[Author's Commentary] Happy 1-year anniversary Escape:Witch

So first off, Happy birthday to both this series and Harumi. Harumi's birthday being the same as the series was a deliberate decision by me, mainly because all the other major characters had birthdays already. I'm sure you probably noticed that this series has gotten a remake. As such, you can essentially consider it the new canon. However, the original holds a special place in my heart since it was my first webnovel. It's honestly hard to believe it's been a year since I posted my first chapter, but here it is. While this novel won't get anymore updates aside from maybe some birthday artwork for Emeri and Serika, I will keep it up, mainly since it is my first work.

As for the remake, season 2 is about to begin there. Unlike the 1st season, season 2 will be far different from the original, though I'll try to use the original arcs as a base. To all those that have supported this series, thank you. Here's to another year of Escape Witch, and who knows, maybe it will one day get an anime and/or manga adaptation.
