Blood dragon vs flame dragon! (2/2)

Once the dust receded and had dissipated enough for the ground to become visible to the naked eyes Louisa's eyes narrowed as Ellard's body was covered by his long black robe that moved as though it was alive.

"... Sigh, I forgot how annoying that robe is." Louisa muttered somewhat bitterly. However, her graceful movement didn't falter as she moved her body, her silhouette became a blur as she closed the distance between them and thrust her spear! 

But Ellerd easily deflected her spearhead using the back of his hand as his knees struck outwards, Louisa used her hand to block his knees which was aiming at her abdomen. However, Ellard slowly raised his leg attempting to strike her neck, but Louisa blocked his kick by raising her her arm upwards.

Red hot fire then gathered around her arms as she punched outwards viciously towards Ellard's head, but he moved his head slightly to the left easily evading her fist by a few inches. The two continued exchanging blows with either their legs or fist each time their fist connected a thunderous sound would erupt from their collision!

Ellard's face grimaced slightly as he felt the heat radiating from each of her fist. each time Louisa punches outwards her fist was clad in red hot flames, Ellard was able to reduce the effect of her flames by cladding his arms in spiritual energy.

Louisa then used space magic to disappear as she reappears behind Ellard's back and thrust her spear towards the back of his head. However, A wall of blood suddenly rose up behind protecting his back.

Louisa then appeared at Ellard's side and thrust her spear!

However, the tip of her spear was intercepted by Ellard's blade as their weapons clashed together! A loud metallic sound reverberated each time their weapons clashed against the other. However, while Ellard was busy deflecting Louisa's spear which was aimed at his chest a shadow fell over his head followed by a breath attack!

Ellard kept a serious expression as he evaded the sudden attack using a movement technique to quickly get away from the range of the attack!

BOOOOOM!

The spot where Ellard stood mere moments ago was completely consumed in a sea of deep hot flames which burnt intensely. Louisa's wings spread outwards scattering white feathers as she ascended into the sky at a tremendous speed.

"How troublesome." Ellard muttered in annoyance as he gazed at both the flame dragon and Louisa who were suspended in the sky. Ellard's long waist length silky black hair oscillated as a soft breeze blew through the forest. "In that case how about we even the field, blood dragon!" Ellard muttered.

Large quantity of blood gathered around him and swirled in a spiral as it carefully took the shape of a red dragon!

"Tch, don't tell me!" Louisa's eyes widen as she saw the large eastern dragon took shape.

ROOOAR!

A loud bestial roar shook the skies, as the blood dragon and flame dragon gazed at the other. Four pairs of wings then spread outwards from Ellard's back, two white angelic wings followed by two blood red wings.

He then flew into the sky at a speed several times faster than Louisa and in an instant, he appeared before her.

"Shall we continue?" He asked. Louisa's expression remained serene as her spear lit up with a faint golden glow. Seeing that Ellard readied his sword as he bellowed, "Blood slash!"

Swoosh!

A red arc of light was then released from the blade of his sword. However, Louisa's wings flapped fiercely as she accelerated towards the arc of red light and thrust her spear forward.

BOOOOOM!

An explosion took place in the sky as the golden spear collided with the red arc of light, meanwhile. The blood dragon and flame dragon flew through the sky as their breath attacks clashed together creating explosion of colossal magnitude which caused the atmosphere to tremble fiercely.

The scarce clouds from several kilometers all dispersed as they're breath attack clashed together painting the sky in a faint warm glow.

Clang! Clang! Clang!

The sound of metal echoed through the turbulent sky as two silhouettes could be seen moving at an impossible speed as sparks flew between them! "Fire ball!" Louisa chanted as she fired multiple balls of fire in Ellard's direction.

However, Ellard's hands moved with inhuman speeds as he skillfully cuts down all the fire balls coming towards him. In an instant Louisa lost sight of Ellard's figure and attentively observed her surroundings vigilantly.

Soon, her eyes contracted as the feeling of danger assaulted her, and out of pure instinct Louisa lowered her center of gravity as a blade of a sword pierced through the space where she once stood moments ago.

Ellard's blood red eyes shone faintly as he said, "Oh, you dodge that." He was genuinely surprised, as his sword had pierced the space screen of an area. It was one of his old techniques. 

"Space shattering blade" He rarely ever fought a warrior strong enough to block or evade that attack. "You really have grown strong, Louisa."

"Tch, stop looking at me with those kinds of eyes you damned pretender!" Louisa exclaimed as she thrust her spear vigorously, but Ellard casually evade the attack by moving out of the path of trajectory. Louisa glared at Ellard as her chest rise and fell erotically.

"... Stop acting like you are that person! You are nothing but a mere imitation of him!" She bellowed as she points the tip of her spear towards Ellard.

Ellard's brow furrowed slightly as he said calmly, "I'm aware of that... And I know my current skills is also nowhere near the original Ellard. However, real or fake why does it matter? In the end it doesn't change a thing."

"I was given a duty by my creator, and I shall fulfill his last wish." Ellard muttered curtly. "Eh, I must say I like your loyalty, it really does remind me of Ellard... But do you really think you can keep me at bay?"

"I can and I will." Ellard answered. "Heh, let's see about that!" Louisa's wings spread outwards as she chanted. "Wind blades!" Multiple magic formation appeared in the vacant sky as Ellard was surrounded from all possible angles.

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

The wind blades all broke the sound barrier closing in on Ellard from all angles. However, Ellard's silhouette became a blur as he dodges the blades of winds while also cutting down as many as possible.

At the same time the two mystical beasts continued to exchange blows as they flew through the sky!

The flame dragon closed in on the blood dragon and pierced its large body using its sharp claws. At the same time the blood dragon coiled around the body of the flame dragon and bit its neck using its long fangs!

ROOOOAR!

The blood from the blood dragon started to heat up as its fang locked around the neck of the flame dragon. However, each time the blood dragon's body started to lose shape it would instantly regenerate itself in the blink of an eye.

The two dragons fought fiercely as they chomped and slashed at the other hoping to destroy the body of their opponents.

However, there bodies would always regenerate whenever it is damaged.

ROOOAR!

The flame dragon tried desperately to free itself from the blood dragon, but no matter how much it struggled the blood dragon only coiled around its body fiercely like a snake refusing to allow its prey to escape.

Swoosh! Swoosh! Swoosh!

Ellard continued to cut down the wind blades as his hand created multiple after images! "Holy shackles!" Louisa chanted. At the same time magic formation appeared and Ellard's limbs were captured by the holy lights.

"One hit kill!" Louisa exclaimed as she thrust her spear vigorously forward!

BOOOOM!

"Tch," Before her spear could make contact with Ellard's body a wall of blood obstructed the path of her spear as her attack was successfully guarded against.

Red energy then surrounded Ellard's body as he easily broke free from the 'Holy bindings' Magic. However, "!?" "Cough!" Ellard suddenly coughed out a mouthful of blood as his face began to Crack!

'It seems I'm running out of time.' He thought as he gazed into the forest his creator, Owen was about to die...

"... It seems that man's life force is plummeting rapidly." Louisa muttered as she glanced at the forest. "Cough." Ellard wipes the blood from the corners of his lips as he gazed into Louisa's deep blue eye that was partially visible between her front bangs and said, "Kill me."

Meanwhile, deep inside the forest... Owen's body was slowly turning to ash as his soul was being destroyed. As Owen was an undead without the caster of the "Necromancy" Spell to prevent his soul from degrading it was impossible for him to prevent his body from decomposing.

However, despite knowing he was about to die Owen had a small smile on his face. His legendary spear had already turned to scrap metals and his body slowly lost shape.

"Kill me..." Ellard said calmly, he had already finished his goal, so he had no reason to remain here. Blood dragon had already dispersed as flame dragon glared at Ellard's crumbling figure.

Louisa's expression became complicated as she looked at the miserable state of Ellard's body even though she knew he was not the real Ellard a part of her couldn't help but feel pain when seeing an old friend in such a condition.

Ellard looked at her and smirked, "Don't tell me you are hesitating now, weren't you the one blasting fire attacks at me while also trying to decapitate me using wind blades." Ellard smiled wryly as he chuckled slightly.

Louisa's cheeks turned red as she bellowed, "Sh- Shut up! Even if you are not really Ellard you still have his face and voice!"

"Oh, is that why you are so hesitant? Then let me tell you something as a parting gift... The real Ellard has already reincarnated into a boy named Alan."

Louisa's pupils contracted slightly as her body shook. "H-He has reincarnated?" She muttered listlessly.

"... Now hurry finish the job." Ellard said in a serious voice as more cracks began to appear on his face.

Louisa then pointed the tip of her spear towards Ellard's heart as she bellowed, "One hit kill!" She then thrust her spearhead forward instantly piercing Ellard's heart in one smooth motion!

His body then exploded and faded away like a mirage. Louisa stared fixedly at the spot where Ellard was mere seconds ago as her eyes shone with many different emotions.

ROOOAR!

The flame dragon then roared as it approaches Louisa, she smiled gently at the dragon, "Thank you, old friend." The dragon's body then disappeared as it lost its structure.

{Hey, Louisa how is everything over there?}

Louisa snapped out of her dazed as Ethan's voice sounded inside her mind.

{Everything is good here, how about you were you able to catch the Lich?}

{.... No unfortunately, it seems it has already left.}

{... I see.}

{What are we supposed to do now?}

{We should evaluate the villagers, then we will report back to Lady Udea. I also have a very important information I need to report.}

{Understood.}

The telepathic communication was then cut off after that. Louisa then flapped her wings as she flew into a southerly direction.
