The Lingering Thought

"Let's go check out the new science project at Dagster Corp". Carol said to Michael "hell no" was his reply "it is not advisable to go there" with a smirk on his face he asked "and why is that" while flipping the pages of the magazine he was holding. "There are a million reasons why, but First of all we were not invited, secondly we are not scientists we are college students, only top scientists were invited to observe the project". Still going through the magazine Carol tells his friend " It is something big, that is why the public where not invited to observe the project they have made a crucial breakthrough'. "It is none of our business, just forget about it".

Carol Brown is a student of Covenant Institute of Science and Technology, the son of Kingsley and Stephanie Brown, intelligent enough to graduate from high school now in college with is high school friend Michael Dawson who is son to police officer Martha Dawson, lost his father at a young age to an accident, has been living with his mother ever since, who has been trying her possible best to give his son the best, whilst juggling been an officer and a mom.

As the bell for the final lectures go off to signal the end of lectures for the day, Carol picks up his bag pack, puts the magazine inside and zips it close, stands up and start heading for the door with Michael right behind him. "I'm going to the quantum accelerator project one way or another" Carol tells Michael who is now beside him. Michael with a frown on his face says "why do you still insist on going, why are you so stubborn". Carol laughs and says "I guess it's in the gene or maybe I was just born stubborn". "It seems I can't stop you from going, I guess we can both go together, but if we are caught I am putting the blame on you, if only you are caught, I am denying you". Carol looks to his friend with a weird face, Michael puts up his hands in the air and said "come on, you know my mom is a cop and I don't wanna cause troubles for her". by this time they were down the two story building of the school and were almost at the door, when they went past through the door they both shook hands and said their goodbyes and both boys headed home.
