The End of Winter

But having someone special beside                            Is Heart touching 

Is more than escaping                   

         from the shackles of being cripple . 

 Being born in this world was a sin                                                              I suppose 

Having a family was a dream                                                                        I suppose       

   But being alone is what I meant to be                                                     I suppose 

 But lights do conquer darkness                                     In my darkness I saw light The light pierce through my body                                      She was bright as the sun

                          next to me    

   Her taking was as caring as her smile          Never forgets to bring me flowers 

  She was kind as she was one of my own

She was my first dandelion

Because was able to mash up with me very easily.

" You are Also my responsibility, with smile"

 Said her.

The food she made were excellent

Sometimes I always waited for her food to come 

But she also had a tragic past 

Her mother shouldn't be in the hospital

if it wasn't for her father.

Her father was a total abuser to her and her mother . Always comes drunk at night and beats them every night . But one day she was brave enough to call the cops . And the cops arrested her old man and took him away . 

She told me everything with a tearful face .

Which made me cry at well 

I saw her bruises 

She always used to wore her tight legis and full sleeve clothes to hide her marks. 

She reveled it to me 

We became bestest friends 

Sometimes we used to talk like we are only one who could understand each other pain and sorrow .

Her mother was very sweet from the start

She said " my daughter is rarely talk anyone but you are special. Don't make her hurt okay. I am happy for you two . Hehe"

I may not have the ability to walk but 

do have can move with hand .

She always takes me to the roof with wheelchair. 

Doctors were say that I was improving.

She was extremely happy also her mother.

But her smile had different feelings 

The light was even brighter

Her mom told me once 

You two are meant to be together

We both blushed 

                                      Her face was red as rose 

Her reaction was amazing to watch.

We become even close after that statement.

Afterwards she started to help me in studies.

Actually I am not good in studies because I never attended actual school but some nurses thought me how to read and write a little bit. But she was very good with English and Kanji . There was many kanjis which was very difficult but for her it was like water. She was teaching me like my own personal tutor .

But tragedy begun after sometime. Her mother suddenly started coughing blood. Her mothers condition wasn't that well. Because of the beating of her husband. Her organs were damaged internally. Which was caused a lot of toll to her body. Even doctors weren't able to catch that fact at first checkup. 

Doctors started another checkup and saw her stomach was internally damaged, lungs were damaged as well. Which has caused oncogenesis and mutated into something very bad . Now it has caused Cancer.

"It will be hard to say but she will not last long " said doctor.

She started crying after hearing her mothers condition and went to see her immediately. I was shocked. How much cruel can a fate be?

Her mother is the only person she have. After talking to her mother she stopped crying and came right to me. I hold her hand gently and asked her sit down. I said ,'' whatever evens I am with you, May''

I never mentioned her name 

                     Her name is May Tachibana 

I asked ,'' Have faith in God and me'' . Everything will be fine . As she hears my words . Her face , it changed. Which was the first time I saw . Not as bright nor facade but serious. 

She asked,"Will you stay with me " 

I replied," I will , till the end of our journey"

That was the first time I got some energy to move without the help of my hand and hugged her tightly. She was shocked and started crying again. 

May told,'' I don't want her to leave me."

I said ,'' she is with you, hugged her even tightly '' and said, " I will not let you go anywhere and your mother will be fine in time ". 

Few days later .

I was sleeping and suddenly heard a some noise it was morning but I saw May was there and her mother was acting weird. The nurses and doctors were around her. When I fully woke up . By then they were gone taking her to the OT . May went with them .

A while later I saw May was standing beside the door . I was able to saw her by the glass of the door. I called her and she noticed me and came to me . Before entering the cabin she wiped away all her tears. She was being strong.

And I asked her to sit down near my bed. She was still very worried. 

After some time she went in front of the OT and waited there . When the doctor came out . 

May asked " how is my mother, doctor" 

Doctor replied " sorry, she is no more " 

He just stopped being as herself. She became someone who I didn't knew before. I was very shocked to hear that. I tried to control her but she became agile. Two days later her mothers funeral was held I went there . 

The one who took was was none other than my May. She was calm . After her mother passed away she became lifeless. Neither I could make her smile. But she started taking care of me like I was her own family. In truth , neither of us has any family. We are only two lone soul surrounding like lost child.

The winter came. 

We both liked to stroll at the roof . We both were close and alone at the roof because it was snowing. She sight seeing and suddenly may said ," wanna die ."

I replied," we have nothing left here .''

May said ,"Let's go . My soul can't leave without you because you are my soulmate".

I said ,'' do you love me ?'' 

May ," I do . You are the only one I have."

We both went to the edge to the roof and I looked at her and she kissed me .

First time being loved by the one you want is what I wanted all along. After I tried to stand and hugged her tightly.

We both said," we are happy to be together ". We both started falling and our tragedy ended there . 

May while falling asked," will you be happy?"

I replied," to the fullest ,my sweet dandelion."

Died in peace ...
