well deserved peace pt.2

My mind was thrown out of sleep, I felt warmth next to me and the weight on my arm. I slowly opened my eyes and looked on her. She slept peacefully snoring, bringing out my smile. She was facing me, her hair spread like gold on the bed. One curl fell on her face and she frowned, I straightened it and began to admire. After a while, I slowly lifted her head and laid it on the pillow. Leaving the room and closing the door, I went to the kitchen  and began to prepare breakfast for us.

A little while later I felt tightly hug from the back:

"Good morning ,honey."- I said, turned around  and hugged her too.

"Good morning, my husband."- she giggled and stuck out her lips. I lightly kissed her:

"Good morning, my wife."-and kissed her again: 

"Breakfast is ready!"- I stroked her head and she began rubbing her head against my head and imitate purring. After hugging a little more, we went to have breakfast. 

After meal, we decided to go and look for a house for ourselves, a corner just for two of us. Soon enough, we found a two floor house near the shore. It was very well maintained and with excellent foundations. We agreed and bought it, without questioning price. Master Oberon said to waste all the money anyway. We set up the house, brought furniture and tidied up. And so our nest was made. We calmly spend our time inseparably. I was her shadow, and she become my light. Traveling and seeing various beautiful places, reading different books, eating various foods, listening to music, playing the games of this world. We slowly got to know life.

She loved to teach music to street children. Play instruments and sing, compose melodies. And I loved to admire her and thought. That here she is, the woman who will be the mother of our kids. I saw her in all her glory, and realized how lucky I am. 

And when we had time to get used to such peaceful life, a knock at our door was heard. Master Oberon stood in front of the door, wearing an extravagant hat and cloak:

"Greeting newlyweds, is it possible that I have grandchildren now? Aw, I see from your reaction that no, sad-very sad. It's would be great reason to not self burn yourself on the crazy attack. Don't Look so sad, you still have choice, so please, you two should say that you changed your mind. Don't be stubborn!"-We shook our heads confidently:

"We are  willing to take the risk, and anyway, he would never leave us behind."

"About this, I have bad news, Aurelia, the one who wanted to take you is looking for you. And i recommend to deal with him first."- Said master with a wry smile.

"You are talking about me?"- suddenly a young guy in full armor showed up on the threshold of the house, dragons sticking out of his shoulder pads.

"And that's why"- Oberon shook her head."

"You thought my mages wouldn't tack such big magical energy, old hag Oberon. But you lucky , that I'm here not for you"- He looked at me appraisingly:

"Young lady Aurelia, what did you find in this peasant trash like him? I would beat him and send feed my dragons with his meat. And I'm gonna bring you as my wife anyway."- Both Oberon and Aurelia burned with anger, went to him. But I stopped them with a hand gesture:

"You just insulted my master and me, and most important thing is you want to take my wife, she is not some kind of trophy, she  can decide for herself where she is and where her home is."

"Ha garbage you think\"-I interrupted him by appearing in front of him and shouting:

"Master, portal!!!'- And we both ended up on unfamiliar rocky planet. I slowly materialized my cloak and sword:

"I challenge you to a duel to the death."

"Do you think I'm scared of you? Accepted!"- He confidently shook his head. And my blade was already at his throat, starting to cut into his skin. But he released fire from mouth, dodging using the recoil. And flew backward like a rocket. My swords materialized behind him and pierced through his armor. The swords passed through, entrenched in red blood. But he smiled. Instantly his face began to change, wings and tail began to grow from his back, and my swords flew like toothpicks. He turned into a dragon. And everyone is well aware that they are famous for their strength and incredible magic. He growled and the earth went from under my feet. I barely managed to catch my balance and then fiery magic circles began to appear around. I dodged with the help of shadows, but when I tried to defend myself with a shadow shield, it broke through and he poured magma on my shoulder. And then he prepared to fire from his throat, his most powerful magic. I heard it is as big as planet, and it really is!. There is no point in dodging and if I hide inside shadow on planet, I probably gonna be dead. So I decided to take a risk, I concentrated all my shadows right in front of me, creating mirror and catch his magic with eat. He started pushing me. Hot like in hell!!! My mind and will melted. But I still needed to change the angle. 

THATS...THE...ONLY...CHANCE...I.HAVE. 

I reflected his fire at himself. He stared into stupefaction with his unbelieving lizard eyes. He took a straight shot in himself and it damaged him, he became size of human , but still was in half dragon mode. He started to scream in pain. But recovered and fast stood up. HIs lizard eyes was full of rage. I have no powers left, what should I do...

And then, suddenly his head blow up and in its place was a familiar string...
