just walked right into him, I started shaking without knowing what to do. Kawaguchi start to close in on me making a fist

“Look where you are going weakling!”

I start to crawl away from after falling to the ground out of pure fear, i get to a dead end however i see kawaguchi knocked to the ground, i look around and i see club president standing there

“Club president!”

That went too fast, it was like he moved at the speed of light. The way he got here so fast and the way he knocked kawaguchi down to the ground was extremely impressive. It's almost like he got struck by lightning.

“You alright Kentaro?”

He said while helping me back on my feet

“Yeah, i’m good thanks for saving me there”

“There is no problem, i’ve dealt with worse people than that guy”
He starts to laugh

“So Kentaro, i haven’t seen you around yet, you changed your mind?”

I look up at him and go

“I was on my way over to the club this time, I was too scared to go over to the club, however i wanted to prove myself that if I put my mind to it I can do whatever i want to do.”

I went on about my problems after that and he looked at me like he understood where i was coming from

“I see, well then let’s get you over to the club i also have a surprise for you Kentaro”
A surprise? I wonder what that could be. We went over to the clubroom and when I opened the door I saw the most beautiful thing. There was a martial arts uniform completely white with a blue logo on the right upper arm, and a white belt for newcomers.

“Is that uniform mine?”

“Sure is go try it on”

I go to the changing room and change into the uniform. After i put it on i go back in and goes

“I am ready to start!”

[Author's note: Hi the first 2 chapters of this series is writen well over a year ago now i think and they are probably pretty bad, i came back to it and i think my writing has improved so if you see some changes that's probably why]
