to a coffin, I’d have no worries.

I’d have no regrets.
I’d have no pride.
I’d have no betrayals.
I’d have no people problems.
I’d have no heartbreak.
I’d have no tears.

I’d have felt no loss.

I’d have no depressing thoughts.
I’d have no purpose.
I’d have no fears of what’s to come.
I’d have no wants or greed.
I’d have no emotional intensity.
I’d have no care.

I’d have been fine.

I’d have been happy.
I’d have enjoyed the small things in life.
I’d have less complaints.
I’d have given up on my dreams.
I’d have rejoiced death.
I’d have felt free.

If I had been nailed to a coffin,
I’d have made it my bed
and slept.
