The people around me were both scared and curious about my presence there, the name new blood was getting into my head, puzzling me, It must be connected to my coming here to this world. After some time, this Sevis person arrived where we were, he was dressed differently from the rest, his whole body was covered by a black mantle leaving only open his face which was then covered by a black cloth, leaving only his eyes open.

After talking with the three-star man for some time, Sevis fixed his attention on me. Until now I didn't object much to what they asked of me, more because I wanted to learn where I was and get more information from them, but this attention was starting to make me feel annoyed. As I am thinking to myself, Sevis shouts loud, "Era Eight is sumthin I wasn't expecting in my life keke", his accent is less noticeable than the three-star man.

"Stand up boy ", Sevis commanded me with a degrading tone, I could see that they were finally starting to look down on me, I was expecting this to happen sooner or later since humans everywhere react the same, but I wasn't expecting to be that fast.

Stand tall above all, lest weakness dims your light, that's my family motto, of the Orus, kept by since our founding fathers, and I won't be the first to blemish our pride.

"No "

"I don't think I will ", I responded to him with a raspy voice, originated from the heat and dehydration I had been through since arriving here.

Their faces were perplexed like I wasn't supposed to talk or respond back, it felt good seeing them like that. After getting off the shock, the three-star man sprinted to me in a fury, and shouted: "Oh the boy can talk ay ".

"But jus' cuz ya can, ya shouldn't ", he gets closer to me with a hand gripped on his hip on the metal object.

"Oh really ", I responded smiling at him, this situation was confusing for me but now that I can feel my mana, and had recovered greatly I could just beat my responses out of them, as they didn't seem stronger than me.

"I wanna see you do something about it ", I bicker at them.

I could see the veins on their foreheads almost explode with anger, it seems neither the three-star man nor Sevis liked to bicker around as I thought.

"What? You don't believe me ", I continued bickering.

"Ya really should 'ave stopped ", the three-star man now at his peak of anger pulls out the metal object that he was gripping until now and points it to my face. I could sense this object was most likely a weapon of long-range since if it was a blade it would be sharper than that. The object seems to be hollow as well, it's definitely perplexing.

"A piece of metal won't scare me ", I responded to him calmly, and as I finish my words I cast to myself the strengthening magic of self-preservation, 𒆜Iron Will𒆜, which makes my body as tough as iron or better depending on the quantity of mana I put into it, and after I cast the strengthening of speed,  𒆜Winds Will𒆜, that makes my body move faster the more mana I put into it.

"It should ", warns the three-star man.

As he ends talking a loud noise and a small fire comes out from the metal object he was pointing at me, afterward at a huge speed, a small object went towards me, the size of it was of a small rock or a tooth size, it was too small to see almost because of the speed that went through if I didn't cast the magics before I would be hit by it, but with my instincts and the strengthening magic, I could dodge it by moving my head towards the other direction in a split second. 

After I dodge it, right away I back off by jumping backwards making some distance between me and the three-star man, however as I am still roped in the hands its harder to move, to help cut it out I summon a small blade using space magic and remove the binds with force, making me free finally.

Everyone around me was shocked, not because of the small fire but because I dodged it, it seems I wasn't wrong thinking that was a weapon, however, I wasn't expecting it to be this powerful, I have to be more careful.

"Hey Butch don't kill him ye hear ", Sevis scream at the three-star man angry that he used his metal weapon.

"ay I knew already ya prick ", the three-star man says with a grin on his face, he found enjoyment in seeing my reaction to his weapon. "it was an warnin' ", he threatens pointing the weapon.

"ya won't receive another" 

He seemed serious about it, but I won't stay put this easily. As he was threatening I could manage to gather all the mana I had , if he won't kill me now, it will be bad for him.

I jumped towards him creating in the spawn of time a sword made of mana, using space magic, with a weapon now I can slash him In a second, as I get closer to him I slash towards him but it seems he can react a little at least , since he backed out. As he backed out he points towards me that weapon again, but this time I'm even more prepared, I cast for me  𒆜Minds View𒆜, which boosts my senses to the maximum, making that weapon of his now useless since I can dodge everything.

The three-star man uses his weapon as I thought, with the Minds view a second may take the time I want to think about it, but even with that time, it won't help me since now instead of one projectile it was a burst of them, even with Minds View I can't dodge that many, how could this be, how can that weapon be that powerful, since I can't dodge everything I make the decision to get hit only in the better of spots in my body.

As I get hit, the pain is immense, the burning and impact that was of those projectiles destroyed my body even with my defense-strengthening magic, so I stumble back, he is smiling at me, looking me down, I can't let this stand anymore.

𒆜BODY ECLIPSE𒆜

I shout, casting the strongest magic I can with the mana I have, this magic makes my body twenty times stronger than it was, and so does my defense, and to add to it, the people around me can't see me anymore as I'm covered in light magic, making me seem like a mirage or a ghost. 

I jump again towards the three-star man with full force, he is now confused as he doesn't see me anymore, and as I put my all to the sword to slash his head off, I start to feel dizzy in my head, someone injected something in my head, it felt like mana, so it can't be the three-star man since he had nothing, even so, I should have been immune to most magic or at least I would be able to feel them, my head is spinning around. I can't feel myself around anymore and I dropped down, as I look up I see Sevis holding an object emanating mana similar to the one it hit me, I never saw this type of magic before, as my thoughts were ramping, I collapse on the ground defeated again.
