the sky was blue, strange birds were seen flying , the same size as big eagles but with bright colors of red and dark green

the base still had enough to feed its soldiers for a whole year but if the different bases merged together and if the base welcomed refugees, there will not be enough food to satisfy everyone

the city of green horn was filled with different farms and normally, the base had nothing to fear but since all the animals on the planet were either infected or mutants, it is no longer possible to domesticate them

Lately, it was no longer safe to walk outside the base because giant birds were roaming

several soldiers were almost kidnapped by them

the military therefore needed guns capable of neutralizing the birds but all the heavy machine guns were located in another section of the base, section H

the good news is that the infirmary was finally taken , the bad news is that the few scientists on the base did not succeed in understanding how the vampire virus worked

their hypothesis was that this virus attacked the DNA of the infected individuals and if this was really the case, an antidote would be difficult to develop.

Michael took everyone Carter, Henry and Evelyne included and headed towards the fish farming ponds

adams was nervous at first because michael planned to bring his wife and children to fight monsters but seeing how a transparent shield was erected around each individual present and how no water bullet could reach them, he relaxed a little

the bulrogs were creatures that reproduced quickly and were omnivorous, at first, they devoured their congeners killed by the virus and then began to explore the surroundings of the 5 farms

the farms of country A were not open-air farms but were more like huge buildings, their production capacity was much higher than that of the classical farms , one farm could produce up to 50,000 tonnes each year, there therefore had thousands of bulrog in each of the farms

the employees of these mega farms lived around the farms in a small village located near the farms

unfortunately, the hundreds of individuals were all killed either by the virus or by the bulrogs.

When Michael and the others teleported into the small village, everything was silent.

suddenly, they heard the barking of a dog in the distance, no one paid attention because it was normal to find all kinds of animals in a village, but this barking was followed by the cries of a child

Michael directed his attention towards the screams and felt the aura of 3 bulrogs surrounding a 10/11 year old girl and her dog

the most impressive thing was that the dog was protecting the girl from the bulrogs but forming bonds with the mutated creatures was very rare at this stage of the apocalypse

this aroused Michael's interest, a person who could control mutants would be a good addition to his team

so our group headed towards the screams and in no time morgan, mia and jenifer got rid of the bulrogs, they were level 20 and had thick skin but morgan could burn the monsters from the inside, mia could freeze them and jenifer could cut them in two with her wind power

they all were level 25 and each of them was a powerful power holder long before the apocalypse, so their mana control was high.
