**The shrimp meatballs are then filled in the dough that is then boiled as it maintains peak freshness. The stock on the other hand is used for the sauce which brings out the flavor of the seas to the dish.Bookmark here

**Lastly, our type of Vicol Express is quite different… or improvised since we do not want to leave wastes and so we remove the fatty parts of the pork. Coconut milk is the main base of Vicol Express added with any kind of chili as long as it has a decent level of Scoville."Bookmark here
