Marching to War

At the restaurant, Grant was recovering from his fatigue while Liam was in Jason's office along with Yuri, discussing their next plan.

Liam explained "Whoever hired these guys, they want something that Mikhail possesses."

Curious, Yuri asked, "What could it possibly be?"

Liam answered "I don't know but what I am aware is that these guys have tech that was strong enough to terminate all of the security weapons in the house." Liam takes out a pen and takes a blank sheet of paper. On the paper, he draws what appears to be Mikhail's home, although it was poorly drawn. "Mikhail himself built most of the security weapons but-"

Jason stops Liam, asking "Why would he need these security weapons? Isn't he like a highly skilled mercenary or something?"

Liam answers "Thats where you're wrong!" In a tone which he doesn't appreciate what Jason said, "You're lucky he isn't here or he would have chopped your ear off and make you eat it." Jason appears intimidated, understanding what Liam said. "Anyway, "The many times that I had been to Mikhail's home, it was always Grant's room that had the security weapons more active-"

"Wait-" Yuri said, "Sorry for interrupting but wouldn't it make sense that Mikhail would protect Grant?"

Liam answers "Can I please get back to my explanation?! As much as I want to answer 100 questions, we haven't got the time."

"You're right, I'm sorry" Said Yuri, feeling a bit embarassed for asking that question, "Carry on."

Liam continues, "It felt weird that Mikhail would put security weapons, especially since Grant tends to go out on the streets during night. And Mikhail is aware that he can protect himself, even while he sleeps."

Suddenly, a bleep goes off on Jason's phone, he takes it out and checks it as its a call from 'Someone'. Jason answers the call and says "What do you want?"

The caller on the phone answers with a deep growling voice "Its... Me..." whoever was on the phone sure loved speaking so menacingly, "I assume... You'd wish to take up my offer, especially after providing you... with evidence."

Jason scoffs and answers "Listen, as much as I can enjoy hearing your 'dark knight' voice, the evidence you've given to me doesn't make any sense!"

The person on the call laughs and says "The evidence that I have given you was not meant for you."

Jason is puzzled by what the person just said and asks "What do you mean?"

"I'm afraid..." says the person on the call "That answer is meant for Geminus..." Liam's expression changes as he hears 'Geminus'. The person continues on saying "Isn't that right, Liam?"

Liam snatches the phone off Jason and speaks to the unknown person, "Who the hell are you?" Said Liam, feeling angered and disturbed, "If you had anything to do with my brothers home being destroyed, so help me, I will..."

"Such passion, young Geminus!" Said the person on the phone, "Such care and respect for your brother, Grant. That is what defines you immensely, Pollux. I tell you what, if you can help me with something then I can arrange a little 'something' for you and your brother. But only, if you can complete this task."

Liam places the phone on the table and walks around, hesistant on accepting the phone caller's deal. "Tick Tock, Mr Gem, I haven't got all day." Said the unknown caller, putting more pressure on Liam. "I can promise you one thing Mr Liam, accept this offer, and you and your brother will thank me later. Deal or no deal?"

Liam looks at Jason and Yuri who appear unsure themselves. Liam picks up the phone and answers "No. I'm afraid I have to decline your offer."

The unknown caller laughs and says "I understand. I shall call you when you change your mind." The unknown caller hangs up and Liam passes Jason his phone back.

"What do we do now?" Asked Yuri.

"We head to Londinium." Answered Liam.
