Chapter 11:

Love's conundrum

Hello...

I apologize for being late. Although I am an old follower of this beautiful site, but I was interrupted for a while due to social and other health issues. When I found the contest post that I always looked forward to, it was less than a month left to participate in it. I decided on it and I hope to get at least some guidance from the professionals here because I am an amateur writer.

I think the focus of the story is that it is romantic from male view is interesting and rare, but unfortunately, my knowledge of romance is zero, so I did my best to avoid focusing on other genres that are somewhat easy for me since I sometimes write stories in action and adventure. I don't really believe in romance. I believe in unconditional love like love for parents and brothers, but romance I have not really seen in my life except in anime and movies. And that's really unfortunate.

If you've read the story, you'll definitely know it's a little different from other stories – such as names. I like to leave my own mark and the use of these names - I mean the names of the characters - makes perfect sense to me and has significance in my native language - Arabic - so I thank anyone who respected this and read on for the content. It is also noticeable that events are also variable in times, and this is because I arrived late, as I told you earlier, and I did not find enough time to think. The main story - in action and science fiction - tells about Talal and his struggle to become the Leader of bounty hunter union like his father and the obstacles he will go through. As for Dr. Adnan, in that story, he is a sub-character with weight and role in turning the wheel of events. But there is a small sub-story about Dr. Adnan and his robots' quest to figure out what love is, and this is the basis from which this story was quoted. I didn't really think .I didn't really think about Salsabil and the other girls other than Maya, who was a key figure the doctor met early in his work. Can I publish this story with you here?! .

I thank anyone who took part of his time to read my writing and everyone who expressed his opinion about the events. Sincerely I am very thankful to you - tears - I do not know how I can thank you. I'm really really overwhelmed with emotions, aha, hah -cry-. Don't forget, my comrades, check out the novel gallery - before choosing the chapter after opening the novel page - to see modest designs for the characters of the story designed by me - I am an amateur painter as well. I am happy to see some encouragement or comments here and there to develop further.

Frankly, I have seen a number of works in the competition and as much as I am enthusiastic and wish everyone to win, but I also feel that my work is incomplete and does not reach the status of other works. I have tried with my ability in this short time to make events run smoothly, but perhaps my illness affected my performance in one way or another, and this is not an excuse from me, but rather self-flagellation, and I hold myself responsible for it.

It's just that I imagine - it's a fantasy - that this story will get an anime... And since I am a big fan of anime, I will choose - I don't know how voice actors are chosen in Japan - Kent Ito as Doctor Adnan , Enoki Junya will get Talal and Yoshiki Nakajima as Talal's mysterious father Nickname Mariscalo - I'm one of the biggest fans of the SEM band from IdolM@ster - Shiori Izawa will be as Sarah and I don't really know about Maya and Salsabil. Maybe Yoko Hisaka as Salsabil?! I don't know. Maya is my favorite character from the main story, so it's hard to choose a voice actor. Don't forget this is what I dream of and maybe the dream will come true one day.

I'm sorry I took the time to speak. I did my best to write this story in less than a month, even without reviewing the events and designing the characters as well - in my time of illness - and I wrote it twice in Arabic and then transcribed it in English, which is also one reason for errors, because my English is, unfortunately, modest. I am deeply grateful to anyone who decided to continue reading despite the modesty of the work and the many mistakes the eye can detect. I am really sorry, and at least I hope - I am sure I will not be able to win - that this story will have a positive impact on everyone and make their lives better. I'm proud of this humble story, which focused on the romantic side of Dr. Adnan that was not planned in the original story, just as Mariscalo's appearance was not planned in the original story.
