Chapter 2:
Special Delivery!
I’m only 17 myself kid
That was the last thing they expected to come out of the big guy's mouth, but they both thought the same thing. "There is no way, what are they feeding this guy".
They both stood there is shock, but the big guy just ignored their surprised faces and continued.
"I tried to get Big Shot’s services, but they don’t deliver this late, this is sort of a last minute present. I hate to part with my manga, but I’d do anything for love".
Susu gushed at the last phrase he said, clasping her hands with his and giving him a full and bright smile. "Mr. Sir guy man, I will make sure your love gets the present, love will prevail!"
The guy was off-put by Susu's antics but just gently loosed Susu's grip, "Right sure, and good luck passing through that one alleyway, it’s a common shortcut that’s close to her penthouse."
"Will do Mr. Sir guy", Topangi and Susu's said in unison as they quickly went to the delivery bike.
"Wait that's not my, name", though it was too late for the man to correct them before they already were out of view.

Susu's flew down the neon lighted streets on the delivery bike as Topangi held on tightly to her with the package.
" Vanessa, please give us the time expected to be at diamond heights." After Susu said that a GPS appeared showing approximate time and route to take.
"WHAT!" The loud yell from Susu woke up Topangi who partially fell asleep holding onto her, "We have to go all the way to Diamond Heights! They close the gates there in 30 minutes!"
Topangi chimed in with enthusiasm, “Oh well, I guess it’s not getting delivered today, let's get some Sky Ramen.”
“Oh, no, we aren’t giving up that fast, Ms.Cade, entrusted us to this mission. Love is on the line, and I am the one that stands between that oddly tall, muscular teenager and his lover.”
Topangi groaned, “Oh great, I guess we should call ourselves Cupid Delivery” "Actually lets delivery babies as well".
"I could just tell Lady Cade, to give me the Digibits, and you can remain partially blind or occasionally entirely in the dark".
Topangi turned off Susu's headphones with two taps, "come on, let's go".
Susu, "turn them back on, I can hear we'll wreak"!

A mysterious, darkly dressed person watched them from the distance, in the air. The bike was a more advance version of Susu's delivery bike, the person sat on the back as someone else drove holding binoculars in one hand.
“Late delivery, they must be pretty desperate for customers”
The person driving the bike flips off his hood, revealing a young boy with glasses seemingly annoyed.
"This seems a bit excessive"
The mysterious person with the binoculars didn't stop and continued to observe, speaking without taking his eyes off of Susu.
“Lee this is perfect, boss said to keep an eye on the competition so that’s what we came out here to do!"
"Newtsy! The boss didn’t mean to be obsessive about it, I think it’s just because you like her. You said, I know this fantastic ramen spot I have to finish an errand, come with me, and we'll stop and get some."
"What!" The comment caused Newtsy to drop his binoculars, and his hood to fly off, revealing a rather attractive red haired boy with an irritated face.
"I do not like Susu"
Reader's note: He does like her.
Lee didn't answer and only commented on him dropping the binoculars, "Those cost about 2,000 Digibits."
Lee slowed the bike down as they descended in the air on top of a building roof behind a large sign advertising the alleyway apartments at an outrageous price for such a small living space and among dangerous people.
"I mean, why would I like Susu, for starters - uh, she's deaf", Lee looked at him raising an eyebrow. "That didn't stop you for crushing on Miki Luv".
"Yeah. but she's an amazing singer, so-". He stopped speaking and forced Lee to get lower, as Susu and Topangi stepped off of the delivery bike.
"Lee, where could they be heading at a time like this?". Lee shuffled away for Newtsy and mumbled, "I don't know must be important this is a bad spot to shortcut through, now let's stop stalking her."
Newtsy ignored him and turned on his gravity hopping boots, "turn on yours so we can get a little closer, we don't have binoculars."
"You mean, the ones you dropped, that I bought, that cost 2,000 Digibits".

"Susu thing's look ok, but I still don't think we should go down this way"
Susu's smirked and revved the delivery bike, "if we go fast enough, they can't catch us. Topangi sighed and jumped on the back of the bike, and Susu continued revving the bike. "Ounce the charged shot is nice and well-uh charged, we'll make it though easily. They won't even see us."
The bike made a chime indicating it was ready, "hold on" they shot forward. Zooming past all the trashcans and litter in the alley, Susu peaked over her shoulder to tease Topangi.
"You can't catch what you can't see", though he smug victory was celebrated too early. The bike immediately stopped, flinging them forward as they crashed into the pavement and trashcan causing animals to be disturbed. They both let out groans in pain as Susu quickly sat up to assess the situation.
Whahabbened
Translation: What Happened.
Topangi was less hurt helping Susu stand up, "we hit a power wall".
Susu, still dazed was confused, "we hit a what?"
"A power wall also known as a -", before Topangi could finish, a gnarly tall and skinny man with a mohawk speaking with a gritty and painful voice appeared from behind the shadows. He had two sets of arms and looked even less human than the man they were delivering for.
"Power wall"
"Also known as a dead spot, cyber nuke, and my favorite I like to go with is a little old school, EMP." More people came out of the shadows almost surrounding them, one of the eccentric looking woman lifted the delivery bike and sat on it. Others leaned against walls and sat on stair steps.
Susu took a step back and bumped into a large man, another one rested his large hand on Topangi's head as a light intimidation.
"Where are you going, sweetheart"?
The woman on the bike spoke out, "what's with bothering us with this loud bike at such a late time."
Susu opened her mouth to reply but someone another muscular masked woman took off her headphones, "it's commonly seen as rude to listen to music while someone is speaking to yah love".
The other guy spoke up, "so where are you going then?" He sounded more irritated that time by Susu not answering fast enough, but Susu wouldn't know because.
She could not currently hear anything.
