Chapter 7

"Yes, I have definitely received your written letter, and will definitely send it to the chief of police." The chief of police of Cebu said while sitting in his office chair

John was now inside the police station, at the chief of police office, where he promised to visit and submit the letter.

"Thank you for being civil about this colonel jose lego. But just why did the police show up like that last night? Its as if they knew something was already wrong." John said in his chair, being curious and all

"Thats cause we received a tip in the morning of yesterday, that there will be trouble going on at night in that company building." Jose said

"Ok then. Do you have any other questions to me colonel?" John said

"It seems that you had been to city hall, did the mayor meet you?" Jose said

"Nope. By the time I arrived, it seems that the mayor was out, and they asked if I had an appointment with him. Though if you may, can you pass the information to the mayor? Cause I would like to go home by tomorrow if possible." John said

"Alright then. Although I cant believe such an unbelievable thing happened to you." Jose said

"Yeah. Though I must still be careful, since that company probably have connections in high places." John said seriously

"I see. Thank you very much for reporting directly to me john, but please do stay out of trouble this time." Jose said

"Yes, thats the plan. Though I dont think that I can stay away from trouble for too long, maybe as long as evil still exists in this world." John said with a sigh

"Why is that?" Jose said

"Its apparently my destiny. Tho I can choose to avoid it, it might get worse if I do avoid it. So its better to do something about it, as its also my mission." John said

"Alright then. Going back to the topic, someone must still be accounted for for all those deaths at that building you know. And as you are already here, I just cant let you go." Jose said

"If you want the mastermind of all this, then I think I know just the person. Why wont you guys just interrogate maam may white? I think she knows something." John said

"We already did, and she said she doesnt know." Jose said

"Well, you guys just did the tip of the iceberg after all. Let me get the one responsible for all this." John said before he stood

"Wait! Like I said, I just cant have you make chaos in my city." Jose said as he also stood

"No worries, I wont make too much of a fuss." John said with a smile, before he went to the door

"No! Dont go! Please just cooperate with--" jose said before he was cut off

"As you have your way, I have mine. Sorry chief." John said before he exited the office

As john makes his way outside, he was then surrounded by police with their guns pointed, and with both rubber bullets and real bullets.

"Johnny storm! You have the right to remain silent! And stay down!" A police shouted as john still walks forward

Without saying anything, john was still walking forward towards the road, where all the police outside then open fire. To their surprise, all the bullets were bounced off using high voltage electricity, which they all were now able to see.

"Stop! Hold your fire! Let him through! You are all no match for him!" Jose shouted right behind, as he managed to catch up to john. "If you insist on catching the mastermind, then you better do it good! Or else we would still have no choice but to try and confine you!"

After he got back to the hotel, to drop off his envelope with his written letters, he then goes back to the company building where the entrance was closed off with warning signs. He then tries the elevator to no avail, where they also condone it, so he took the stairs. But as he got up, he found that the doors towards the company management were locked, and only the halls for agents were not. So he walks through the halls for agents to get to whites office, so that he can get some evidence that he needs. And to get inside her office, john had to melt the mirror window that connects to her office, where its a good thing he was able to catch it before the glass fell. Tho there were other people in the hall who tried to stop him, both peacefully and violently, they were no match for his high voltage barrier and where he just works like they were nothing. Then he scavange her office to look for the evidence that he needs, and got her home address in one of her files. After he puts the glass back by mending it, as he also took notes on her home address, he faces all the agents that tries their best to stop him.

"Please do tell maam white, if shes still awake, that im coming to her." John said

"And why should we help you?" One agent said

"Cause despite her being the boss of this company, shes also one of those who has a shady business or two. And im here to collect evidence straight from the source." John said before he walks away, smiling

When he got outside, the police were waiting again.

"I told you not to make a mess john." Jose said as he appears from behind the other police officers

"I didnt. I just walked on the front door to get what I need, thats all." John said as he just stood near the police officers

"Hahh.. men, stand down. You are all no match for him." Jose said to his men before facing john. "Thats still called trespassing you know." He said with a sigh

"I know. Though this is the fastest and easiest route." John said before he flies towards the nearest taxi stand. "See ya chief." He also said before completely flying off

"Wait!" Jose said as he was completely surprised and off guard with his flight. "So he can also fly." Jose said with a sigh

And as he got a taxi, he then goes straight towards her house, which is around somewhere in lapulapu city. Where the taxi fare was a bit high, considering the distance they have to go, even with the help of google maps. Then after getting near the front gate at her house, there were also many armed men positioned by the gate.

"Whoa, whats with all of them?" The taxi driver said after they stopped near the place

"Dont worry, they are all there for security." John said as he pays up

"What do you mean? Are you part of that house?" The taxi driver said as he receives the exact amount

"Nope, I just have some business to attend there." John said as he opened the car door

Once he was outside and walking forward, the taxi immediately drives away from the place.

"Halt! You arent allowed in here!" One of the men shouted to john, as he was still far

"Nope, I am. If you all dont want to die, then dont even try me." John said as he was walking

"I said stop! Any more and you will be trespassing!" One of the men shouted, as he signals the others to point their guns at him

"Hahh.. you are all clueless as to whom you are all facing." John said

As he was now near them, the men slowly felt some force pulling the guns towards john, until the guns were magnetized to all rotate around him.

"Just what did you do?!" One of the men said, where all of them were surprised

"I shall pass through, if you dont mind." John said before he punched the main gate, and made a hole in it
