Chapter 68:
A boring life at school, or maybe....
Mariam pull back to the room with Naomi, we head straight to Alex house.
“you know what?” In her eyes, I could tell she wanted something, but I'm really tired.
“Right now, I'm super sleepy!!! I just want to go to sleep now!” Mariam is super excited about all the weird things she comes up with.
“We're celebrating!! This isn't just a party! “I’m auditioning Latifah and Fiona, including Destiny!” Who cares!!, she doesn't give a damn.
“I'm going to bed, nitey nite!” Naomi grabbed my shoulder, her devilish smile really pissed me off!!
"Mika, you're part of this party, no way out!” Let me go to bed, will ya!!! There's no doubt Alex is sleeping peacefully away from this crazy stuff!!!
Mariam and Naomi suddenly strip me off naked.
“Hey let me go!!!” They instantly change my clothing into a sexy lingerie!!
“hey what the hell bitch!!” I’m really pissed off now!!
“Hey Mar, you know….my little Mika right now is acting like someone I know”
“Yep…a copy of Alex!!” I started to blush myself. Damn bitches, I just wanted to model Alex.
“Whatever!!” Well, they started off with a bang. The firsts went to Latifah and Fiona. Latifah got lace lingerie in white, while Fiona got green lingerie. Naomi with her usual favorite, pink, and me with blue. Mariam is red, Destiny is gold. Mariam suggest a dance battle with whoever have the best kind of dance. But Naomi added a little spice, which she explain.
“Well since Mariam wanted to see each skill in dance and songs, each of us will show our skills”
Mariam started with a fiery style belly dance with her hips, that’s a pro for ya.
“Woohoo!! You go girl!!!” Although Naomi is cheering for her, I feel the lingerie wear is a bit windy and weird because even though I was once a stripper, it suddenly feels strange to do it again.
As usual, Naomi's experience in that industry with her typical stripper dance got a thumbs up from Mariam. Like Alex, Mariam is a Muslim, but she's the opposite of him, who is faithful to his religion. It's now that I find myself stuck with this stupid idea of a party. While they having fun, I wonder at myself if it wasn’t for Alex, I won’t be in this kind of party.
Suddenly someone is knocking the door and Naomi went out to pick up a pizza.
“looks like our food is here….” uh…pizza? I rather not eat that calorie but Mariam and the others took it like it was nothing.
“Why don’t you eat this pizza?”
“i’ll pass…..just take it all….” I rarely eat this…
“Naomi…why doesn’t she is taking this?”
“ummm. What’s the word, vegetarian something like that….”
“You kidding me? Mika that hardcore bad cussing girl in Compton is a vegetarian…”
“That’s what makes the world eh…” Latifah started to look at me differently. Mariam look at me and she said to me
“You know what I know someone that is a vegetarian, she is a maniac with fashion, and always going to places that even I don’t even wanted to know.” I wonder who will that be, kinda wanted to meet her.
“That is the girl that Alex fell in love with….” Uh huh, so he does have someone that he liked. I wanted to find out about Alex a bit more. I tried to get closer to Mariam but I realise that Mariam is not someone that willing to share.
“Hey Mariam, about Alex….”
“Huh? You interested in him?” She is really sharp, I wonder how the hell Alex manage to keep her in check. My heart started to race but a bit annoyed because this feeling is something that I never experience before. I’m basically the tomboy of the family. I rather not getting any girly stuff with me. Ah shit! Mariam suddenly observing me, and touching my body.
“Ummm, body is not bad, attitude is something that I really like about you…although…”
“What?” Everyone suddenly observing me
“You know, that body of yours is something that even I really wanted to be…” Naomi looking proud and making it worst for me.
“Well she is my sister after all…” her pointy nose right is rising towards the skies. Mariam then suddenly requested me something right now.
“Hey Mika!!” She suddenly give me a microphone.
“What the hell is this?” She is really smiling right now.
“I’ve got a feeling that you have something that he is draw to you though…just like Sil…but I’ve gotta make sure….its not like Siti or Priss….”
“Huh?! What the hell girl!!?”
“Just sing?” Whatever, what kind of song do I need to sing though?
Just I remember one of my favourite song, from Mariah Carey ‘underneath the stars’ but it’s kinda strange with me getting myself half naked while singing this song… but after I’ve done singing, Mariam suddenly hold my arm and instantly I could see in her eyes is glowing with excitement
“This is it!!! He is not going to take it easy!!!” Huh? What the hell?
“This is what Alex drawn to you!!” Huh?
“You just like Sil!!! But much colder compared to her!!”
“Huh? Who is this Sil!?”
“Kukuku….wait up Alex, you’re going to get it!! I’ve gonna make my gal cried until you will be stuck on her leash…” she is scary as fuck. Naomi then called Destiny to sing.
“Then let me show you how a gal rap.”
She then rap the song based on her experience, not bad for a unique lyrics. Rapping is something represent ourself, since we lived in streets not like living a happy suburb life. I manage to run away from my drunkard dad ever since Naomi run away to LA from Hawaii. Dad is somewhat the worst kind of human being, especially tried to sell me off to a loan shark since he could not paid his dues to them. Ever since that I could not even trust people around me. But with them is something that I could get close.
While they having fun we heard someone entered this house, and this time Mariam entered the place, I could see her face with really pissed off expression
“That bastard honey!! Does he wanted to see me that bad?” She suddenly exit the house and I could only hear her shouting and a loud pounding.
“That’ a ya teach my honey not messing with me!!” Every point of time guys wanted to take a peek with what are we doing. Then the cherry on top was Hardware when he manage to enter the house from the roof and Naomi caught him redhanded.
“Mika!!” When Naomi asked me to bring a whip and rope, I was pissed off because a guy was trying to underestimate us girls! Then I beat him so he went off to another light. For instance, I had to give him a few lashes with the whip before he finally admitted that he was wrong. But hey, at least I got a great workout out of it!
“Geez, Mika that is brutal…” Either they were scared of me or they respected me.
“Babe!! That brutality reminds me of someone that I know…” Mariam seem to think of something.
While Mariam and I are having a great time at the party, we are watching the perverted bastards one after the other one after the other. That is, until someone suddenly opens the door. The poor guy got a roundhouse kick and a front kick with an instant straight punch from me, while Mariam got a second front kick. Then he flew off, and I was surprised that was Alex! Flying off, he landed in the apartment's grass garden. I guess you could say we taught him a lesson about not crashing uninvited!
“I didn't know Alex was involved?!! ”
"Are you sure he knows about this party?”
It took Mariam a little while to think about it and she made a silly face
“Oops!! Well, I feel like beating that idiot...kukuku..." That's one evil look.
Well then we continued again our party until I felt really sleepy and went to sleep All's well that ends well, and I'm quite sure that next time I'll make sure I know what I'm doing.
