"Son, you should really marry either one of them." Jacob

They were now back at the store where they were helping jakes parents. Ai with the accounting and stocks, paipai with the stock piling and cleaning, jake was on the counter, his mother helping with the stocks, and his father cleaning the store again.

"Uhh.. what brought this on dad?" Jake said, now being nervous

"Jake, its been 4 years now since they have been at odds against each other over you, dont you think you now have to choose between them?" Jacob

"Uhh.." jake said as he was thinking deeply

"I guess the great jake burns finds this more difficult over any mission huh. But im proud of you either way." Jacob

"Uhh.. thanks?" Jake said with an uncertain smile

"Hey jake!" Both the girls said at the same time as they got near him, which led to sparks flying again

"Jake, think about what i said." Jacob said before he goes to clean the other part of the store

"Uhh.. what is it girls?" Jake said with a smile

"Did anyone call yet for a job for us?" Ai

"Nope, not yet anyways." Jake

"There hasnt been much happenings ever since the incident at niagara falls." Paipai

"Yeah, i wonder how that kid is doing now?" Ai

"Well, one thing is for sure, he is in an orphanage now since his parents and other siblings were killed during the summoning." Jake

"He was even the only one being left on the side, i wonder why was that?" Paipai

"Maybe due to random choosing from the guy who tried to control me." Jake

"According to canadian PM justin truman, the guy who tried to control you was named jonah sanders, the former CEO of sanders corporation un the US." Ai

"And the other guy was also identified as ibrahim haharem, born and raised in iran, he has served many iranian families for years. He was also labeled to be the last line of the haharem court magicians." Paipai

"Oh yeah, that jonah guy did introduce himself to me during our encounter, but only just once." Jake

"You should remember all the people that you met, specially the villains jake. There is no telling what they might do to us in the future." Paipai

"Shes right. It just so happens that that happened to him." Ai

"Yes, they were merged and turned into a homoculus by the demons." Jake

"Anyways, when will you have your own house jake?" Ai

"Whoa, whats with the sudden question?" Jake said surprised

"Well, always visiting your house with your family in it is kind of embarassing." Ai

"Yeah, its like our roles are reversed you know, and its just liek a friend visiting a friends house." Paipai

"After all these years, You already know our feelings towards you right jake?" Ai

"Uhh.. yeah.. about that.. can i still have some more time to decide?" Jake

"Why? All these years, and your still waiting for a sign?" Paipai

"Its not a sign that im waiting, its my decision. You girls already know that my heart is currently in turmoil because i have to choose between the two of you." Jake

"I see. How about this then, im always open for the 2 of us to be your wives." Ai

"Really?!" Jake and paipai said

"What about you paipai, would you accept? At this point, there is no finer man than jake." Ai

"Uhh.. let me think about it." Paipai said with an uncertain smile

"Let me think about it too, since im not a rich guy or anything. And i only receive my commision on missions." Jake

"Which also amounts to a million of dollars or so, jake, what are you hesitating for?" Paipai

"I AM hesitating. Since i dont know the future, i dont know which would be the best route to choose." Jake

"I see now. Do remember what i said alright?" Ai said touching his hand

"Anyways, what do we do now? Im a bit bored right now." Paipai

"Then how about a vacation? For just the 3 of us." Ai said with a smile

"Thats a great idea!" Both jake and paipai said

"But where do we go?" Paipai

"What about japan? I havent gone there for vacation yet." Jake

"As expected of an anime fan, you really like japan dont you?" Ai

"Well, i respect the culture and anime if thats what your saying." Jake

"Whats with japan? What does it have anyways?" Paipai

"For one, its got beautiful sceneries and good shows." Ai

"And its got lots of good food, and an outdoor bath. Always wanted to try the outdoor bath." Jake

"Food huh, you got me with food. Alright, i have decided to go as well, cause it got me curious." Paipai said with a smile

"Alright then, when will we go? Its always better to plan at a later date, for cheaper fares." Jake

"But what about at an earlier date?" Paipai said as she was a bit disappointed

"You girls have now been living in the philippines for a while now, and you also got your citizenship, so you know how life is in the here." Jake

"Yes, we know." The girls said and agreed

"Let me check the dates and prices then." Paipai said, pulling out her phone

"Oh, look at the time. Lets just search at home since its now closing time." Jake

"Alright then." The girls said and agreed

After that, they then went through procedure and protocols, before closing the store. Then with jakes parents approval, which took some convincing, the 3 of them were able plan and book for the flight 4 months from now. Then after 4 months went by in a flash, without anything happening to the world, they then go to japan where their trip takes them from the beaches of okinawa to the city of osaka via plane. Then there at osaka, they enjoyed venturing by themselves, with a bit of shopping, to the city and its attractions. And all of this with ai as the local guide.

"Everything is all as planned and expected so far." Jake said enjoying the outdoor bath at the balcony of the room, where he was alone for now at the center

They were now at the local inn where they have reserved a room with a medium sized outdoor family bath.

"Excuse us jake, can we come in?" Ai said by the door

"This is actually embarassing." Paipai said right behind her

"No problem at all." Jake said with a thumbs up and smiling

"No worries about that paipai, we both got towels right?" Ai

"Yes, but.. you know.. jake is also there." Paipai said fidgeting

"Well, we are going to do this anyways, so why the secrecy?" Ai said as she dips herself into the hot water beside jake

"Wait, you knew?" Paipai

"I made jake tell me when we were alone." Ai said as jake was smiling with uncertainty

"Hahh.. fine. Though this must have cost us a fortune right? Why did you--" paipai said as she dips into the hot water beside jake

Ai cuts her off, "i made jake reserve us this place."

"I see." Paipai

"Anyways, i wonder what became now of those items we handed over to the canadian prime minister." Jake

"You mean the genie lamp and the magic book? Those must be safe now right?" Paipai

"Yes, they must be, Along with the power stone as well. Or else our troubles will be for nothing." Ai

"Hey jake, can you tell us again how that happened?" Paipai

"How what happened?" Jake

"The naiagara event." Paipai

"Oh, that event. When i got there, there was somewhat like a magic circle, and in it was a lot of people cramped up, where the caster was still casting his spell." Jake

"And what about the other guy?" Paipai

"As for the other guy, i suspect his powers to be mind control, since he passed through my think shielding so easily." Jake

"So even the shield of the great jake burns has its limits." Ai

"Not quite. That will only happen if we were of equal power or more." Jake

"So even you jake have limits." Paipai

"Anyways, i suspect that the book from the spell caster is a regular book with scribbles on it, unless if the one holding it has considerable magic." Jake

"I have actually saw inside that book, but its all in arabic, so i couldnt read it. Though there were somewhat procedures on how to make a sort of spell." Ai

"I see. And from what i heard about what happened, since the caster of the spell fainted along with the other guy, the demons just merged the two people into one." Jake

"Just how weird would that feel like right? Merging 2 people into one." Paipai

"And all of it was filmed by that boy, who might have fell victim to jonahs mind control, but was spared." Ai

"Yes, and i even think that it was all due to coincidence that that boy was spared." Jake said as the girls agree

"Where could that boy be now right?" Paipai

"Last i heard from general tuba, that the boy was taken in for witness protection under the care of the canadians." Jake

"Well, he and jake did make headlines around the world." Ai

"And with the magic book and the genie lamp under custody of the canadian military, no one might ever use its powers for anything." Jake

"Not after what you said to them, that you wont stand around just watching if they will misuse or yet even use either of the items." Ai

"But they can at least study the magic book right?" Paipai

"Yes, they can. And if they could use any of it for science, then its a big step forward." Jake

"As you have always said to people, with great power comes with great responsibility and sacrifice,right jake?" Ai

"Yes. Besides, if anything can go wrong, we will always be there to stop it." Jake said with confidence

"But nothing could ever stop this." Ai said smiling before she kissed jake at the lips

"Ah! No fair!" Paipai said as she also kissed jake at the lips

After that, jake then made love to both of them, just like what he did every night during their vacation.

“hey jake, you have been invited again.” jacob said by the door of their house

As jake and company just came back from their week long vacation, jake just entered the front gate of their house.

“An invitation to what dad? I just got back home.” jake said at the front door

“yeah, we know. But its up to you if you should accept or not, cause your friend natasha has come to pick you up.” jacob said as they were walking towards the living room.

“hey master! Long time no see!” natasha said as she stood up from the couch.

She and joy were also watching TV at the living room, where emma was preparing for lunch.

“you can always drop with the master thingy nat, hes no longer your master anyways.” joy said as jake set his backpack at the side.

“well, I cant do that joy, he has been my master and always will be. I cant even begin to thank him for rescuing me that one time--” nat said as jake was just standing there

Joy cuts her off, “yeah, yeah. We know the story nat, and glad for it. Anyways, you should really get to your business.”

“oh yeah.. master jake, please come with me in an interview on the daily american news channel.” nat

“and if I say no?” jake said with a smile and crossing arms

“then I will just have to attend it by myself. The interview is supposed to be for us two, as the representatives of each country.” nat

“by the way, nat has been here since yesterday, so she might really need your insight on some topics on the interview.” joy said as a matter of fact

“hmm.. alright then, I will join since its you who asked for it, not just some Email.” jake

“yes! Thank you master jake!” nat said before she hugs him

“ahem! sorry to interrupt, but lunch is ready.” emma said as she interrupts the conversation with an announcement
”so when do we leave?” jake

“right now would be good.” nat

“right after lunch then. Though why are we in a hurry anyways?” jake
”we arent in a hurry actually, but the show is by tomorrow night, so we would have to go by then.” nat

“you mean tomorrow night at US time, right?” jake

“yes.” nat

“and whats the catch with this interview? Is this somewhat political in nature?” jake

“well, you are sharp as always master jake. The interview itself isnt political in any way, as what the US government says, but I guess you may be onto something.” nat

“did you clear this with my superiors? Like the new president rick bautista?” jake

“yes, president tramp has already talked with your president and he said to take care of you while your there.” nat

“hahh.. its either president rick doesnt quite know about my history with the americans or that hes a pro american. Or basically maybe an idiot.” jake

“oh yeah, your story. Im so sorry to even--” nat said as she goes to get her bag

Jake cuts her off and grabs her arm, “no, don’t be. I agreed to the invite, so im going with you nat. They know they have some kind of beef against me, which is why they sent you, that I know.” jake

“i see, thats good then.” nat said, calming down

“if you guys are done, lunch is ready!” emma said again as jacob and joy are also there at the dining table now

“come on, lets all eat.” jake said as he pulled nat towards the dining room. “though we must tell ai and paipai about this or they will flip at me.”

“haha, I kind of picture that.” nat said with an uncertain smile

after their lunch, nat notified the girls through text, as jake was packing again for an overnight stay in america. Then after all that was done, they flew all the way from manila to washington in just a few hours.

“welcome one and all to tonights show at the daily american news channel, the bottom line, with jess simpson. Tonight, we will be discussing a lot of things, like the statuses of the worlds strongest mutants and more! And here we now have, jake burns! The great monster hunter or slayer himself! The man with the lightning!” jess said before jake enters the stage

Jake then waves to the crowd which many applauded, as he enters the stage and sits at one chair.

“and natasha sparks! The american representative! And the girl with a lot of energy at her hands!” jess said before nat enters the stage

Nat did the same thing as jake, before sitting on the other chair to the right.

“so, where should we start? There is quite a lot of topics that we must cover here.” jess

“yes, we know.” nat

“ready when you are miss jess.” jake

“alright then, lets start with your day. How are you today?” jess

“after an overnight sleep and eat, I feel great! Even though I just came from vacation and all.” jake

“wow! Vacation? Where and what did you do?” jess

“me and the girls went to japan for vacation, where we first hit off the beaches of okinawa, before we go off to the city of osaka, then back home.” jake

“me and the girls, who are you talking about here?” jess

“well, since we are now public figures, so why not. I went with ai yukino and lim paipai on a vacation.” jake said with a gesture

“whew! Its really a vacation alright! A hot one at that!” jess said being as surprised as nat

“yeah! Who knew!” nat said smiling

“and how about you natasha, how are you today?” jess

“just good I guess. We just flew from manila to washington, and got a good sleep after that.” nat

“wow! So you guys just came from-- I now get it. You guys are having an affair right?” jess said teasingly

“no! Of course not..” nat said as jake agreed

“i just came back home when nat here was on my house, inviting me to this talk show.” jake
”I see. Though you don’t have to hide it if you want--” jess

Nat cuts her off, “were not, promise.” she said as jake agrees

“well, im currently engaged anyways, as of just a few days ago.” jake said with confidence

“wow! And who might be the lucky girl?!” jess

“its the girls. Im currently engaged with both ai and paipai.” jake said with a smile

“what?!” jess

“believe me, that was also my reaction when he told his parents about it over lunch.” nat
”but the question now is, can you or will you be able to sustain a family that big? Specially in the world we live in today?” jess

“yes, I believe so. Cause if my calculations are right, I may be able to put up a business for the whole family.” jake

“well, thats his answer.” nat said with a gesture

“haha! Thats nice. And what about you natasha? You have plans or anything?” jess

“not at the moment, no. But I do have a boyfriend which I like very much.” nat

“whoo! Congatulations, both of you! Though I really thought that you two were a thing.” jess said happily

“well, I like master jake, but I see him and respect him very much as my master, not as a lover.” nat said as jake agrees

“ouch.. the truth hurts.” jess

“well, expectations always shatter in the face of the inevitable truth.” jake said with a gesture

“anyways, how is your family doing?” jess

“aside from the fact that I cant reveal much about my family, im just going to say that they are fine.” jake

“i agree to that. And my family is just fine by the way.” nat

“alright then, what about your sister jake? Shes a known figure now don’t you think?” jess

“yes, she is. Well, shes doing fine, in spite of doing police work aside from me.” jake

“i see. how is your work? Do you guys do any work?” jess

“yes, I do help with my parents store. Aside from that, when I get a call from the president saying he has a problem that my sister cant handle, then I go to solve the problem.” jake

“its the same for me, since im the most powerful woman in the country and all, they just had me on reserve.” nat

“i can feel you there nat, sometimes, I even think that if they even need us. Though we cant say anything since we are properly paid by the military.” jake

“are you sure you should be saying that jake?” jess

“yeah, its no biggie. Although we wont say how much we are paid, we will only say that we are getting paid for our services as well.” nat said as jake agrees

“why is that?” jess

“since there will be people, specially those with ideals, that will have something to say about it. Saying like, you guys are suppose to be heroes and stuff, when we also have a life just like everybody else.” jake said as nat agrees

“alright, thats a fair thought.” jess

“since with great power comes with great responsibility and sacrifice.” jake and natasha said

“i knew you would say that master jake.” nat said with a smile

“anyways, its really convenient to be a mutant right? You wont have to worry about some things ever again." Jess

"Thats not quite true, since we often have a lot to worry about, plus if we might be using our powers carelessly or not." Nat

"I just also said didnt i? That with great power comes with great responsibility and sacrifice. So the greater the power, the greater the sacrifice is." Jake

"Yes, you already told me that. Though im just sticking to the questions frequently asked here." Jess

"Oh, alright. Then i will repeat my answers no matter how long some of the questions might be." Jake

"Hahh.." jess said rubbing her temple

"Well, ignorance is truly bliss anyways, thats what master jake would also say." Nat

"Anyways, due to that convenience, a lot of people are reliant on that. Just like in construction, research, and many more." Jess

"It might be convenient for them, but depending on what kind of power one has, its not. And depending also on the country, they may do something else with them aside from research." Jake

"Yes, i agree with master jake." Nat

"What do you mean? Do you know information about other countries--" jess

Jake cuts her off, "nope, dont know anything on what other countries might do to mutants. But thats what i think the most, what does other humans do with mutants when mutants are just humans evolved?"

"Really? Humans evolved? Why do you say so?" Jess

"From science terms, mutation is also a form of evolution, is it not?" Jake

"Im not a scientist, but i think so." Jess

"And from my experience, the god hyawei, the big honcho out there, explained during my visits to the astral plane that evolution is a gift from them. Though during our last or newest evolution or mutation, they arent sure whether to give it to us or not, but they thought otherwise ever since we have found a way to edit our own genes and manually hack our way towards some kind of evolution." Jake

"So its the humans fault that they found a way to manually start an evolution, that god allowed uou as the first mutant? Is that it?" Jess

"There are many reasons why i was made into a mutant, or having the gift of lightning, but the main fault is always with us humans for always using things we discover to also destroy. Like what happened to me." Jake

"You also know, that after hearing his full story, made me root for him. By also understanding somewhat his pain on what he had gone through." Nat

"Oh, is that about your story that the americans are at fault for making you?" Jess

"Yes and no. Like i said, my lightning is what i earned for myself upon my visits to the astral plane. And yes, its the americans fault why i became like this, and that everything is now as it is." Jake

"As saddening as it sounds for me, i believe in master jake." Nat

"Why do you say that its the americans fault? Do you have any evidence its americas fault?" Jess

"I think this is now heating up, so we should back a little bit here." Nat

Jake cuts her off, "pride is NOTHING compared to doing the right thing miss jess, please do remember that." He said while his eyes glowed

"O-oh.. ok.. sorry about that, i guess i got a little bit heated up." Jess said being embarrassed. "Ahem! So on to the topic then, you really believe that humanity, particularly americans, are the cause of everything that the world is experiencing now?" Jess

"Not everything, but most of everything. Since america is like a superpower, and if you give any regular human power, it would be like giving an armed nuke to a baby right? Which is why to counter the new threat or threats, the gods chose me first before others, thats what i think anyways." Jake

"Alright then, no comment on that. But how can you say there are gods jake? And not just one god." Jess

"It may be that they are beings of a higher dimension than us, even though some were first created by us using the belief of the ancients and passed on to us. Even remembering their legacy gives them power." Jake

"I see, so your referring to old gods. But are there--" jess

Jake cuts her off, "lets not talk about religion here miss jess, it will only startle or start some kind of war."

"Yes, sorry about that." Jess

"People must always remember, the 3 most powerful things that any human has are love, faith, and courage. Which will either counter or amplify ignorance." Jake said as nat agrees

"Alright then, lets go to the next topic. Natasha, i believe you have been in touch with scientists with research regarding nuclear fusion energy?" Jess

"Yes, i have." Nat said as jake was surprised

"You have?! Are you ok with that nat? I mean, you may have enough power to light up a state, but anymore would literally let you die or disintegrate into energy." Jake

"Really?!" Jess

"Yes, i have already warned her of the dangers of her powers." Jake said as nat agrees

"Though thanks to that, research for fusion energy has progressed a lot. They even said they probably will have a fusion engine within this year." Nat

"Thats great! Though im curious, how does nuclear fusion work?" Jess

"Nuclear fusion works by actually fusing atoms at an atomic scale, and the energy it produces are all off the charts." Nat

"I see. So if you two were to fight, which would win?" Jess

"Probably master, since he can produce even more energy than i can." Nat

"And my power is also just lightning." Jake

"But if thats true, how does producing more energy in natasha let her die?" Jess

"Master explained a theory to me about that during my training, since i can actually become a miniature sun myself at the sacrifice of my own body. His theory states that i can excite or move atoms at the atomic level to fuse each other, and the energy thats produced, i can control it up to a certain point. If i use too much, i begin to weaken myself." Nat

"That really happened during your training?" Jess

"Yes, master jake made me release my energy up to a limit, and of course i did it while i was high up in the sky." Nat

"So, just a curiousity question. If jake can produce more energy than natasha, how much energy are we talking here?" Jess

"Mine is enough to light up a whole continent with lightning, at the cost of some of my life force, letting me sleep for a few days." Jake

"Whoa! I really dont want to make an enemy of you." Jess

"Yes, which is also why his family is safe until now." Nat

"I see. Anyways, on to the next topic. In these 4 years, we also heard about the military and NASA about the fusion drive, so how far has research gone?" Jess

"Research has really gone far and fast during this 4 years, i mean, they are already about to announce the engines first test run towards outer space!" Nat

"Nice! So what are they intending to do with it?" Jess

"I guess that they will issue a 2 way travel to space, since a space elevator is basically an impossible idea thanks to weather conditions and gravity." Nat

"Gravity does play a vital role in the possibility of a space elevator." Jake

"Hmm.. a two way travel to space, how does that work?" Jess

"They just use a plane to carry a rocket on top, both equipped with the fusion drive, where they will will be separated at the appropriate altitude." Nat

"I see. But what about just using a rocket towards space? And using fusion drive." Jess

"The government already suggested that, as a way to lessen the budget, but i suggested that 2 is better than 1. Though i dont know which will NASA use or approve." Nat

"Though with the fusion drive, i believe that the 2 way travel to space is the wisest thing to go with. Since we would just be wasting rocket fuel if we just had a rocket fly towards space instead of the 2 way system." Jake

"Thanks master jake, that means a lot coming from you." Nat said as jake agrees

"Speaking of jake burns, the monster hunter, there seem a lot of mutants now right?" Jess

"Yes, there has been a lot now a days. Why?" Jake

"Have you ever wondered if your reputation might be in danger? Lets say, you will meet mutants even stronger than you or something." Jess

"Yeah, i might fret a bit, but i would definitely give them a friendly hand shake at the same time." Jake

"The same goes for me too." Nat

"I see. Since genetic engineering states that the dna sequence comes from you, right jake? The original." Jess

"Thats a part of it, but i will just simply greet them and be friendly, thats all." Jake

"Alright then. And on that note, did you notice the fad nowadays? That monsters that you guys have killed so far have already found their way to the genes of other humans who wish to have such dna." Jess

"Yes, i did notice it. Unicorns and fairies, and even centaurs, they are like, almost everywhere now." Nat

"Me too, though not yet on the philippines, there were some girls in japan who had kitsune tails with them. There were even some boys there who had oni mixed with them." Jake

"Does this have something to do with the future of mankind? I mean, humans are turning themselves into monsters themselves." Jess

"Nope, not necessarily. Even if they might have physical attributes of the monsters, they dont have their powers. Since what genetic engineers do is just replicate the dna sequence close to the original one, and not able to completely copy it." Jake

"They could, if they try right?" Jess

"Actually, they tried, but the humans brain will only negate the new changes and other mutations will appear, that is not very good for the health, and might leave many complications to the patient." Nat

"I see. Does this happen in everyone? And will these changes be temporary?" Jess

"It can happen to anyone or everyone, only if they might have the money and resolve for the change." Nat

"And we think that these changes are permanent, no do overs for the patient. So if they wish to revert back to human form, a manual operation might be the only choice." Jake

"Well, it can be good right? Since the changes they sought for still makes them look human." Jess

"Yes, they would look human, but they become much stronger, or faster, or they could even bloom any talent they want through the change." Nat

"What makes this different from just being a mutant?" Jess

"Mutants have powers aside from enhanced strength, speed, and reflexes, so they can be better in any way. Though the catch is, you would also sign a contract with the military, being their soldier that is." Jake

"I see. The difference between them is that mutants have powers and they dont right?" Jess

"What we call those people now would be hybrids, and note that as these changes are permanent, once they have sex, their children might also have the same mutations as them or either of the parents." Nat

"For example, a mutant will mate with a mutant, so they have another mutant with the exact same powers as either of the parents or a different one. The same will go for hybrids." Jake

"And aside from hybrids, people would also make clones of those monsters now, so that they can keep as pets." Jess

"Really?!" Jake said surprised

"Yes, its also one of the new fad now in the states. As long as that monster is an animal or animal shaped, you may keep them as pets. Thats what the new law states in the US now." Nat

"Did they ever fully clone those monsters?" Jess

"I hope not. Since my theory states that once you fully clone a monster, they would have a power stone on their forehead, stating that they also have powers." Jake

"Nope, they arent master jake. The geneticists made it so, so that there wouldnt be another crisis on their hands. Besides, what they could also replicate for now are in baby form, and They couldnt make it to an adult." Nat

"I see." Both jake and jess said

"The thought just came to me, what if you mix mutant and monster dna? What would happen?" Jess

"Thats not possible, according to many genetic engineers i know of. So in the end, one would have to choose between being a mutant or a hybrid." Nat

"Yeah, your right." Jake said as jess agrees

"Anyways, on to our next topic. What can you say about the new mutant laws?" Jess

“well, they are good in a way. Though I cant say yet if they may be best.” jake

“im with master jake there. Since there are some laws which may be discriminatory towards mutants.” nat

“lets review on what the new mutant laws are--” jess

Nat cuts her off, “please do make it simplified so that all viewers can better understand the laws.”

“the answers to life is always simple, only the processes and equations to life are complicated.” jake

“yes, I will try to make it simple for everyone to understand.” jess

The new mutant law states that:

If one should become mutant, they shall now be part of the military, until the age of 65.

Mutant aspirants must be fit and healthy before they can be mutants themselves.

Mutant aspirants must undergo psychological testing before becoming mutants themselves.

Mutants must not kill any humans, or else normal laws apply

Mutants must not use their powers carelessly, or else they will be fined.

If the mutant is that of a child, which has done any crime, they must be corrected by the parents.

Parents who does not or can not discipline their children from doing more crimes, they will be separated on the next crime made, forever.

The mutant child who shall make the crime will be treated at the correction facility, corrected by those other mutants in the military.

The mutant child who is with psychological deficiencies will also be on the correction facility once found.

If any person shall ever let those mutants in the correction facility escape or break the law in any way, they shall be sent to prison themselves.

Any mutant who shall commit any crime will be subjected to normal laws.

A mutant who is deemed dangerous shall always be monitored always, with or without bothering their lives.

The military shall use any means necessary to contain any mutant who is deemed to break these laws.

International help will be provided for any containment of any mutant only if necessary.

If containment is not possible through any means, the military can decease any mutant.

If anyone has been caught with decease of any mutants, normal laws will apply to them.

“why else do you think that the US also invited me along with you, to this show in the first place? Its to hear what nonsense I would say or to hear what they wanted me to say. Either way, I might have no choice in the future but to tell the secrets to magic.” jake

“really? You can also do magic?!” natasha and jess said

“nope, but I know the theory behind it and how magic works.” jake

“oh, I see. Thats a relief.” nat

“thats a bit of a bummer, but oh well. What is the secret to magic?” jess

“according to our surveys, because you said that one time in your past interview that there is a secret war being fought in the past, between 3 forces. Between science, magic, and the nazis.” jess

“so that got them curious huh. So, why did the military allow this question to be aired right now? I thought that the military would come right in any minute.” jake

“so its that bad huh.” jess

“yes. They really want to keep everything a secret, as always. But I do wonder about now? What made them so desperate for answers?” jake

“you know master jake, your quite the sharp one, even though I don’t know the answers to that myself.” nat

“anyways, I will tell.” jake said as he positions himself properly in his seat. “normally, magic is suppose to be the act, or the giving of illusion to the eyes of the deceived. Though I don’t know how real magic survived to this day, real magic is the manipulation of quantum energy with the use of ones mind.”

“whoa.. now that are some big words there.” jess

“yes, manipulation of quantum energy? Thats a surprise.” nat

“yes. Normally, I wouldnt say this to any other person, but the situation calls for it, so why the heck would I even hesitate?” jake

Its an energy unlike any other, which is all around the universe, and resides at the quantum, which can also be called quantum energy. And basically, how are we formed from the mothers womb? This basically takes us back to how the brain is made. Ever wondered how the brain is made? How every atom of the body was made, from a single cell to a complex organism called the human, or any animal out there? The answer is just simple, the brain itself is also an energy reactor, which produces quantum energy. Note that this energy cant be detected through any normal means, which means that the brain is also somewhat responsible for magic to occur, the manipulating of the quantum energies around us.” jake

“which means that without humans, the manipulation of quantum energy cant take place, is that right?” nat

“yes. Which is probably why humans are now at a stand still at technology.” jake

“all these explanations are great and all, but where is the evidence of such an energy?” jess

“thats the point, we don’t have any evidence, which makes such energies unknown to us. When all we have now is the brain, to manipulate such energies for us.” jake

“speaking of brains, what did you say that time again master jake, on how the instructions were delivered to your brain directly?” nat

“ah, the answer to that is just simple. They used dead bodies to send signals towards my brain. True that low frequency signals can be detected by the ear, but it can be dismissed by the brain as mere noise, if its only without the quantum energies from the brain itself.” jake

“so why did they use dead bodies in the first place? When they can directly channel their thoughts into you?” nat said as jess agrees

“they used dead bodies, or maybe even coma patients, so that they can use the dead bodies as a way to resist the entire flow, in fear that their whole thoughts might be heard or something. Just like in a series circuit, you got the power source, the resistor, and the device, so that you can transmit sufficient voltage to the device.” jake

“your not only a theorist, but you are also an IT right?” jess

“yes, thats right. I like science, which is why I have watched a lot of science shows in the past and I can now answer some theories.” jake

Then there at the white house, where they were listening to the talk show.

"You understand that doctor tom hollow?" The US president said in his seat

"Clearly, mr president paul manhattan. And i didnt even expect that magic is like that." Tom said as he was sitting at the couch

There at the room were the presidents trusted officials and generals, which some were standing and some were sitting down the couch.

"So, what is your assessment? Can we incorporate magic with science?" Paul

"Yes, we might be able to. But for that, we would first need to properly train people in the ways of magic." Tom

"Though from our perspective, you might not need any training right? I mean, jake burns did mention on the theory of magic." Paul

"Just how can we know if he might be telling the truth or not?--" tom

Tramp cuts him off, "dont worry, in all my years of asking for his help in some things, he has only answered the truth to everyone. Though i dont know if there may be more." He said sitting besides paul.

"With all due respect sir, he might not be telling the whole thing. What if his lightning is magic? Now im sounding not like a scientist here." Tom said rubbing his temple

"Anyways, can we use magic to further our scientific knowledge?" Paul

"Its a longshot, but it might be worth doing." Tom

"And did you guys now find the answers that you were looking for?" Tramp

"Yes sir. When we read the book of magic, everything was already written and there was no way to know which are the basics." Tom

"Seriously? Its just a book, and you guys couldnt find what you were looking for?" General bruce whales said

"If i have to borrow from jakes words, you cant always expect too much out of life, cause it will only slap you back and say, hold up and roll back, then think!" Tom

"What do you mean to say doc?" Bruce

"Hahh.. it just means that we couldnt find what we are looking for. The book says much about how to perform such magic, but it doesnt say what magic really is." Tom

"Ok then, and what about the magic rituals written there? Can it be integrated with science?" Paul

"We understand the chemistry part of the rituals, but based on what jake said, words are just words and they are there just so that the caster can freely imagine and believe on the magic they are casting." Tom

"I see. So can you now make project hercules?" Paul

"Probably. If my theory is right, i might be able to make the project, but i will need magic casters." Tom

"You need them to do what? Cast magic on the soldiers?" Tramp

"No, to teach how to invoke magic itself." Tom

"Cant we just ask jake burns for it?" Bruce

"No, we cant." Tramp

"I agree. He also said that with the very use of the book, depending on what happens, he will be there to stop it." Paul

"Then how about we use the hybrids?" Tom

"What?!" They all said

"What does hybrids have to do with magic?" Paul said as tramp agrees

"If my educated guess is right, they might have a high affinity or compatibility with magic, or the manipulation of quantum energies." Tom

"Now you used jakes own words." Tramp said rubbing his temple

"Also as a fellow science fan or geek, i respect his views and theories." Tom

"Alright then, suppose that we use the hybrids for project hercules, which type of hybrid should we use? And will it work?" Paul

"It might work, and for that, we would have to try out all the monster dnas so far." Tom

"So your suggesting to try out all possible combinations of monster dnas on our soldiers or patients?" Paul

"Yes." Tom

"Well, i say no to that!" Tramp said slamming his hand on the table

"But if we dont do this sir, it could be that china and russia have already made this kind of decision and is currently researching on how? It could mean the end for america!" Tom

"Hes right sir, even if im also against doing it, we got no other choice sir." Bruce

"It could even mean that they might find a new kind of nuke for all we know." Tom

"When you put it that way, it does make some sense." Tramp said with a face palm

"Damn it!" Paul said, slamming on the table. "Can you guys give me some time?"

"But sir! You need to decide now!" Tom

"Hes right sir, now that that show was broadcasted worldwide, there is no telling if oters might now be researching on it now." Bruce

"And i quote jake here, with great power comes great responsibility and sacrifice. Isnt it time to sacrifice something for the greater good?" Tom

"Whats with you and bruce supporting each other? And whats more, you quoted jake burns! I have had--" tramp

"Pride is nothing compared to doing the right thing. And dont get me wrong sir, i just read a book from one of his students which he also quoted some life quotes from jake burns, which seriously coincided with life itself." Tom

"Hes right, again." Bruce

"Will you please.. ugh!" Tramp said, slamming his palm on his forehead, being frustrated and all

"Well, the answers are always simple, where its the equation or processes thats complex. Dont worry, we will figure something out from all this, but we really need the presidents approval on this." Tom

"Alright then, i will approve of the project and of your ideas, so show me im not mistaken of my decision." Paul

"Yes sir!" Tom and bruce said as they stood up and saluted

"Now go! I still have a lot to discuss with president paul here." Tramp

After that, the room was now emptied aside from tramp and paul, alone in the office.

"So, what do you really plan on doing with the project?" Tramp said as he was looking at the window

"I think that its only high time that mutants arent the only ones capable of wielding power, and its high time that we will have a society reliant only on science." Paul

"Is that what you really believe? Or what you want to do with your presidency? Or are you one of the illuminati?" Tramp

"Thats what i believe on doing. Besides, the illuminati have weakened ever since its founding in these days." Paul

"So you are part of the illuminati?" Tramp

"No, but i have connections there." Paul said with a smile

Then within just days, tom and his team completed the first ever experimental machine for practical use of quantum energy.

"Thank you all for coming here today." Tom

He was now at his research lab, at an unknown location, where he shows the generals to his new invention.

"I hope this would be good." A general said

"Yes, it will be. Once we have tested out the theory that was in my head before, things just suddenly went fast forward, you get me?" Tom

"Yeah, i get you dr tom." Bruce said as the other generals also agree. "Now show us what you got."

"For my theory, i just built a machine that would take in the energy of one person, and transform it into visible energy." Tom siad as he clutches on some sort of tube which is connected towards a circuit. "And when you press the switch from this device, it will then take energy from you and around you, thus converting such energies into light."

Then as tom pressed the switch on the tube, he then feels the drain from himself, which caused him to feel a bit weakened. In turn, his energy was converted into light within the circuit itself, which both surprised the generals and concerns them.

"Sorry guys, but im at my limit." Tom said before he pressed the off button

"That was great! And at the same time, very concerning. What the hell happened there dr tom?!" Bruce said as the generals agree

"What happened is that the machine will convert the energy from within us and around us into visible light energy--" tom

Bruce cuts him off, "And yeah, you really had us concerned!"

"So in short, it takes the life force out of the wielder and turns it into energy, is that right doctor?" A general said

"Basically, yes. Though the applications of what this technology can and will do for the future!--" tom

Bruce cuts him off, "sorry dr tom, but we just cant approve of a machine that takes the life of the wielder away as one holds it."

"No, i have another theory concerning with that, though i would need a meditation guru and someone who knows taichi." Tom

"Huh?! Just what are you saying doctor?!" A general said as every general agrees

"Im saying that i need them to teach me the basics of meditation and taichi. I have already researched all about natural energy, or the energy from within, but i still have a lot to learn from it." Tom

"So your saying that the ancient art of taichi is the key to mastering this contraption?" Bruce

"Yes." Tom

"Why? And how is that possible?" A general said as that caused some murmurs

"Remember what jake burns said about magic? The person just have to be a conduit in a circuit in order to get energy from the source and towards the desired output. Which the power source would be the quantum energy." Tom

"But how is that even possible? I mean, to transmit energy from the universe into a device?" Bruce

"Yes sir, its possible. I just used sensors from solar panels to detect and capture radiation from our bodies, and convert that radiation into energy." Tom

"Really? Its just that simple?" A general said

"Yes. Every person radiates some kind of radiation as we are all charged with the suns radiation from the start, and to top it off, it is designed to suck that radiation and convert it into energy. Can you all see the implications for this project?!" Tom

"Whoa, slow down there. Your now having us confused dr tom." Bruce

"Alright, i will fully explain. Quantum energy can be managed by our bodies right? So with the use of this device, it can capture and convert that energy into electricity. Anyways, as explained by jake burns, quantum energy manages the atoms behaviors at the quantum level. So with the application of that energy towards certain objects.." tom

"We may be able to manipulate something even more greater than just soldier?!" Bruce said, picking up on the explanation

"Yes! Exactly! I guess that the hippies were a bit right about the pineal gland." Tom

"And the implications of this profound energy would be limitless! Am i right?" Bruce

"Yes! From super soldiers, up to interstellar travel! Can you all see the possibilities?!" Tom said being excited

"Sorry doc, all we can also see is another weapon that--" a general said

"Its already too late generals, i have just received intelligence that the chinese and russians are now doing the exact same thing as us. So we need to be ahead of this race!" Bruce

"I see, its now begun huh.. the quatum era." Tom

"Lets all just say quantum age, its more cooler that way." Bruce said with a smile

"So, what will it be generals?" Tom

"We dont know about this." The old timer generals said as the others also agreed

"For me, im in. We got no other choice anyways." Bruce said shaking hands with tom

"What?! Are you mad?!" The generals said

"No, and im sure am no idiot to take the chance. I will talk this over with president paul by tomorrow so that you will get all the funding you need." Bruce

"Seriously?!" Tom and his team were celebrating

As tom was the one who is the group leader, he was also the one who was tasked to explain everything to the generals, while the team themselves were all on the side and just helping.

"Seriously." Bruce said with a smile as the other generals were in dismay

After that, the generals got back from the secret facility, where bruce also goes by his word and goes to the president by the next day.

"Are you saying now that we can literally become gods ourselves?!" Paul

They were now at the oval office, where general bruce convinces the president, who was sitting on his chair.

"Yes and no. There may still be a limit to what we can do, but--" bruce

Paul cuts him off, "we will practically become so powerful that no one could stand up against us, except maybe the mutants."

"Yes, and sir, why are you so fixated with mutants anyways?" Bruce

“because when you think about the dangers that they possess, just like what jake burns did during the interview.” paul

“sir, that was only since the host went too far with her words.” bruce

“but there must be ways on how to avoid such an event right? I mean, are we not a sentient species?” paul

“yes, but there are many good mutants out there sir. And if you just go ahead and discriminate on them, who knows when the military might be able to defend you.” bruce

“good mutants? Like who?” paul

“jake burns and company is an example of good mutants.” bruce
