My Future King

I'm not sure if I attributed the points well, but I feel a lot different, almost like I can remember how I felt when Loaw gave me his power to fight. Or even better, I feel like my body is much better than before, strengthened in every aspect and much more endurance. I can't wait for the battle

“I want to test how strong I am now, I can't wait.”

“I can't believe it, Kai…” I approach Yuki and give her a hug and a kiss on her neck.

“Forgive me, Yu, I love you,” I give her a quick kiss before starting our battle.

I hear the footsteps of the boys, “And if we hurry up and leave the kisses for later?” says Raion, turning his back on us.

“I think there might not be a later…” we hear Daichi say, who has already gone ahead and climbed the rocks.

We peek out and do the same as him and what we see leaves us speechless. There is a nearly perfect crater, full of dark beings, I can't count them, it’s like a million beast or dark beings. My heart races and fear begins to paralyze me can we win against them? There must be a million beasts and dark beings.

In the center is the Core that Raion mentioned; an orb of absolute black, as if it were a complete absence of color, of life. It seems to absorb me as soon as I look at it. On the sides, there are air currents, quite sure the ones the captain and Raion mentioned, those ancient barriers that separate the island, but these seem to be much stronger, ancient even.

I feel like I'm back to being a helpless level three child. I can't breathe, it's hard for me— Yuki places her hand on mine, “We're going to be okay,” She has that beautiful smile of hers and I nod, then she looks at the other ones, “We'll be okay, right? Over there to the right, I see that we can get closer without being so exposed.”

We nod and walk there; it's true there is a path between the rocks and there is a small platform, but we remain behind the last rock. From what I see, there are two options: go down the rock stairs or jump, in either case, we are utterly exposed.

We are about to get moving, but the prince stops us, “Wait! I think I feel something from the other side.” Without being able to ask what he means, he takes Daichi and me by the hands, I do the same with Yuki. We feel a great tremor and peek out to see what is happening; above the dark orb— Core, there is a large magical circle full of energy and runes. Two gigantic cannons of absolute energy are being fired towards those groups of people I saw with Raion.

He screams in pain, the energy explosion completely stuns us. We can feel the explosion range and how the pressure in the air increases. Daichi holds Raion, although we can't do anything. Fear turns into anger and frustration, I can feel my nails digging into my palm from the grudge trying to breathe.

Yuki and I peek out again, the burst of light raises an entire cloud of dust and remnants of dark energy remain all over the air. If they attack us with that we are screwed. When it seems that everything stopped, a new burst of energy cannon is fired, but it does not come out of the Core, rather from the left side and explodes directly against the Core.

“We can't waste any more time,” I yell, taking the lead. Raion is already recovered, the four of us walk on the platform hesitating about what to do.“I'm not going to doubt anymore, those people are not going to do all the work, nor are they better than us!”

“Jealous that they didn't attack us?” Yuki comments with her cruel smile.

“That's not it! I'm not going to fall behind.” I walk to the edge of the platform, I know what I have to do.

“Let's go down safely, Kai…” Yuki takes my hand to follow her, but we can't go down the stairs, it will take too long.

“There is only one way to go down,” Daichi supports me this time and nods.

“We must do this, for the good of the world and for the good of my Future King,” I say with a grin from ear to ear towards Raion. “Yes, my King, you heard clearly. I know we will survive, you will become a great King, I feel it in my bones. This story is far from ending.”

I turn my back on them without waiting a response. I summon my sword in the air and take it with energy making my ring appears. My aura shines brighter than ever and I can't help but feel my blood ringing in excitement for battle.

“Now.” And I jump, the doubts left behind.

I don't know if they will shoot us with that energy, but if we don't move, we will never know. The worst enemy is to stand still and do nothing, we cannot hesitate, not now. I feel the wind hitting my face and it hurts, but it also makes me happy and excited. It's time to test a new spell, the more quilometters deep, the better.

Meteorite Lunar Strike

The turquoise fire completely surrounds me and as I fall, the flames get more and more powerful. When I fall, it creates a huge impact, feeling how it burns everything around, destroying the monsters in seconds. They give me so much experience that I level up and immediately summon the Minnex to attribute the points.

I look around the crater I created and jump several metters up, where the monsters approach with hatred filled with dark energy, their filigree and aura; corrupted and full of suffering, this has to stop.

I start running towards the center of the island, it must be more than a hundred quilometters, we cannot waste a second.

Godfather Nature: Gravity Impact

Daichi's explosion is much worse and bigger than mine. If I took more time to walk away, I would be in the impact range, he is completely crazy! Three come out of the explosion of clouds of earth, there are no doubts on their face either.

Our completely improved abilities explode directly against them without a chance to blink. The impact creates a large cloud of dust in the air, we walk forward without fearing what we will find. I look back over my shoulder and I think I notice that some flowers grew on the ground, then the dust hides them almost immediately.

“There is someone ahead,” Raion warns us.

“Yes, get ready,” Daichi also feels it, to which I reply that yes, it seems powerful.

“You didn't feel it, Kai, don't lie,” Yuki laughs, I cringe and try to keep my casual expression.

“Well, it's not going to be weak…”

Once the dust sets, we see someone completely in black, his half face hidden by a black aura and my heart freezes when I remember who it is.

“You!?” I shout, opening my eyes wide. I think Raion says the same.

Rage burns inside of me, I was not the only one who knows who he is, The Prince also knows him.

And this pure hatred comes from Raion.
