The Origin of Shigaraki's Drive

  Shigaraki and the others, upon receiving the message from the shadow nexus, fled the scene. As they were running, Shigaraki began reminiscing on why he was even trying to bring back lord jashin. He closed his eyes as he thought to himself, "Why am I doing all this, i am putting my future on the line to bring someone back to life who would probably kill me and not even bother doing my request." As he contemplated why he was even doing all this when there was no sure guarantee, he heard a faint ghostly voice say in an airy voice "Remember" his mind then went back to the moment that his plot to bring Aoi back began.

      "SIX YEARS AGO"                                                                                                                                                 Shigaraki had more or less moved on with his life, Aoi's death had happened a little over three years ago. Shigaraki had moved on with his life and become a very successful shinobi who had even reached the rank of jonin but although the death of Aoi had happened a while ago and the pain of his death however it had become more tolerable over time was still there.  He still always had flashbacks of all the fun moments they had when he was alive and every time he had those memories he smirked as a little tear came through his eye.

     Shigaraki was lying on the grass in the middle of a field, not needing to be on any missions. He also belonged to a special group of jonins who didn't have students to train, as they were jonins reserved for missions above S-class. He was lying on the grass, reminiscing on the past when he heard his name being called by Sue. "Shigaraki, I knew I would find you out here. We have a mission from the Raikage." Shigaraki hearing this got up and asked Sue "What's the mission about," Sue then replied by saying "We have to go to a small village nearby, apparently one of the special Jonin went rogue and managed to harness a mysterious dark power that was sealed in said village."

   Upon hearing this, Shigaraki returned home and got ready for his mission. He wore his hidden cloud headband and put on the hidden cloud armor prepared for his mission. He and Sue then went to the Raikage's office where Ay gave them the brief on the mission and introduced them to their teammate  Ralph (yes, the current Ralph who is the third member of the Jashinist group). Their mission was to defeat the rogue ninja and re-seal the dark power he had attained.

    Upon hearing the mission and gathering their items, Shigaraki and his team headed to the storm village where their mission would occur. "Well we're here," Ralph said as the three looked over the village from the top of a mountain. It seemed relatively peaceful, apart from some squabbles in the market no real threat was apparent. "Just hold on, we got intel from another cloud shinobi we sent over there to keep an eye on the rouge, he gave us intel that the rouge had gone into hiding for him to properly assimilate with the dark power he had stolen. In the meantime, head over to the house of the village elder, he will give you the proper brief down" Darui said over the communicator.

 Shigaraki and his team then dashed towards the village and upon getting there, they looked around as Shigaraki said with a smile on his face, "Hold on, I forgot to ask where the house of the village elder is" Sue placed her hand on her face in embarrassment as she said "What was I expecting from you in the first place, you have always been so care free." She then used to communicator in her ear to call Darui as she said in a very annoyed tone "Our leader over here forgot to ask for the location of the elder's house." Darui hearing this was trying his hardest to hold back his laughter as he said "It's... on....the first...street to the left coming from the village" Sue hearing that turned off the communicator as she relayed the location of the house to her teammates.

  When they arrived at the elder's house, they saw a fellow cloud shinobi waiting for them "Hey, I'm guessing you must be the ninja who is giving the intel" Shigaraki said with a smile on his face.  "I am, please we need to act hastily the elder wishes to speak to you three now," the shinobi said with a rather serious tone he then led them into the house of the elder. Upon entering the building they saw a huge flight of stairs that were in the form of a spiral, "the village elder lives at the top" the shinobi said as they began acceding the flight of stairs, it took them a while to reach the end as the staircase was abnormally long but when they got to the top they saw a huge black gate. The shinobi weaved some hand signs and placed his palm on the door and the door flung open revealing the village elder sitting on a throne he was engulfed in dark chakra and his eyes had a red glow to them, "Bundle them up" He said to the shinobi and before Shigaraki and the others could react they found themselves unconscious.

    Shigaraki and the others woke up to find themselves tied with chains, they tried to break out but the chains devoured their chakra anytime they tried to use any form of jutsu. The village elder seeing that they were awake said "Welcome, now let's see which one of you will survive my test."
