Shigaraki's Path.

  The village elder who was the the person that was channeling the power of the evil chakra all along stood in front of the three chained up Shinobi as he said "It looks like my plan is going well, now I have test subjects that I can use to test the amount of dark chakra an elite Shinobi can handle before going berserk." He then grabbed Ralph and upon contact with him, he vanished as he screamed in pain. 

   Sue and Shigaraki seeing this began to fear for their lives, they couldn't mold their chakra to perform jutsu because the chains will instantly zap it away and the odds weren't exactly on their side when it came to a hands battle as they were chained up. The old man began to slowly extend his hands to both of them, Shigaraki and Sue thinking that it was all over for them closed their eyes and waited for in in evitable to come.

Immediately as the old man grabbed them, both Shigaraki and Sue yelled in pain as they felt their body crumbling away and after what felt like an eternity, the pain suddenly stopped and Shigaraki found himself in pure darkness. He wondered around the place as he yelled "Sue, Ralph, can you guys here me." He got no response, he then tried again saying "Guys, we are we" once again, he got no response. He tried for a long time, he didn't know how long exactly as he was surrounded by pitch black so he couldn't judge the flow of time but one thing he was sure of was that he was in an unknown place where he couldn't see anything and he was alone.

   Shigaraki kept on stumbling around the dark space until he saw a dim light coming from afar, Upon seeing the light Shigaraki ran at full speed towards it and when he got to the source of the light, to his horror he saw Ai holding a torch, his body was covered in blood and his clothes were tattered but the most surprising thing about what Shigaraki saw was that Ai was grown, he looked around the same age as Shigaraki was currently and before Shigaraki could say or do anything AI's lips began to move as he said with demonic grin on his face "Hey friend, how does it feel seeing me again after all this years. You know I blame you right, I blame you for allowing me to get poisoned." 

  Shigaraki hearing this covered his ears as he said to himself "No, this can't be happening. This isn't real, This isn't real. As if being able to read his thoughts Ai said to Shigaraki while playing with the torch in his hand "You can say it ain't real all you want, fact remain that I died and you couldn't do anything about it. To put it simply, You...Failed....Me." Hearing this, Shigaraki broke into tears as he said "It's not my fault, I'm so sorry." Ai hearing this just laughed as he said in Shigaraki's ear "It's to late to apologize now, what's been done has been done and the only way to atone is if you take your own life" he then gave him a dagger from his pocket.

  Shigaraki seeing the dagger began to reflect on all the negative emotions he had suppressed deep in his heart, Ai seeing this in order to make sure that he took the dagger said "If you kill yourself now, we would be able to be together forever." Hearing this, Shigaraki grabbed the knife as he prepared to stab himself but before he could do so he had a flash back of all the good memories he had both with Ai and with his other friends like Sue and Daiki. He then dropped his knife as he said to the creature who stood Infront of him "I don't know who you are, but what I do know is that the real Ai won't want me to do this. He then weaved hand signs with what can only be described as the speed of light and upon finishing the hand signs for the jutsu, the creature who looked like Ai caught on fire and began to turn to ash.

  Realizing that Shigaraki couldn't be broken so easily the creature revealed it's true form which was that of Jashin and he said to Shigaraki with a grinned on his face "You are a rare one in deed, you actually managed to conquer your grief by yourself and sub due me. As a reward I will grant you what your heart desires the most, to see him again. I will bring him back to life but in order to do that I need to be free from here, find my body and my soul and then link it to the chakra force I am about to gift you, when all steps are complete I shall come back to the leaving world and bring your friend back to life.

 Shigaraki hearing this said doubtfully "Why should I trust you to bring him back to life, you were the one who was trying to deceive me less than a minute what is to make me not to believe that this is another trick." Jashin them replied with a smirk on his face "If you doubt me, I will prove myself to you. Use the power of the dark chakra I have given you to break yourself out of the old man's place, kill the old man and you're friends shall re appear in front of you. Once you have done that go to a cave near the village and you shall see a boy emerge from the ground and build a statue of me."

   Hearing such a wild idea Shigaraki agreed with Jashin that if those events were to happen he would believe him and do as he said. They then shook each other's hands and the agreement was made. Upon making the agreement a bright white light appeared in front of Shigaraki, the light was so intense that Shigaraki was forced to close his eyes and by the time he opened them again he saw himself back at the elder's house still bundled up in chains.

  Shigaraki then did as he was told and instead of moulding his own chakra, he moulded the dark chakra that he knows had access to due to Jashin gifting it to him and to his surprise, the chains couldn't take away the chakra. He then performed a substitution jutsu and a cloud of smoke appeared as he was now free from the chains while a log took his place. He then casually waited for the village elder to arrive and once he did before the elder could mutter a word, he was decapitated and blood from his now severed head flowed on the ground. 

  As Jashin had said immediately after the elder died Sue and Ralph appeared in front of him. "What happened to us" said Ralph as he began to touch himself to make sure he was alive, "I have no idea. The last thing I can remember is being in a lot of pain and all of a sudden I find myself free from the chains." Shigaraki them said with a smirk on his face "It's a long story, but the elder has been eliminated so the threat of the dark chakra being released back into the earth has been vanquished. Let's head back and report the mission to Darui." 

Sue nodded her head in agreement them she said "But first, we need to deal with the Low rank Shinobi that betrayed us. She then closed her eyes and weaved hand signs and upon finishing them the cloud Shinobi that betrayed them appeared in front of them. Sue then casted a genjutsu on him and the Shinobi began to scream in pain. 

 Shigaraki and Ralph seeing this decided not to say anything as they could clearly see that Sue was extremely angry and they both knew that words don't get through to her when she's  pissed.

 The three of them then left the scene and began to make their way home, they hopped from rooftop to rooftop with what could only be described as speed that well surpassed the sound barrier and in a few hours they were back in the Cloud village, They gave their report and Sue handed the traitor over. 

  Shigaraki when giving his report left out the part of when he encountered Jashin as he feared that telling them would lead to unforseen consequences. Instead, he told them that he somehow managed to escape the chains and kill the Elder and upon killing the elder  Sue and Ralph appeared in front of him.

  After giving his report, Shigaraki left the village to the cave that Jashin said he was going to use prove himself to him. Upon arriving at the cave, he was surprised to see a boy emerge from the ground and began to build something with sand and clay. Shigaraki stood there as he waited to see what the boy would build and in a few hours, the boy had expertly crafted more than half of the statue from the base upwards and the robe of the statue matched the robe that Jashin side to a teeth and after a few more hours, he saw the figure of Jashin in the form of a statue.

    Shigaraki realizing that Jashin was not joking walked up to the boy and said in a kind voice "hey, what's your name." The boy looked at Shigaraki confused as he said "My name," Shigaraki then nodded his head as he said "yh, you're name" the boy then responded by saying "I don't have one, I only exist to serve Lord Jashin." Shigaraki hearing this was puzzled at first but he immediately put two on two together as he said "Lord Jashin, is that the name of the person you made a statue of," the boy simply nodded in agreement and Shigaraki said to himself "So, the guy I saw was the famed Jashin that gave hidan his immortality." He then looked at the boy and said "Since you have no name, do you mind if I name you." The boy then smiled and said "Yes, please name me." Shigaraki them thought hard and he said what about, "Daiki." I think that should be a good Name for you, He then brought the boy back with him to the cloud village.

  Shigaraki took care of Daiki and provided for him like Daiki was his son and eventually he called Ralph and Sue and told them the actual truth of what went happened during their mission, Sue hearing everything asked Shigaraki "Do you really think we can trust him" Shigaraki then thought for a long time and said "I think so yh, I mean Daiki is evidence that Jashin has the power to do it." Sue hearing this said if that's the case, I'm in. Ralph then smirked as he said "I've gone on a lot of missions with you two for a while, but this one has to be the riskiest one yet. I owe you guys a lot so I guess I'm in" Daiki hearing this then said "It's my mission to guide three of you on your path as that was the purpose as of which Lord Jashin created me for." The next day, Shigaraki, Ralph and Sue packed their things and left the village in order to start their mission. 

 Shigaraki remembering all this then said to himself with determination  "We won't fail, I promise you Ai, you will be brought back to life."
