"And so, after fixing our communications problem, thus I have come to report to you all on the present situation." John said

The world leaders, along with john as special guest, were now having a meeting using an online video platform. Where he was now at a table beside dueta, and now night time in the philippines.

"We literally have no words to say about the current situation." Chinese president said

"I mean, the aliens are just waiting right outside our planet, and bringing with them maybe their special forces. The internet and communications were recently just fixed after 2 days, by using land and sea connections. And we also managed to capture all arach forces on earth, while everything was going on. Just what do you want us to do now john?" Hillary said

"I dont know either. Eitherway, its your decision to make my dear world leaders. Though the last time, I wasnt there at the meeting when they wanted to decide some delegates to be sent to them. Did you also know how I felt back then?" John said

"Im afraid to ask." Hillary said

"Yes. Even though I respect you all, this much is necessary. Cause when I found out this was the decision, I was seriously disappointed." John said as hillary almost cried

"Anyways, you are now here to be our adviser of sorts. Maybe as a representative of the people." Dueta said as john understood

"Now on to the topic: should we send some more delegates towards them or not?" John said

"Yes, I vote to decide on sending more delegates to them, as a one last chance." An african president said as some agrees

"But what if they will strike again?" Russian president as they are waiting for johns response

"Oh, thats my queu. Considering the scale of their forces, I think that we will lose a hundred times over. Knowing that we are dealing with aliens of different races, im sure that their forces are six times more powerful than the arach forces that was already here. And I have a hunch that those arent their full force." John said

"What if you beat them john, what are the odds?" Russian president said

"Uhh.. I would say, I would lose. Considering the number of ships they have, and the number and capacity of weapons they also have." John said

"Hahh.. lets all stop with the losing questions guys, and start with what to do in the future." UK PM said as they all agree

But when they were about to proceed with the meeting, the council hijacked johns phone.

"Do tell us johnny storm, why do they ask for you and what makes you special?" Said the octoguy representative, before john picked up his phone

"Guys, they are personally calling for me." John said to the world leaders

"John, you have already been in many interviews, this is no time to be humble." Dueta said as the world leaders agree

"Hahh.. fine." John said before looking at his phone. "In this universe, there are beings where they are made out of energy, and these beings are the one who governs all life in the universe. And all the energy beings in this world of ours have chosen me as their representative, to make balance to the universe. And thus, they bestowed me the power of lightning, which is a power that may exceed the power of the sun. And bestowed upon the wisdom of the ages, along with this power, thus my mission on this universe is to bring balance. And save it along the way." He said before the council murmurs to each other

"Hmm.. im particularly interested in those energy beings, what are they?" Said the octoguy rep, as it also piqued the interest of the others

"They cant be seen normally, though if you have the gift, then you may be able to. Also, the spirits are telling me that all other species in the universe have no excemption to this. When you have the gift I mean." John said

"Well then, so much for that." Said Reptilian rep

"So, what of this lightning that you spoke of? Is that the power that defeated some of my kind?" Said arach rep

"Yes. With my power, any ship would go overload just by my touch." John said as he showed all of them his high voltage hand, which surprised the council as well

"Im always surprised everytime." Dueta said as the world leaders agree

"I see now. I deeply apologize for her kinds rudeness in all this johnny storm." Said the octoguy rep

"Thats alright, as long as we all have an understanding. Anyways, I have been wondering, how come you guys know our language and my name?" John said

"We have over 3 days to learn from your language through what you call the internet, which is also easy to understand." Said fishman rep

"So going back to the topic, if we meet these energy beings, will they also give us powers?" Said avian rep

"It will depend. But the spirits says that these powers are only unique to our kind, as we are the weakest of all the other species in the universe." John said

"But you are not. Why is that so?" Said frogger rep

"I dont mean to be prideful, but I am chosen after all." John said as it now upsetted the council a bit

"Leaving the topic about john aside, can we bother you for some diplomacy?" Hillary said, as the world leaders were relieved, along with john

"Alright then, we will proceed with the diplomacy. You are to surrender all information about your planet, and take some of resources as well." Said arach rep

"What?! No way!" Russian president said as the other leaders agree with him

"Why do you seek our resources and information?" Hillary said

"On what we will use it is none of your concern. If you dont agree with our terms, then it means war." Said frogger rep

"Why war? When everything can be solved with peace?" French president said

"Cause you killed some arach kind, thus an equal exchange is a must." Said avian rep

"Well they invaded us first!" Chinese president said angrily

"They were suppose to take our prisoners back to their home planet. They were only following orders." Said arach rep

"If you want the prisoners, you can--" UK PM said before being cut off

"It is already done. You have killed her kind. That is a sin which we cant allow to pass as part of the council." Said octoguy rep with authority

"Guys, we wont go anywhere if we always blame on everything that has happened! Its time to move on to the future!" Dueta said as majority of the leaders somewhat agree

"No! They shall pay for killing my kind! Even if they have to offer up johnny storm!" Said arach rep angrily

"No! We will not just hand over our own trump card! He has saved our world many times over! He is a hero to us!" Dueta said as some leaders agree while some keeps quiet

"You all must pay!--" said arach rep before john interrupts

"Then lets have the crabmen decide, on wheredo they think is better. Here in our planet or with the arach." John said

"You are well informed johnny storm." Said octoguy rep

"Yes. The crabmen told us everything they know, on which specie are leaders. The octoguy, reptilians, the arach, fishmen, the avians, and the froggers. All of which are the specie names of each one in the council." John said

"Good. And we agree with your idea." Said the octoguy rep as the arach were in spite

"What if they want to be with them?" Said Frogger rep

"We apologize and help the humans, in their technological evolution." Said octoguy rep

"What if they want to go back?!" The arach rep said angrily

"Then you can have about 1% of all our resources, plus all the information you need on us." John said

"What?!" The world leaders were surprised and now angry at him

"Hold on john, you are just joking right? you arent in the position to decide that you know."dueta said

"No, but if we dont have an answer for them, they will take anyways even if it means a losing war for us. Also, no one would have had the guts to answer that." John said, as there was chaos in the world leaders

"Hmm.. we accept. As it is just a simple answer of yes and no." Said the octoguy rep as the arach was now confident

"Alright. We will ask the crabmen now on what they think." John said as he stood up

"John, where are you going?" Dueta said, also standing up

"To the crabmen. They also said they dont sleep anyways, so I will just ask them real quick." John said

"We shall come as well." Said octoguy rep as the council agrees

"Gosh john, you will give me a heart attack someday. And I hope you are right on this." Dueta said as the other leaders also decided to go.

And with that, the world leaders all decided to go towards where john is, the lake in luzon. Along with the council, which is just taking a ship there. And as the world leaders were able to meet up at the lake, so did the council in their alien ship. The place was also being set with some lanterns around, so that they can see everything. And upon seeing the aliens for the first time, they saw all 6 council members standing tall. First to come down the ship was the octoguy, which was a humanoid that has tentacles as a beard, and a tight suit which addresses his big build and height. Next is the reptilian, which is still a humanoid that looks like an alligator without the long mouth, and has a tight suit as well to show his big build and medium figure. Next is the arach, which still is like a humanoid that looks like a spider with only 4 arms and small butt, which isnt wearing any clothes as she already has semi armored black skin. Next is the fishman, who looks like a fish like humanoid with more fish qualities and some fins on her body, and has a tight suit to show her medium build. Next is the avian, which is a bird like humanoid that has a small beak and wings to fly, and which has more feathers to cover her body. Lastly is the froggers, which looks like a giant fat humanoid with frog like qualities and big feet, he has no clothes and his arms are small as he has slime all over his body.

"So here is the leader of the crabmen, and this worlds leaders assembled." John said as he presented them to the council

"The crabmen is under our protection, so its only right we claim them." Said arach rep said as the rest of the crabmen were also hiding behind the world leaders

"Shush now. We shall now hear their response." Said octoguy rep as the arach rep was in spite

"Alright. Do you guys want to go home? Or stay with us humans?" John said to the crabman rep

As due to fear of the council, the crabmen were very afraid. But also wanted to say something to john.

"No need to fear all of us, we just want to know what the crabmen wants." John said as they all agree, except the arach

"Really? We can choose?" The crabman said as john assures them

"Yes, we made a deal to hear what you want, since we have already considered all the factors." Said the avian rep

"So, what would you like to say?" John said with a smile

Then after a few seconds of thinking, the crabmen finally gave their decision, which greatly changed everything.
