Timeframe of Death

The cold ingots of rain ran on the boy's face mixing in with his tears.He looked at the sky.He looked at his hands.He then slowly turned to the hut.It was his new home.After the death of his parents,he moved in it.There,standing,was an old man,his grandpa.He was around 80.Probably didin't have much time left.The hut had a garage next to it.The door of it opened slowly.The boy got in and wiped his face.He had an emotionless look on his face.His sandals were cracking the old floor.The old man hardly noticed him.He could barely see,but he could still hear well.He asked the boy what was he doing.No response was given to him.He asked once more.Still no response.The boy was still moving thought.Tension filled the air.The slow moves of the boy were enough for the old man to know something was wrong."So this is it...Huh.I know they died just like this.I guess somehow the organization got a hold of you and now thet want me out too."The boys eyes moved at the words of the old man."I am so sorry little Meyer."His eyes moved again,but there was still no emotion in them.On the wall,there was a shotgun.It was the special gun of his grandpa.The boy took it out.He pointed it at the geizer and shot.A spair of bullets splashed down on his face making it unrecognizable.The sent of blood filled the room.He then hit the man with the handle of the gun once,twice and again and again.Only that noise was in the room.After a minute he stopped.His blue jumpsuit got covered in the color of bright red.He looked down at the man.He then rose his view to the one watching.
29.10.2050Tokyo,JapanIt's been two weeks since the letter was sent to Key's apartment.Nothing happend since.Key has gone to her usual training every day and has gotten a lot stronger.She became better with her powers and more agile.Takada also helped her every day for this to be achieved.They got even closer than before and this day Takada had a special gift for Key.He didn't wake her up at their usual time for training and let her oversleep.It was twelve and thirty when she finnaly woke up.She must have been really tired after these weeks to sleep that long.Waking up,she was met by Takada hading her a rose-colored letter.She looked at him with a weird face raising her eyebrow just to see Takada all flustered and a tent of red in his cheeks.She tought this was all weird,putting her hand on the letter.She opened it slowly to reveal that it was a date invitation."WAIT,A DATE?!" screamed Key at the top of her lungs."You are asking me out Takada...?""Yeah...I tought it might be nice to take some time off and have some fun you know... ." responded Takada not even batting an eye to Key."Hmm,I see.This makes me... happy.A letter is quite old school but I like it.You know,you are actually my first,but that is of course mostly because I am an dark archangel.""Well,same here,but what do you say?" said Takada finnaly looking in her eyes.They were glittering."Yeah,it would be nice and I would definetly accept,but we can't show ourselves like this in the world.""I think I can manage something,but you will have to trust me and firstly truly accept my request." affirmed Takada bringing his normal attire back.Key stood there frozen for a second.The sun reflected in her eyes and then her mouth opened by itself and the words "Alright,I trust you and accept." came out.A sheer emotion of happiness overcame Takada as he looked at Key with a smile on his face.Key pushed herself to smile even if the horrible things that happend were holding her in shackles.Looking at Takada trying to force that smile was like standing in a void with multiple hands dragging her down.After some seconds Takada finnaly got up and said that he will take her at five and that she should be ready by then.At that moment Key remebered that she had no formal clothes for this.Hiding most of her life she didn't have time for fashion.She spent some good minutes trying to figure out what she would wear but then she remebered that she had a special wardrobe,sha had not used.When her mother died she left a wardrobe full of clothes for Key,but of course she was way to little for them.Now,some of them fit her quite well,especially the long,red dress she found.It was hard for her to not keep thinking about her mother while looking,but she managed to do it for Takada.She looked like some old school rich girl in the dress,but it was probably the most fancy thing she got.She heard sudenly a knock on her door and opened it.There stood Takada in a stylish black suit with a red tie and a bouquet of flowers of multiple colors.Key's mouth dropped to the ground as Takada gave out a little laugh."So you are ready from what I see." said Takada laughing a little bit after every word checking her out from head to toe."Well,I had to dress up for the occasion." said Key as she looked down in dissapointment."A first time,I see.""Oh,shut up and let's go." said Key coloring her cheeks red again."Well alright,we shall go then."affirmed the man showing his hand to Key.She took it gladly,shaking her head.After that,they went downstairs and walked a little bit until they got to a very pretty restaurant.They got into the crowded building painted in red with windows as big as a human.It looked quite special with classy chandeliers and old paintings on the walls.The two of them then sat at a table situated by the window after Takada talked a little bit to a man that greeted them at the entrance.The music was calm and the place felt cozy and comfortable.There weren't even a lot of people there besides one couple at another table and a woman.Key was starting to feel really good.The same man from the entrance got them some menus and after some looking around through them they decided to order some sushi,2 cocktails and prawn platter."You old enough for alchool,right?!" asked Takada putting a smirk on his face.Dissapointment filled her eyes when she opened her mouth to respond "Oh shut up.Of course I am.Either way who is the man that greeted us at the entrance.You two seem like you know each other rather than him beeing just a waiter."Takada gave out a little laugh and responded to her other question "He is the manager of this place and we are quite good friends,so I struck a good deal with him.Tonight is on me either way,but he made sure that the place is safe.""I see.Not sure how is that possible but thanks a lot.I am feeling really good right now and it is thanks to you."Takada gave a nod as a big smile appeared on his face.It looked like a real smile.Key had hoped to have one for so long.After seeing it she tought to herself that maybe today is finnaly the day she will smile."So now that we enstablished some sort of safety around us and have trained quite some time...What do you want to do?What dream do you have?" asks Takada dilating his pupils as he admires Key's beuty."A dream...I don't really know.I just finnaly have some sort of a calm situation thanks to you,but still I don't know what I want to do.""It's fine,don't worry,but if there really is something that you might think about,just tell me and I will be by your side.""Thanks...Actually there might be something.When I was a kid,before my...ahem,parents died,I wanted to help people you know,be a hero.I felt like that when I saved those people from that burning building,but I also caused it... ."Takada glances at Key in confusion after she finished talking and she responds after sighing a little "I know,I know...It sounds childish and with our current situation it's impossible."He closes his eyes for a second and moves his hand over Key's."Wha..wha..what?!" asks her surprised."It isn't childish,nothing you say is.I think it might not be impossible to achieve.Either way of how you see it,I think it's a beutiful dream to want to help people." responds Takada looking Key straight in the eyes adding after a little sigh "...but you should also care about yourself more in my opinion.You know,You are way to lighthearted for what you are...what we are.""Thanks again.I guess you are right after all,but you don't even know anything about myself to care about myself in the first place.I don't know what you see in me.After all even if you are what you are like me,you could have abandoned me or forget about me and do your own thing.""No.You are wrong,I wouldn't want to leave you.I can't leave you." responds firmly Takada.Another glance at Key is made by him as his emotions all pile up inside of him.His heart starts to boil and it's like it's trying to push him to say something.Right in the moment of truth,the waiter and friend of Takada comes back with the stuff they ordered.As he aproaches the table Key glances over at the window once more and she spots randomly a shadowy figure up on the rooftop of a nearby building.It seems like it's a woman in a suit and she is holding something.As Key tried to figure out why she is there she sees what she was really holding.It's a gun and it's pointed right at her.In a second,the window shatters in multiple pieces all falling in different parts of the room and a high caliber bullet goes right through the pieces of glass and comes so close to Key's head she can see it with her own eyes.Everything feels so slow around her.She can almost see the bullet hit her,but the waiter was at that moment on her side of the table.The bullet goes right into the back of his head,blood splashing all over Takada and Key.Their faces were full of the dark red liquid and it's owner fell on the table motionless.Their food fell all over the ground and got colored in blood.It was a disgusting scene to see.The couple at the other table was devasted as they run right through the front door and the other woman hides under her table.Key's eyes remained motionless as she couldn't comprehend what the hell happend.Takada looked at the place where the bullet was shot from,clenching his teeth,but there was nobody there.Takada stood up from the table and put his hand on the dead body of his so called friend saying "May you rest in peace."He then took Key's trembling hand and went out of the restaurant.
