After getting out of the haunted house, we decided to end our agenda for today and take it easy for the rest of the day. We decided to go to the souvenir shop for a break.

"Hehehe."

I couldn't hold back my evil laugh as I imagined what I would do to Tsukinaga-san. I hid the 'weapon' I was going to use on her behind my body and walked to where she was.

But, when I arrived at the place, I was frozen to the spot. I was captivated by the scene before my eyes.

Standing by the shelf is Tsukinaga-san who is very focused on playing with the object in her hand.

This amusement park has a mascot. The mascot in question is a big black cat that has an annoying face. But somehow this mascot is very popular among girls. They say that his expression is cute. As for me, his expression made me want to punch him in the face.

And the thing in my girlfriend's hands right now is a mini version of that mascot. She's holding a black cat plush toy with annoying face.

She touched and pushed both paws with her thumbs. She continued to do so for quite a time. She seemed to enjoy playing with it while admiring its 'cuteness'.

"Do you like it that much?"

"Huh?!"

Tsukinaga-san didn't seem to expect that I would suddenly appear behind her. Her face turned red from the shock.

Tsukinaga-san always blushes whenever I tell her that she is cute. Maybe she felt embarrassed when people thought she was cute. So, when I caught her liking something cute, her face became as red as a tomato as it is now.

Now that she knew I was here, she slowly put the plush toy in her hand back onto the shelf.

"Aren't you going to buy it?"

"No, I won't."

"Why?"

"I just didn't find any reason to buy it ."

"Are you sure? A moment ago you seemed to like it."

"But that doesn't mean I have to buy it. Even if I did end up buying one, it will just be sitting in the corner of the room without me even noticing."

I don't understand women at all. She said all those stuff even though her eyes were still glued to the doll.

I know she wants it so bad, but why is she denying it?

I was busy thinking about the reason behind her actions that I forgot about the thing in my hand. Once I remembered, I immediately put my plan into action.

"Yep. I know it will suit you."

"W-What? What did you just put on me?"

"Here. Look at the mirror."

Her eyes widened when she saw her reflection in the mirror. She was so fixated on the cat ear headband on top of her head.

"You look cute, Tsukinaga-san."

"Wha-?!"

Tsukinaga-san was startled when I whispered in her ear. I didn't mean to do it honestly, but our bodies were so close that I automatically spoke directly into her ear.

"Please don't tease me."

"I'm just telling the truth though."

"Uuu..."

Tsukinaga-san raised her hand intending to take off the headband.

"Wait!"

But before she could reach it, I stopped her.

"Why?"

"Can you please not take it off?"

"Why?!"

"Well... I just wanted to."

"Nonsense."

She did not heed my words and was about to take it off. But once again I stopped her.

"Please! Just for today, I want you to wear it until the end of the day."

"W-Wait a minute! What are you doing pleading like that?!"

I threw away my pride and knelt before her. If it's for the sake of nekomimi Tsukinaga-san, I'm willing to do anything. Just kneeling like this is a small price to pay.

I think all men in the world would do the same. They will spend any amount of money to get their waifu in a bunny outfit.

Well, it's a bit less erotic, but more or less the same.

"I'll buy it for you! So please wear it until the date is over."

"You're asking for the impossible. There's no way I'm going around wearing something embarrassing on my head."

"It won't take long. The only thing left on our agenda is to watch the parade and then go home."

"Please! Just this once! If you're willing to do it, I'll do whatever you ask in return."

Tsukinaga-san flinched at my words. She was rendered speechless to the point that her fierce fight until now seemed to have never happened.

I looked up since Tsukinaga-san didn't say a word for some time. At first, I thought she was too angry to speak, but she wasn't.

"Really? Did you really mean what you said?"

There was a suppressed emotion behind her words. But whatever it is, I will not miss this golden opportunity.

"Of course!"

I replied eagerly.

With a slight push, all of Tsukinaga-san's defensive walls crumble. With a stammering voice, she finally said something I had been waiting for.

"Just for this time."

I couldn't hide my excitement and jumped at her. On the other hand, Tsukinaga-san just looked away in embarrassment.

A COMPLETE VICTORY, if I may say so.

I don't know what Tsukinaga-san will ask of me, but that is a matter for later. There's no need to bother thinking about it now.

For now, let's enjoy the sight of Tsukineko-nya to the fullest.

Kuh! I really wanted to call her that.
