Chapter 3:
Life to it's fullest
As Liam and I tried to get a grip on the news I had just received we heard a knock on the door. I quickly donned my boxers briefs and opening the door. The boys had made us breakfast; "wow look at this Liam, the kids made us breakfast." "Is the house still standing?" Liam asked and we all chuckled. "Of course it is Pops, we're your good boys...!" Jimmie replied. "So your brothers aren't?" "They're adults they don't fit this equation...!" "Clever response Jimmie boy unfortunately I spotted your Bluetooth when I let you in so put Tim on speaker because I got some news I think he should hear as well." Jimmie quickly disconnected his headset and I continued; "so earlier this morning I received a phone call from Delvectio and apparently Miguel, the plane your mother and grandma were on crashed." "Well Papi I have an a confession to deliver on their behalf; they weren't my actual relatives, my mom actually died along the trail from an unknown illness, before she died she worked out a deal with those two to get me to you!" "Saba I also received some interesting paperwork?" "Really...?" I asked as Miguel placed Jimmie in my lap. " "Sorry he doesn't look so heavy." Miguel explained in a whisper as Tim rummaged through his papers. "How in the world, anyway as I was saying, I have paperwork that states Miguel's father inherited quite a bit of property in the islands outside the us territorial boundaries." "Holy Scooby Snacks...! You have got to be yanking my chain! Papi my mom always talked about how Daddy had this grand idea for a community where the laws that we didn't agree with wouldn't apply." "I am aware Miguel, Tim send your father and I copies I need him to check things out but I think we may be heading off the grid and away from the snow...!" I announced which caused a chorus of cheers from the three boys with me. "Okay I can handle that." Tim replied then bid us goodbye. Jimmie then reactivated his Bluetooth and clipped his phone to his belt loop. We all were silent for an awkward amount of time then Liam said; "thanks for breakfast you guys, truly unexpected." "Yeah thanks boys, I am sure impressed." "Well I didn't really do anything, it was mostly Miguel's doing." Jimmie said. "Bull spit, if it wasn't for you telling were everything was an how to work them I'd probably be still cursing the coffee maker out!" Miguel chuckled. Out of the corner of my eye I noticed Jimmie grimace; "you alright Jimbo?" "Promise you won't freak out...?" "Guy's what's the most important rule about sex?" "Well Papi, that is why he asked you not to be mad; you see he wasn't fully aware until the head of my cock was inside." "Did he pull away?" "No sir, he pulled me further in." "You got very lucky; I am aware Jimbo here is actually fully aware when he mumbles! Consent has to be fully understood by both parties from this point forward, am I clear?" "Crystal Papi thank you!" "Daddy, um Miguel and I were wondering, would you and Daddy Liam be interested in a foursome?" Jimbo asked as he gave me the sad puppy look. So I looked to Liam who shrugged then replied; "it's not going to be an every night event, understood kids?" "Yes Padre that's understood." Miguel said wrapping Liam in a bear hug. "Let's go start our day boys, fun tonight however only if chores are done and you passed your grade level advancement exams!" Liam decreed. We all set off to our preferred task. "Daddy...?" "Yes Jimmie my love?" "Can you look and if I tore something?" Jimmie sniffled. I wheeled him into his bathroom and closed the door; "okay sweetie let's a look." "I feel terrible if I forced him to go balls deep against his better judgement?" Jimmie sobbed. I took him from his wheelchair and lowered his overalls. I didn't see any concerning signs of injury but called Aiden anyway; "he's fine Saba, Miguel isn't even big enough to damage anything. Miguel's left me about 20 voicemails already!" "Alright Doc, thanks...?" I sighed as I helped Jimmie redress. "Doc say anything...?" "Nope he told me that I didn't need to worry." I said then kissed him on the forehead. "Do young think I can still play tonight?" Jimmie asked. "Maybe not anally sweets but we don't have to make a decision yet." "So I on game time decision list?" he sighed. I chuckled then set him on my hip; "come on Jimbo, let's go supervise Daddy Liam and Miguel do the yard work!" "Oooh sexy landscapers...!" Jimmie giggled. I made a quick detour to grab a couple for our lovers. "Hydration break...!" I announced. "Sweet thanks, how are you feeling cuteness?" Miguel asked Jimmie. "Well Doc says I am okay, so stop blowing up his voicemail!" Jimmie teased before kissing his lover. "Yard looks amazing guys." I praised as I kissed Liam. "How do you think I made my spending money during the summers." Liam giggled. "Well in that case, how much seed should I buy mister landscape architect?" "Well I don't do much seed, I graft in. That being said I have to take a better look. I can usually get grafts for $15 or $20 per square foot." "Wow, who is your supplier because I call a couple companies but they wanted $45 to $50 a square foot?" I said. "Babe that would be the public price, I live here too why would I charge my household full price?" "Spoken like a true business owner!" I said kissing my love. Suddenly I was placing his kindergartener size frame on my left hip; "yikes, sorry about that...?" Liam sighed. "Let's get you out of the heat...?" I said quickly grabbing my EMS kit from the truck. "Babe I got problem...?" "Liam look at me, you're fine it's just heat stroke...?" I told him as I set Jimmie down on my bed first then set Liam down after pulling back the blankets. "Oh no I think I'm going to...?" He said grabbing the trash can beside the bed. "I'm calling Doc, hon grab a mixing bowl fill it with ice and stick these in the bowl, return here with the bowl." Jimmie commanded tossing two bags of IV fluids. Jimmie then called Aiden again; "Doc daddy Liam is having heat stroke like symptoms but I don't think Saba's Pay grade should be running the show solo!" "I'm about two minutes away...! Aiden announced. Approximately 90 seconds later he was placing EKG Leads and placing a nasal cannula. "What's happening...?" Liam asked. "Calm yourself love, precautionary measures." "Saba I can't seem to find a vein." "Oh my gosh, you mean you haven't had any dehydrated patients come in?" I teased. "Nowadays most of my patients already have lines established." "Watch and learn, dear nephew!" Jimmie said then proceeded to give a complete tutorial on inserting an IV in a dehydrated patient. "I can't believe my 6 year old lover just gave his 21 year old pediatric trauma surgeon nephew a refresher course on IV placement." "Jim...! I can't see...!" "He diabetic...?" Aiden asked once he saw me check Liam's blood sugar level. Family history and suddenly losing vision is a rule of thumb for spotting a first ever hyperglycemia episode. Jimbo give me 1.75 units fast acting insulin IV push." Jimmie drew up the dose and administered said dose.
