Afterword

Despite the simplicity and structure of the novel, crafting the story and the chapters in between required a considerable amount of effort. This was mainly because I aimed to provide as many hints as possible without overwhelming the reader with excessive information, all while diverting the focus away from the main subject.

The most challenging part was adapting the narration to a very young character, even a newborn at times, while maintaining comprehensive descriptions of the situations. Simultaneously, I aimed to avoid personalizing the main character and others by using terms like 'him/her/person' to prevent categorization as a human being. I even actively avoided giving description of human beings to actual human beings that show up in the story in some parts.

I'm certain that many thoughts crossed the minds of readers from start to finish, including various explanations such as reincarnation or being a different character each time, or anything that would have to do with a human perspective rather than that of an animal, particularly a cat.

Perhaps, and hopefully, it didn't make much sense while reading until the final part. However, after understanding the true purpose of the story, most, if not all, things should now start to make more sense.

I want to express my gratitude to everyone who believed in me, provided the encouragement, and supported me in taking the step to start sharing my stories with others. I've wanted to share my stories for a very long time, but I wasn't confident if they were worth reading. I kept procrastinating until I lost my motivation to write altogether. However, after exploring some online platforms and reading stories created by others, I finally gathered the courage to give it a try.

As my first published and completed story on a media platform, I hope it was an enjoyable read and that it maintained a high level of mystery right up to the very conclusion.

Additionally, I want to express my gratitude to all those who gave the story a chance and reached the very end of it. I hope it provided a unique experience and was worth the time you invested in reading it. Your feedback and support are invaluable to me as a writer. Writing is a journey, and you, the reader, make it all the more meaningful. Thank you for being a part of this journey with me.

One chapter may be closing, but a new horizon and fresh ideas are already lighting the way. The journey doesn’t end here.
