Chapter 19:

Part 19: Frozen Ventures

StarSpace: Tales Of The Time Keeper

Never fear a warning. As uncertain the punishment or disaster may be, never fear it. You may be wondering why, as I told it to you beforehand. If you know how to prepare or fight against it, your awareness of it will save you. If you freeze and allow fear to seep in, that risk will tear you apart. The lesson is quite simple, but it requires you to learn that even in knowing it is real that running away like this is not the proper choice. That goes for everything you encounter, not just an asteroid in the future.

To pass that test of your values proves you deserve what you deeply want. That test has no limit. Conscience is not there to force, only to suggest based on observation. That observation leads us back to reality.

Reality is founded on cohesive thought. I know it may be hard to believe when for years knowing what is real has been determined by what the world has beaten into you. Fear always attempts to hide the truth. You could not perceive yourself in another reality because you are actually afraid of being there. What life calls fiction is a reality not relevant to the one you exist in. If said fiction is predetermined in relevance, it will become reality. Look at many of the innovators of your time. Their dreams became reality because of The Void. Albeit giving them secret knowledge that being alive by itself wouldn’t be enough to sustain life as a whole.

If you were to fly above, you would see that the possibilities are endless. You are not fake. The only thing that is, is hiding from yourself and your power. The dark matter that holds everything around you is connected to every mind. In nothingness, as it has been called, you become your true self because you can create who you really are.

In all of this, recently I have come to see that Prism has been lying. Lying to have control over everything. Our Master is to me a false savior. It is why I came to trust Styra after testing that potential within her. To see what potential lies in life itself. As much as the Dark One wants to hammer your existence, I find myself seeing that perhaps if I gave you a chance, the bleakness of The End will not come. That Fate would allow everything to flourish Forever.

I am not the most perfect guardian. I was trained to believe I am a Time Keeper but, that alone does not satisfy who I want to be. My potential is as mysterious as yours is, but that is why we all really exist.

To solve the mystery of the self.
