''What is freedom, are we truly free if we are trapped in this society''

Throughout life, we are constantly trapped of our freedom and thoughts, through school, you are all taught the same stuff as other fellow students which manipulate us with all the same thinking and mind. When people think differently they are categorized as weird and not in the right state of mind. However are we truly all in the right state if we are all the same?

Eri is still waiting in the waiting room as she was the last to enter waiting for her audition, as the staff member who greeted Ryo enters with a piece of paper for Eri to write the song she will audition with.

*Flashback between Ryo and the staff member *

''Eri good luck with the audition'' Ryo gave Eri final words of encouragement

''Wait it wasn't you and where was she?''

''Nope it's her'' Ryo answered back to the staff

''It's like she wasn't even there I couldn't identify her at first, she's the unidentified auditioner

Ryo is slightly confused about the comment of an unidentified auditioner but sways the comment on instead and talks with the staff member one on one as he was there only to support Eri. So he had his free time to talk to the staff member.

''So do you work here as a part-timer?'' Ryo questioned the staff member 

''Yes I do here, this agency has only been newly established a couple of months ago''

''Oh, I see so they are trying to form a new idol group?'' Ryo questioned again

''I would assume so yes, but I'm only working I don't know the ins and outs''

Ryo didn't want to question further as he realised that the staff member didn't know how this agency worked either so instead,  Ryo decided to establish a casual conversation with the staff member.

'' My name is Ryo Koga what's your name?'' Ryo told the staff member his name 

''I don't usually tell my name to strangers, but since you told me yours I'll tell you mine''

''The name is Itsuki, Itsuki Jiro'' Itsuki introduced his name to Ryo

''So Itsuki are you still in school? you seem to be the same age as me'' Ryo curious about Itsu

''No I may look young, but I'm 24'' Itsuki answered 

Wow 24, but he looks no older than 18, is this guy a vampire or something? He has potential as an idol or is he an actual Idol he did say this was a part-time job to be a staff member. 

''But yeah you look young, are you an idol by chance?'' Ryo investigated Itsuki 

''...'' Itsuki didn't want to answer back 

''None of your business'' Itsuki got annoyed with Ryo

Itsu walked off to the audition room to check on the other auditioners, as the first audition Hina should've finished her audition/performance already. Itsu grabs papers with the song choices that the other auditioners want to use, then gives the papers to the ones that haven't chosen their song choices yet. 

 *Back to current time *

''Okay where is Eri'' Itsuki thought

Eri walks up to a lost Itsu trying to find her, even though she was directly in front of him he still couldn't see her. Eri decides to blow slightly on Itsu's ears, but still nothing.

''Must've just been a gust of wind'' Itsuki thought 

''I'm right here baby boy'' Eri whispers into Itsuki's ears 

Itsu's face flusters and turns bright red as soon as he heard Eri's flirtatious voice. Then turns sharply around as soon as possible even under huge embarrassment.

''OH you are right HERE'' Itsuki spoke in a shy manner

''Also I'm older than you Eri respect your senpai'' 

Eri heard senpai which means that Itsu was an idol for sure working in this organisation and secretly working as a staff member in his part-time. 

''Your my senpai? senpai what's your name?'' Eri is curious too

''How about I'll tell you after your audition Eri'' Itsuki giving a reward up for grabs after Eri's audition

''Okay I'm excited about my audition now'' Eri smiled happily at Itsuki

Was Eri truly ready, her presence sucks no one could see her unless spoken to, her dancing skills were below average, and the only thing she had for herself was her vocals. This performance is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity after this was her only chance. 

''So anyways Eri what song would you be performing?'' Itsuki questioned Eri

'' I wanna pay tribute to LUCKY so maybe a song on their latest EP would impress Hina'' Eri creepily smiled back to Itsuki

''Let's go with BLACKJACK'' Eri smirked whilst writing it down 

''BLACKJACK that's a dangerous song, the choreography is too difficult for your level'' Itsuki stressed by Eri's choice

''Oh I won't be doing choreography, my voice will shine more'' Eri got her confidence now

Okay the Final Audition, Eri Koji 

Eri gradually walks towards the doors, wide and big similar to assembly halls with a big weird circle door pull handle. As she opens the door the four judges were already exhausted due to the other 24 auditions they have been through. They all want to go home at this point, they aren't interested anymore, but the only person they have accepted was Hina, as for the other 23 auditioners they were all rejected. 

''Only Hina got accepted out of the 24 others'' Eri was shocked by only Hina being accepted

''Hi Hina'' 

''Hey Eri you are the final auditioner left'' 

''The other 23 auditioners were all a disappointment to the 4 judges here''

Eri handed over her phone to Hina as she wanted to record her first audition, this type of event was indeed exciting for Eri she didn't want to forget the memories so a video of her would be great to relive her first audition.

''Here's my phone, Hina could you record my performance'' Eri requested

''Yes sure why not'' Hina awkwardly accepts Eri's request

As Eri got up on that huge stage all the judges didn't notice her except for Hina who was pointing the phone directly at her. 

''Where's Eri'' Judge 1 yelled

''I'm right here'' Eri screamed to all the judges 

That got the judges to notice her already up on stage standing perfectly still with the microphone stand.

* BLACKJACK starts to play *

''BLACKJACK!!'' Hina was shocked in her mind that her song was playing

♪ LUCKY is all you need, baby ♪

♪ Down for a game, ♪ Eri winked at the judges 

♪ Queen or King and the ace, is all you need for a BLACKJACK ♪ 

♪ Jack is a 10 plus 1, is all you need for a BLACKJACK  ♪ 

♪ BLACKJACK, I always win baby, BLACKJACK, I never lose ♪

Hina records this on the camera realising that Eri shines more in front of the camera, whereas the judges using their own eyes are not recognising her talent. All the judges were already disappointed by this performance 

♪ Life decides on a deck of cards ♪ Cards start falling out of the ceiling 

♪ Need a 21 is that a challenge, being broke is even more challenging ♪

♪ Hitting at 20 since I'm wild in, getting a ace cause I'm LUCKY ♪ 

♪ Winning is the only option ♪ Eri gave a fairy ending to the judges

But all the judges decided to go home as soon as the performance ended for Eri as they weren't impressed by the performance, but only one person stayed. Hina stayed for Eri after that performance which didn't seem amazing to the eye, but on camera, it showed otherwise.

''Brilliant performance there Eri'' Hina courage Eri

''But the judges didn't think so, they all left without saying a word'' Eri uttered

''They couldn't see your talent with the naked eye'' Hina praised

''What does that mean?'' Eri confused

Eri is confused by the comment that Hina made, and they both go back to the recording that Hina did for Eri's performance.  As they go back on that recording everything was indeed brilliant on camera, but not to the naked eye. 

''Look here, the way you glow as the centre of attention in this video is stunning''

''You could honestly be a great visual for any group'' 

''Thanks, but if no one could see this with the naked eye how would I be able to become an idol?'' Eri expressed

''There are virtual idols, but they don't get paid as much as us typical idols and usually not in the spotlight as much'' Hina mumbled on

''Eri I feel like you could dominate the virtual market more'' Hina commended

Eri still unclear by this fact, left the audition room which left Hina with Eri's phone and the video she recorded. This prompted Hina to post that performance video on YouTube Titled (BLACKJACK cover by Eri Koji).

''Eri did you not make it through?''

''I saw all the judges leave before you had even come out'' Ryo spoke

''Yes I didn't make it through'' 

''I'm just gonna go home and rest for the day'' Eri voiced furiously

As she was about to walk out of the agency, Itsuki showed up to tell Eri his name. Eri being too furious about her rejection again decided to walk off without any signs of interest anymore in the idol life...
