A cold smile crept onto Long He's face, he watched Lan Du fight the guards, yet she wasn't injured once, rather, she is able to fend them off without any problems. Her gaze however, confused him.

'Why does she seem to enjoy this more than me?' He thought to himself

Then, a light giggle was heard, he turned his head and saw that Lan Du had already taken care of everyone and was now holding a dagger in one hand. She knelt down in front of one of the man and smiled.

"Why aren't you all screaming? Should I make you?" She giggled sweetly as she stabbed the dagger down into one of their thighs.

"AHHHH!" The man screamed as the piercing pain struck him, he wanted to pull the dagger out, but Lan Du smacked his face and began twisting the dagger.

"Good boy, now, I want you to let out some tears, the more you cry, the better" Lan Du smiled and the dagger dug deeper into his thighs.

The man couldn't bear the pain as tears began rolling down, he didn't do so as Lan Du commanded, but because the pain was just too unbearable. Lan Du smacked him again and wore a sadistic smile on her face.

"So energetic, I wonder if the others are as satisfying to play with as you are" Lan Du pulled out the dagger and stood up.

She kicked the man aside and wiped the blood off the dagger.

"So, should I keep playing, or should we get to business?" Lan Du glanced at Long He and smiled, the smile seemed gentle, but it carried killing intent that Long He could feel.

He laughed

"Good lad, your strength, I acknowledge it, but now I ask you to leave, this is my son's marriage and has nothing to do with you"

Lan Du giggled and tossed the dagger to the side, it jabbed into a man's chest and caused him to scream. Lan Du then raised one leg and stomped on the hilt of the dagger, causing the man to lay flat on his back with the dagger digging deeper into his chest.

"Keep squirming, I hate awkward silences, if you keep squirming, I'll be in a better mood to talk" She chuckled and turned to Long Quan who was glaring at her.

"Little Quan, you want to marry my girl, but I disagree, be a good boy and stay put while I talk to your dad" Lan Du winked at him before turning back to Long He.

Long Quan felt infuriated, Lan Du's actions has angered him over and over again, and now she was ignoring him!

"Don't you ignore me!" He roared and ran up

Lan Du felt his spiritual strength spread out and tried to suppress her, she merely smiled and smacked his face the moment he got closer.

"When the grown-ups are talking, the brats stay out" Lan Du chuckled and grabbed him by his face.

She then glanced at Long He

"Don't worry, he's your son, I can't hurt him much, but this shouldn't be too far, right?" Lan Du asked as she waved the hand holding the young man's face.

Long He sighed

"He is weaker than you, this is only natural, but you should also know who his uncle is" His eyes sharpened as he stared at her.

Lan Du nodded

"His uncle, Long Yang, though I don't know which planet lord he has connections to, I know one thing, if he receives enough benefits, he will do anything, I sent him the Origin fruit of a sudo planet, took me more than half my fortune to get my hands on one, so now..." Lan Du held up a tablet and a face appeared on the screen.

[Brother, Quan'er is at fault for taking someone's lover, we, as adults shouldn't interfere with his business] The man spoke to Long He with a serious face.

Long He was shocked, but he understood his brother well, as long as there were benefits, he would do almost anything.

He took in a deep breath and his eyes grew cold, seeing this, Lan Du turned the tablet off and tossed Long Quan aside. She smiled lightly and grabbed a chair before sitting down not far from Long He. Ba Tan watched her do all this laughed, he didn't expect Lan Du to pull such a stunt.

"So, will the great Colonel Long step down?" Lan Du asked

Long He smirked

"You're right, I won't interfere, but my subordinates will" He clapped his hands and five people stepped up

"I acknowledge your strength, if you had challenged my son properly, I would have agreed to what you wanted, but now, you not only hurt my men, you also damaged my pride, these five are all Captains within the army, how will you deal with them? If you fight them, you will have to deal with the federation's laws for going against an officer" He smirked

Lan Du felt insulted

"So you're pulling this type of stunt, good..." She stared at the five of them and a smile crept to her face

"If I remember correctly, one of our newest orders for a military ranking is that if enough soldiers that are one rank below specific ranking officers decides that the person above has no qualifications, they are able to temporarily remove their ranks, so no laws will be implemented when they fight, correct?" Lan Du chuckled and said

The five glanced at one another and burst into laughter

"We are all captains, if you want to temporarily remove, you need at least 10 lieutenants or 40 2nd lieutenants"  They burst out laughing as if Lan Du had said the funniest thing in their lives. Even Long He was smirking at the side.

Lan Du took out her phone

"You bastards are still dawdling!? You better pray that in one year time, I won't find you on the main island and rip you all to shreds! I will give you all one minute to get the hell over here or you won't need to know where God is, because you'll be meeting him soon" Lan Du growled and hung up the phone.

Before anyone could ask what she was doing, they heard a large scale marching sound. They then heard guards at the front yard scream before a large group assembled in front of Lan Du.

"Cheh, you fools aren't too bad in efficiency, my brother didn't train you for nothing, but... why do you all look so weak still? How long has it been since I last met you?" Lan Du stood up and walked over, she grabbed on by the chin and her gaze was cold.

"S-Sir, we were following both you and your brother's training regiment every day, we didn't dare slack off!" The one she grabbed shouted

The audience were all shocked, Lan Du had actually called in dozens of people with a single phone call, and they all seem to be very fearful of her.

Lan Du sneered

"Training? Those are exercise routines that I was doing when I was 12! No wonder you all look pathetic, haiz, did you idiots at least change the weights you carry?" Lan Du lifted her eyes and asked

The group nodded, but deep down, they were petrified, if the training they are going for are merely her daily routines as a 12 year old, what type of training is she doing now?

"Yes, we made sure that it was never light" They replied

Lan Du nodded

"At least you have some brains" Lan Du then stomped her feet and stared at the five captains standing in front of her.

"2nd Lieutenants, step up!" Lan Du shouted

Two people stepped forward from within the group, they looked embarrassed as they stepped up

Lan Du glared at them, the five captains snickered

"Only two 2nd Lieutenants? Pathetic"

"Double these two's training, I want progress, not weeds, Lieutenants, step up!" Lan Du roared, this time, more than half of them stepped forward.

This sudden change caused the crowd to gasp in shock. Dozens of Lieutenants has just stepped up! The five captains all suddenly paled. They didn't want to believe it.

"Lies, how can there be so many Lieutenants?!" They shouted

Lan Du sneered

"Badge!" Lan Du roared

All of them held up a badge, there were two stars on all of them, unscripted with gold. At this moment, the captains were completely blown away, so was Long He.

Lan Du stomped her feet once again

"Captains, step out" Lan Du roared

Her voice caused everyone to pale, if she even some captains beneath her, what is her military rank? At this moment, only one person stepped out, Lan Du lifted her brow.

"There's actually a captain? Damn, I was expecting you all to be lieutenants at most" Lan Du rubbed her chin and said with a strange look.

The group of fifty almost tripped when they heard her, did she have so little trust in them?

Lan Du coughed, trying to change the sudden awkwardness, she then turned to Long He.

"Now, I should be able to temporarily remove their rankings, correct?" Lan Du chuckled lightly and asked

The captains gritted their teeth

"So what if you remove our ranks, we are all Captains for a reason, we have survived numerous wars and we are all in domain realm, from what I can see, the group behind you are all merely in Royal spirit at most, what can you do to us?" The five smirked as they looked down upon them.

Lan Du suddenly burst into laughter, she held her stomach as she pointed at the five of them.

"Y-You five are even dumber than my men!" She laughed as she wiped the tears from her eyes

She sat down and crossed her legs.

"Hit me then, once you touch me, you will be arrested for assaulting me, the Lieutenants behind me is not only able to remove your rank, but also arrest you if you break the law, remember, I haven't touched you yet, so come, hit me" Lan Du wore a cunning smile as she sat there casually.

"Without your ranking, the orders from a colonel no longer allows you to punish me, now, if you hit me, it will only mean you broke the law, and if you activate your domain, you will be held down for unauthorised use of domain, you should know better than I, Domain realms that are not part of the military needs permission to activate their domains, or it will be considered rebellion against the military"

Her words seeped into their heads as they backed off, they instinctively turned to Long He, wanting to know what they should do now.

Long He began laughing

"Not bad, but you also need to know, you do not have authorised permission to utilise the military" He smirked and said

Lan Du shrugged her shoulders and turned her head

"Did I command any of you!" She roared

The group shook their heads

"No!" They replied with a booming voice

"Did I force you to come!" She shouted again

"No! We came here on our own!" They replied

Lan Du smiled and turned back to Long He

"Ah, I wonder how I utilised the army? They just came here on their own, dear Colonel" Lan Du acted innocent and stuck out her tongue.

Long Quan who was at the side didn't even dare look up, when Lan Du grabbed her, he felt genuine fear rise in his heart. He didn't know why, but now, even if he just took a single glance at her, he'd shiver and shake in fear.

Long He sucked in a deep breath

"Well played, alright, I can withdraw this wedding, but under one condition" His eyes squinted as he spoke.

Lan Du lifted a brow

"And what may that be?" Lan Du asked

Long He stared at his son who was shaking at the corner, he sneered and pulled him up

"When he joins the main army in a few months, I want your group to take care of him, they seem quite obedient, so I want them to train him well" He said

Lan Du was quite suprised by his suggestion

"Why? I don't see you gaining much from this deal" She asked

Long He laughed

"Because you... I see that you will grow into something that will shake the world in the future, having him under you won't be a bad thing for either of us, after all, what I care most abot is strength" He clenched his fist and raised it in front of his chest.

Lan Du chuckled

"Well, you're going to need him to stop shaking then, after all, I dislike weaklings, if he keeps shaking in front of me, I'll throw him out" Lan Du said with a cold smile

Long He waved his hand before standing up

"I apologise for the commotions, then, let us have this meal as an apology" He said calmly

Lan Du's eyes lit up

"Food?" She looked around and remembered that this was a banquet as well, she didn't hold back abbed some food from the nearest atble and chomped down.

Seeing this surprised everyone, Lan Du then paused and tossed the drumstick she had in her mouth aside.

"I almost forgot" She wiped her hand and walked over to Xie Lei and Xie Qeng who stood at the side of the stage, the two wore a shocked expression as they stared at her speechlessly.

Lan Du smiled

"I apologise for taking such a strange method to come here, but I was hoping to see Long Quan's frightened expression when I lifted the cloth, but that thick skinned brat mistook me for a woman" Lan Du stuck out her tongue sweetly and said.

Xie Lei and Xie Qeng snapped out of their daze, they waved their hands.

"Lad, you did much better than expected, but you need to remember, not all Colonels are this easy to deal with, Long He is merely prideful and respects the strong, but others may just kill you straight away" He warned

Lan Du nodded

"If it was anyone else, I might have to kidnap Xie Ying to get her out, but it was only because it was Long He that I was able to take this approach" Lan Du said respectfully, in truth, she also respected the strong, so she did look up to Long He quite a bit.

She then turned to her fifty subordinates.

"You brats can go do whatever you want, go back, eat, I don't care, if you were expecting a reward, you're over thinking it" Lan Du waved her hand and said casually

The group didn't seem dispirited by her words, rather they lined up.

"We...we want to know where boss Du is... we weren't able to find him in the main island, so we wanted to ask you" They said shyly

Lan Du lifted a brow

"Oh? You want to know where my brother is?"

The group nodded their heads

Lan Du laughed and took out a mask, it was a very familiar mask that the group would never forget. It was the very one that Lan Du wore when she trained them.

Lan Du smirked

"I have spent so many years training you all, yet you brats never knew I was a few years younger than you, I should be embarrassed for having such useless lackeys like you" Lan Du chuckled as she waved the mask in front of her.

Her words confused them

"Then? Your brother-"

Lan Du tossed the mask at the person who spoke

"Are you that dumb? I'm an only child" Lan Du scoffed

"O-Only child!" The group were all shocked

"Then you don't have a brother!"

Lan Du shook her head

"Then... who is boss Du?" One couldn't help but scratch his head and ask

At that very moment, he saw a fist right in front of his face, it zoomed forward and he felt the impact land directly on his forehead before he was sent flying.

"Are you an idiot? From the day I snuck into the senior zone, you fools begged me to be your boss, did you know how hard it was to make sure none of the academy teachers found out I snuck in there?" Lan Du grunted and spat coldly

Her words caused a major uproar

"B-Boss Du is you... then you-you were 12 back then!" They gasped in shock

Lan Du smacked the person who spoke

"So what if I was 12? You all still foolishly believed me as a mighty boss, let me tell you, if any of you dare to quite after knowing I was 12 when I trained you, I'll break your legs now and have you crawl back to the main island" Lan Du growled as she glared at them.

Her words made them shiver, bit this feeling was also very familiar. Yes, this was their boss! The cold hearted boss that would cause them to shake in fear. Their hearts were ignited with a strong fighting spirit, they now knew that their boss was only 12 when she tought then, they were more enthusiastic to chase her shadow.

They didn't feel ashamed, after all, Lan Du was genuinely stronger than them. Lan Du smiled when she saw their eyes light up, she turned her head and spoke.

"It...was nice to meet you all after so long...I have wondered how you brats have been since you left for the main island, but now I can rest assure" Lan Du said warmly

The groups felt their heart warm at her words, it wasn't often they heard their boss sat something nice

Lan Du suddenlu turned her head

"But before that, I need to update your training schedule, six years worth of improvements that are waiting to be made" Lan Du smiled sweetly and said

As if a bucket of cold water was dumped on them, their spirits suddenly faded and they wanted to run. Run from Lan Du...run from the devil's clutches.
