Chapter 53

"Good work out there!" Troy said in the comms

All 4 of them were now at the small military cargo ship, where they were also accompanied by some octoguy ships back to the hercules ship.

"Yeah, it was very hard to find him you know. Like a needle in a haystack." John said

"Good thing he was lucky enough. Me and melize has to deal with every octoguy that pointed their lasers at us." Vander said

"So where was the king hiding back then john?" Melize said

"He was inside an ordinary building, like all other ordinary buildings in their floating cities. I just noticed that there was an area that was heavily guarded, then inspected the buildings they were protecting." John said

"As expected from lightning speed, almost nothing can get away from you." Troy said

"It depends, like everything in life would depend on the infinite possibilities." John said

"John, you are too humble. But thats also what makes you, you." Vander said with a smile

"Anyways, it looks like the last of the arach ships has fallen. What do we do now john?" Troy said

"I do have a promise with the frogger rep before, but it will also depend on you captain." John said

"Hmm.. lets go to the froggers planet! A little detour wont hurt anyways." Jasmin said

"I agree with jasmin." Vander said

"I agree. But what was your promise with that rep john?" Troy said

"That I would help with their little problem, as it seems that they have problems with their government." John said

"Oh.. if thats the case, then we will have some people go to planet thotski to assess their situation and provide solutions." Troy said as john agrees

"Thats one way of dealing with the problem." Vander said

"Then, shall we go back to earth next?" Troy said

"Agreed." John said as they all agree

After that, they all got to the hercules ship, where they now reported on what happened during the mission.

"And what about hormus? What did he say?" Troy said

They were now sitting at the bridge, where they were to give a status report, before sending it back to earth.

"When we met on the planet to deliver his people, he said that he would stay for a while to reorganize things, and apply some things that he learned from us." Jasmin said

"Though he left some people who are willing to stay with us, for cultural exchange sort of thing." John said

"I see. So we currently have many more people in this ship than the first time we have departed from earth right?" Troy said

"Yes, and that would only mean we are now an independent nation in a way." John said

"Seriously?!" Jasmin, vander and melize said as john agrees

"But I currently have something to report as well. It seems that no one is picking up on my calls for my regular reports earlier, right before you came from your mission." Troy said

"Hmm.. thats weird, any space agency in the planet would have already picked up the call by now. How many attempts did you make?" Jasmin said

"As many as possible, probably 5 times?" Troy said

"I have a bad feeling about this. We should hurry and go back home." John said as they all agree

"Crew! Prepare for warp!" Troy said after he turns his chair back towards his station

"I will now go to the girls and my family." John said as he stood

"Me too" vander said as jasmin and melize followed

After the 4 of them stood and exits the bridge, john and jasmin goes to their family, where the girls were taking care of the children along with their parents. And inside the mansion, they strapped themselves, where the TV now shows the countdown to warp.

"Daddy, why are we always travelling?" Said one of the children

"Its because the times are still not good, so me and your moms must help, in order to set the balance straight in the universe." John said

"Why must it be you and moms?"

"If only there wasnt any bad in the universe!"

"Me too. But no matter how we could ever escape from it, there will always be bad in the universe. The question now is, what do we do with the bad, to make it good, that counts." John said as the girls agree

"Come on now children, sit tight, as its almost time." Beth said as the girls also help with the other childrens.

"5.. 4.. 3.. 2.. 1.. warping time." Said the voice on the TV, before they all experience some rocking movements, almost like an earthquake

"Is this how its like in here?" John said

"Yeah!" The girls and the children said, as they all smiled

"We have arrived." Said the voice on the TV, as the shaking now stops

"Yey! We are finally back!"

"Are we gonna stay here from now on daddy? Im sick of always travelling."

"Sure! Since that was probably the last mission I might go for now." John said

"Yey!" The children all celebrated

"Calm down please." Beth aaid as the girls also calms the children down, while unfastening them

"John! We have a problem!" Troy said over the comms, as john was unfastening himself

"What is it captain? You seem--" john said before he was cut off

"The world is now at war!" Troy said

"What?! Tell me what happened." John said with a slight pause

"I just checked the news right now over the internet, and saw the last article that was published over 3 years ago. It seems like many countries are now at war against each other, where the main cause is when some of those countries has sided with russia 19 years ago, over their just cause. While other countries also sided with the other countries being attacked by russia, that most the asian continent are now at war! Even china was caught in the war, and is currently siding with the russians to drive off the other countries. But as the other countries had an alliance with the US, the country also sends its forces in retaliation. Thus a full scale war is now underway." Troy said

"Damn it! Whats the current formation of the forces at war now?" John said as he hurried to the door. "Girls, I need to go. Duty calls." He said as he arrived at the front door

"Do you need anything for now?" Alex said as they all were at the front lobby

"Nope, keep the kids safe while im gone. Its gonna be totally messy now." John said

"Alright. But if you need anything, dont hesitate." Alex said

"Daddy, where are you going?"

"Daddy, dont go."

"I will be right back, dont worry my children. I will do my best to come home." John said with a smile before he opens the door
